Claims (5)
- 歯科矯正アーチワイヤを作製する方法であって、
患者の歯の特定の位置と関連する第1のアーチワイヤ形状を準備する工程と、
所定の寸法を有するアーチワイヤスロット内で摺動する適切なアーチワイヤを形成するアーチワイヤ形状に関連する干渉パラメータの許容範囲を定義する工程と、
前記第1のアーチワイヤ形状が前記許容範囲を外れて拡大する干渉パラメータを有することを測定する工程と、
干渉パラメータが前記許容範囲を外れて拡大する前記第1のアーチワイヤ形状の少なくとも一部を、前記干渉パラメータがもはや前記許容範囲を外れて拡大しないアーチワイヤ形状に修正する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記干渉パラメータが、アーチワイヤ曲げ角度に基づく、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アーチワイヤ形状の少なくとも一部を修正する工程が、前記第1のアーチワイヤ形状のアーチ長を調節して、アーチ長の相違を低減させる工程を含み、アーチ長を調節する工程が、前記第1のアーチワイヤ形状を等尺的に拡大縮小する工程を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。

前記アーチワイヤが特定の位置で歯の上に配置された状態で、前記1つ以上のセグメントの位置及び配向を測定する工程と、
前記第1のアーチワイヤ形状の少なくとも一部を、前記不正咬合歯及び特定の歯の位置に関連する前記セグメントの前記位置及び配向により画定される第2のアーチワイヤ形状の少なくとも一部と差し替える工程と、を更に含む、請求項1、2、又は3に記載の方法。 - 歯科矯正アーチワイヤ一式を作製する方法であって、
アーチワイヤ形状を測定する工程と、
1つ以上の固定具に設けられる複数のチャネルを作り出す工程であって、少なくとも2つのチャネルが、前記測定されたアーチワイヤ形状を反映し、互いに異なるそれぞれの断面寸法を有する、工程と、
前記アーチワイヤが前記測定された形状を採用するように、アーチワイヤをそれぞれのチャネルに制限する工程と、
前記1つ以上の固定具を、それらの中の前記アーチワイヤが前記測定されたアーチワイヤ形状を固定して採用するのに十分な条件に曝し、それによって前記測定されたアーチワイヤ形状に関して様々な程度の忠実性を表す2つ以上のアーチワイヤを形成する工程と、を含む、方法。
