Claims (20)
- シフト装置(6, 7, 8, 48)により切り換え可能な少なくとも1つのシフト要素(3, 4, 5)を駆動するための駆動装置であって,前記シフト装置(6, 7, 8, 48)は圧力チャンバ(6a, 7a, 8a)を備え,該圧力チャンバ(6a, 7a, 8a)は圧力媒体用の供給ライン(26; 49)と,閉止バルブ(17)とを有する駆動装置において,前記閉止バルブ(17)は電気的に制御可能であり,回り止め状態で少なくとも1つの前記シフト要素(3, 4, 5)と接続し,前記閉止バルブ(17)を駆動する電気エネルギを非接触的に供給可能であることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載の駆動装置であって,前記シフト装置(6, 7, 8)は油圧的に駆動可能であることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載の駆動装置であって,前記シフト装置(48)は気圧的に駆動可能であることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項2又は3に記載の駆動装置であって,前記シフト装置はベローズ(48)として構成されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項2又は3に記載の駆動装置であって,前記シフト装置はピストン/シリンダユニット(6, 7, 8)として構成されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項5に記載の駆動装置であって,ピストンは環状ピストン(13, 14, 15)として構成されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置であって,前記閉止バルブ(17)はアクチュエータの一部であり,該アクチュエータは電気モータ(27)及びバルブロッド(17a)を備えることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置であって,前記閉止バルブ(17)はアクチュエータの一部であり,電磁バルブとして構成されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置であって,少なくとも1つの前記シフト要素(3, 4, 5)に電子制御装置(28)が接続されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項9に記載の駆動装置であって,前記電子制御装置(28)内には,アクチュエータの一部(27)が収容可能であることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項7〜10の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置であって,アクチュエータにおける可動部(17a, 17b, 17c)は,少なくとも1つの前記シフト要素(3, 4, 5)と回り止め状態で接続する機能支承部(2)内に収容され,油圧流体内に浮動するよう配置されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項11に記載の駆動装置であって,アクチュエータにおける前記可動部(17a, 17b, 17c)の素材及び/又は幾何学的形状は,該可動部(17a, 17b, 17c)の平均密度が油圧流体の密度に近似するように選択されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置であって,アクチュエータ及び前記シフト要素(3, 4, 5)間のパワーフローに,弾性部材で構成されるエネルギ蓄積手段を備えることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置であって,前記閉止バルブ(17)及び該閉止バルブに割り当てられたシフト装置(7)に対して,回転型給油手段(19)を介して流体が供給可能であり,少なくとも更なるシフト装置(8)は同一の前記回転型給油手段(19)において,該シフト装置(8)に割り当てられた閉止バルブ(32)に別個に接続可能であることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項14に記載の駆動装置であって,前記回転型給油手段(19)に対して,潤滑油の圧力レベルに相当する圧力レベルを有する油圧流体を供給可能であることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置であって,前記電子制御装置(28)は,変位検出部(44)及び受信部(45)を有する非接触式の変位計測装置(43)を備えることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項16に記載の駆動装置であって,前記変位検出部(44)は前記シフト要素(3)の環状ピストン(13)に固定されることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜17の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置であって,少なくとも1つの前記シフト装置(6, 7, 8)に対して,シフト圧力を検出する圧力センサを割り当てることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜18の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置であって,前記シフト要素(3, 4, 5)を駆動する油圧流体は,間欠的に移送を行う電気ポンプ(33)により充填可能な蓄積部(34)を介して供給されることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- シフト装置(6, 7, 8; 48)により切り換え可能な少なくとも1つのシフト要素(3, 4, 5)を駆動するために,請求項1〜19の何れか一項に記載された駆動装置を車両変速機において使用する方法。
