Claims (6)

  1. 一次架橋剤を二次架橋剤と重合させることを含むイオン交換ポリマー組成物の製造方法であって、一次架橋剤が、第四級アンモニウム基を有する架橋イオン性モノマーを含んでいる、方法。
  2. 第四級アンモニウム基を有する架橋イオン性モノマーが、酸存在下での、ポリエポキシドと、アクリル基又はアクリルアミド基を有する第三級アミンとの反応によって調製される、請求項記載の方法。
  3. 第三級アミン及びポリエポキシドが、ポリエポキシド1モル当量当たり第三級アミン.0〜.5モルのモル比で存在する、請求項記載の方法。
  4. 架橋イオン性モノマーが次式の構造のものである、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
    式中、Rは−[CH2−CH(OH)]2−Wであり、R1は水素又はC1〜C12アルキル基であり、Zは酸素又はN−R3であり、R2は−[CH2n−であり、R3は水素又は−[CH2m−CH3であり、R4及びR5は各々独立に−[CH2m−CH3であり、XはCl、Br、I及び酢酸からなる群から選択され、Wは橋かけ基又は原子であり、mは0〜20の整数であり、nは1〜20の整数である。
  5. 二次架橋剤が、アクリルアミド化合物と、ヒドロキシル基を有する別のアクリルアミド化合物との反応によって調製される、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
  6. 一次架橋剤と二次架橋剤が、反応体を加熱することによって重合する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
