Claims (14)
- 骨位置合わせシステムであって、
骨の標的表面領域をスキャンしてスキャンデータを得るために配置されるスキャナー及び第1通信要素を備える装置と、
骨の第1部分上に配置可能な第1マーカーであって、前記装置に対して複数の次元で前記第1マーカーの位置を示す場所信号を送信するために配置される第2通信要素を備える、第1マーカーと、
前記スキャンデータを前記骨の表面データと比較して、前記表面データに対して前記スキャンデータが重なり合う要素を特定する位置データを発生させ、前記場所信号から場所データを特定し、前記位置データ及び前記場所データを用いて前記骨の表面上の前記第1マーカーの場所を特定するよう配置される、位置合わせユニットと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記スキャンデータが超音波データであり、前記表面データがCTデータである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 基準信号を発生するよう構成された信号発生器を更に備え、
前記第1通信要素及び前記第2通信要素が、第1センサー及び第2センサーであって、それぞれのセンサーは、前記基準信号を感知して、前記信号発生器に対して複数の次元で対応する通信要素の位置を示す対応する場所信号を前記位置合わせユニットに送信するように構成され、
前記位置合わせユニットが、前記場所信号から場所データを特定し、前記装置に対して複数の次元で前記第1マーカーの位置を示す、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記基準信号が電磁信号である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1通信要素が、基準信号を発生するように構成された信号発生器であり、
前記第2通信要素が、前記基準信号を感知し、前記装置に対して複数の次元で前記第1マーカーの位置を示す場所信号を前記位置合わせユニットに送信するよう構成されたセンサーである、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記信号発生器及びセンサーが、電磁的及び光学的のうちの1つである、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記場所データが、前記装置に対して6つの次元で前記第1マーカーの位置を示す、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 骨の第2部分に配置される第2マーカーを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記骨の表面上の前記第1マーカー及び前記第2マーカーの対応する場所が、前記装置を用いて特定可能である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1マーカー及び前記第2マーカーが互いに通信し、前記第2マーカーに対する前記第1マーカーの位置を含む相対マーカーデータを特定する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置合わせユニットが前記相対マーカーデータを処理し、前記骨の前記表面上の前記第2マーカーの場所を特定する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記骨の前記表面上の前記第1マーカーの場所を示すディスプレイを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2マーカーが、前記第1通信要素と通信する第3通信要素を備え、前記第3通信要素に対して複数の次元で前記第1通信要素の位置を示す場所データを特定する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記装置が、電磁場発生器及び光場発生器のうちの1つを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
