Abstract
Description
本願は、米国仮出願第61/544,208号(2011年10月6日出願、名称「Microcontroller with Sequencer Driven ADC」)を基礎とする優先権を主張する。該出願は、完全に記載されているかのように、参照により本明細書に引用される。
本開示は、特に、マイクロコントローラにおいて使用するための、より具体的には、容量タッチ感知回路を伴う、マイクロコントローラにおいて使用するためのアナログ/デジタルコンバータに関する。
Claims (12)
- マイクロコントローラであって、
前記マイクロコントローラの第1の外部ピンと結合されている少なくとも1つのアナログ入力ポートであって、前記少なくとも1つのアナログ入力ポートは、外部センサキャパシタと結合されることができる、少なくとも1つのアナログ入力ポートと、
容量タッチセンサ周辺機器と
を備え、
前記容量タッチセンサ周辺機器は、
前記外部センサキャパシタのキャパシタンスを測定するためのアナログ/デジタルコンバータと、
前記外部センサキャパシタおよび前記ADCの内部サンプルホールドキャパシタを選択された予充電電圧まで独立して予充電するように動作可能である予充電ユニットと
シーケンス制御装置と
を備え、
前記シーケンス制御装置は、前記外部および内部キャパシタを予充電するためのタイミングシーケンスを決定することと、前記内部および外部キャパシタを並列に切り替え、充電を共有させることと、前記ADCを制御し、前記共有充電を測定することとを行うようにプログラムされるように動作可能である、マイクロコントローラ。 - 予充電時間を設定するための少なくとも1つの制御レジスタをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のマイクロコントローラ。
- 取得/共有時間を設定するための少なくとも1つの制御レジスタをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のマイクロコントローラ。
- 単一の変換が行なわれるか、または、複数の変換が行なわれるかを決定するための少なくとも1つの制御レジスタをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のマイクロコントローラ。
- ビットが、単一変換または二重変換を選択する、請求項4に記載のマイクロコントローラ。
- 前記二重変換は、差動測定を行い、第1の予充電の間、前記外部キャパシタは、放電され、前記内部サンプルホールドキャパシタは、充電され、第2の予充電の間、前記外部キャパシタは、充電され、前記内部サンプルホールドキャパシタは、放電される、請求項5に記載のマイクロコントローラ。
- マイクロコントローラであって、
前記マイクロコントローラの第1の外部ピンと結合されている少なくとも1つのアナログ入力ポートであって、前記少なくとも1つのアナログ入力ポートは、外部センサキャパシタと結合されることができる、少なくとも1つのアナログ入力ポートと、
容量タッチセンサ周辺機器と
を備え、
前記容量タッチセンサ周辺機器は、前記外部センサキャパシタのキャパシタンスを測定するためのアナログ/デジタルコンバータを含み、容量タッチセンサ周辺機器は、前記外部センサキャパシタおよび前記ADCの内部サンプルホールドキャパシタを選択された予充電電圧まで独立して予充電するように構成され、前記外部および内部キャパシタを予充電するためのタイミングシーケンスを決定することと、前記内部および外部キャパシタを並列に切り替え、充電を共有させることと、前記ADCを制御し、前記共有充電を測定することとを行うようにプログラム可能である、マイクロコントローラ。 - 予充電時間を設定するための少なくとも1つの制御レジスタをさらに備えている、請求項7に記載のマイクロコントローラ。
- 取得/共有時間を設定するための少なくとも1つの制御レジスタをさらに備えている、請求項7に記載のマイクロコントローラ。
- 単一の変換が行なわれるか、または、複数の変換が行なわれるかを決定するための少なくとも1つの制御レジスタをさらに備えている、請求項7に記載のマイクロコントローラ。
