Claims (17)
- 可消化性凝集粒子を形成するために、結晶が可消化性バインダで凝集した、少なくとも1種の必須ミネラルの塩基性塩の結晶を含む微量栄養素補助食品であって、
前記結晶のサイズは、約0.1μm〜約20μmであり、前記可消化性凝集粒子のサイズは、約50μm〜約300μmである、微量栄養素補助食品。 - 前記可消化性バインダは、薬学的に許容されるデンプンを含む、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素補助食品。
- 前記可消化性バインダは、前記凝集粒子の最大10wt.%を占める、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素補助食品。
- 前記酸は無機酸を含む、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素補助食品。
- 前記少なくとも1種の必須ミネラルの塩基性塩の結晶は、少なくとも2つの必須ミネラルを含む、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素補助食品。
- 前記少なくとも1種の必須ミネラルの塩基性塩の結晶、および少なくとも1種のその他の必須ミネラルの塩基性塩の結晶は、可消化性凝集粒子を形成するために、共に、可消化性バインダで凝集する、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素補助食品。
- 動物飼料と結合した、請求項1に記載の微量栄養素補助食品。
- (a)必須ミネラルの金属酸化物、金属水酸化物または金属炭酸塩と、必須ミネラルおよび可消化性バインダの酸および/または金属塩とを反応させるステップと、
(b)噴霧乾燥またはその他の凝集方法によって、前記段階(a)の反応生成物から凝集粒子を形成するステップとを含む、微量栄養素補助食品の製造方法。 - 前記段階(a)の反応生成物は、微量栄養素結晶および可消化性バインダのスラリーを含む、請求項8に記載の微量栄養素補助食品の製造方法。
- 前記微量栄養素結晶は、約0.1μm〜約20μmのサイズを有する、請求項9に記載の微量栄養素補助食品の製造方法。
- 前記段階(b)では、約50μm〜約300μmのサイズを有する凝集粒子を生成する、請求項8に記載の微量栄養素補助食品の製造方法。
- 前記スラリーの固形分は、前記微量栄養素結晶の最大75wt.%である、請求項9に記載の微量栄養素補助食品の製造方法。
- 前記スラリーの固形分は、前記微量栄養素結晶の約30wt.%〜約75wt.%である、請求項12に記載の微量栄養素補助食品の製造方法。
- 前記段階(a)の反応混合物は、約180°Fの温度に加熱される、請求項8に記載の微量栄養素補助食品の製造方法。
- 前記バインダは、薬学的に許容されるバインダを含む、請求項8に記載の微量栄養素補助食品の製造方法。
- 前記段階(a)の前記反応混合物は、1種または複数の金属酸化物および/または1種または複数の金属塩と、前記酸とを含む、請求項8に記載の微量栄養素補助食品の製造方法。
- (c)その他の必須ミネラルの金属酸化物、金属水酸化物または金属炭酸塩と、その他の必須ミネラルおよび可消化性バインダの酸および/または金属塩とを反応させる段階と、
前記段階(a)および前記段階(c)の反応生成物を結合させる、追加段階とをさらに含み、
前記段階(b)は、(噴霧乾燥または他の凝集方法による)前記段階(a)および前記段階(c)の結合された反応生成物の凝集を含む、請求項8に記載の微量栄養素補助食品の製造方法。
