Claims (23)
- 第1の伝導板と、
第2の伝導板であって、前記第1の伝導板及び該第2の伝導板が、キャパシタンスを有するコンデンサ回路を形成するように構成された前記第2の伝導板と、
前記第1の伝導板に接続され、かつ前記コンデンサ回路の前記キャパシタンスを変えるために該第1の伝導板を圧力差に基づいて移動するように構成された感圧構成要素と、
を有するコンデンサセンサ。 - 前記第1の伝導板は、可動であり、前記第2の伝導板は、固定である請求項1に記載のコンデンサセンサ。
- 前記第2の伝導板は、第1のコンデンサを形成する第1の伝導面と第2の伝導面とを含み、該第1の伝導面は、第2のコンデンサを前記第1の伝導板と共に形成し、該第2の伝導面は、第3のコンデンサを該第1の伝導板と共に形成し、コンデンサセンサの出力が、該第1、第2、及び第3のコンデンサに基づいて与えられる請求項2に記載のコンデンサセンサ。
- 前記第1の伝導板及び前記感圧構成要素は、前記第2の伝導板の異なる側に置かれ、
