Claims (20)
- 過酷気象の可能性を予測するためのコンピュータ実装方法であって、該方法は:
コンピューティング装置によって、雷活動に関連するデータを受信し;
前記コンピューティング装置によって、前記受信データに基づいて、1つ又は複数の雷活動セルの位置、移動速度、移動方向、及び雷率を決定し;
前記コンピューティング装置によって、前記決定された雷率を閾雷率と比較し;
前記コンピューティング装置によって、前記1つ又は複数の雷活動セルに関する前記位置、前記移動速度、及び前記移動方向に基づいて、危険性がある1つ又は複数の地域を決定し;
前記コンピューティング装置によって、前記雷率が前記閾雷率の値を超えると、前記危険性がある地域を監視する1台又は複数台の遠隔装置に警報を発行する、ことを含む方法。 - 前記危険性がある地域に対応する1つ又は複数の多角形を作成することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1箇所の前記危険性がある地域が記載される地図上に、前記作成された多角形を配置することを更に含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記作成された多角形について、前記1台又は複数台の遠隔装置に、前記警報の一部として送信することを更に含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- (i)前記1つ又は複数の雷活動セルの位置、又は(ii)時期の少なくとも一方と関連づけられる過去のデータに基づいて、前記閾雷率を決定することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数の雷活動セルに関連する、1分当たりの雷事象回数に基づいて、前記雷率を決定することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記雷事象は、落雷、雲中雷、又は両方を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 雲中雷は、気中放電、雲中閃光、雲−電離層間閃光、又はそれらの任意の組合せを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記受信データは、落雷、雲中雷、上下動、凝結、湿度、又はそれらの任意の組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つ又は複数の地理的に分散されたセンサ装置から、雷活動に関連する前記データを受信することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記受信されたデータにおける雷活動の密度に従い、前記1つ又は複数の雷活動セルを決定することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 過酷気象が、前記危険性がある少なくとも1つの地域に到達する前に、前記警報を発行することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記雷率に基づいて、気象種類を決定することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記雷率に基づいて、過酷気象の確率を決定することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記遠隔装置は、パーソナルコンピューティング装置である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記遠隔装置は、警笛、サイレン、ライト、又はそれらの任意の組合せである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンピューティング装置によって、前記1つ又は複数の雷活動セルの前記雷率における変化を決定し;
前記雷率における変化が所定の値を超えると、前記コンピューティング装置によって、前記1台又は複数台の遠隔装置に警報を発行することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 過酷気象の可能性を予測するコンピュータ実装システムであって、該システムは:
雷活動に関連するデータを受信し;
前記受信データに基づいて、1つ又は複数の雷活動セルの位置、移動速度、移動方向、及び雷率を決定し;
前記決定された雷率を閾雷率と比較し;
前記1つ又は複数の雷活動セルに関する前記位置、前記移動速度、及び前記移動方向に基づいて、危険性がある1つ又は複数の地域を決定し;
前記雷率が前記閾雷率の値を超えると、前記地域を監視する1台又は複数台の遠隔装置に警報を発行するよう構成されるコンピューティング装置を含む、システム。 - 過酷気象の可能性を予測するための、コンピュータ可読な記憶装置に有形に具現化されるコンピュータプログラム製品であって、該コンピュータプログラム製品は、データ処理装置に:
雷活動に関連するデータを受信させ;
前記受信データに基づいて、1つ又は複数の雷活動セルの位置、移動速度、移動方向、及び雷率を決定させ;
前記決定された雷率を閾雷率と比較させ;
前記1つ又は複数の雷活動セルに関する前記位置、前記移動速度、及び前記移動方向に基づいて、危険性がある1つ又は複数の地域を決定させ;
前記雷率が前記閾雷率の値を超えると、前記地域を監視する1台又は複数台の遠隔装置に警報を発行させるよう動作可能にする命令を含む、コンピュータプログラム製品。 - 過酷気象の可能性を予測するコンピュータ実装システムであって、該システムは:
雷活動と関連するデータを受信する手段;
前記受信データに基づいて、1つ又は複数の雷活動セルの位置、移動速度、移動方向、及び雷率を決定する手段;
前記決定された雷率を閾雷率と比較する手段;
前記1つ又は複数の雷活動セルに関する前記位置、前記移動速度、及び前記移動方向に基づいて、危険性がある1つ又は複数の地域を決定する手段; 並びに
前記雷率が前記閾雷率の値を超えると、前記地域を監視する1台又は複数台の遠隔装置に警報を発行する手段を備える、システム。
