Abstract
Description
実施形態1.第1の移動基材の第1の表面上に、加熱された第1の流体を衝突させ、前記衝突させた加熱された第1の流体の少なくとも一部分を局所的に除去し、前記第1の移動基材の前記第1の表面を第2の移動基材の第1の表面に結合させる方法であって、少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口と、前記第1の流体送達出口に対して局所的に位置付けられる少なくとも1つの第1の流体捕捉入口とを提供することと、前記第1の流体送達出口の近くに第1の移動基材を通し、前記第1の基材の前記第1の表面が加熱表面となるように、前記第1の移動基材の前記第1の表面上に前記第1の流体送達出口からの加熱された第1の流体を衝突させることと、前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体捕捉入口によって前記衝突させた第1の流体の体積流量の少なくとも60%を局所的に捕捉し、前記第1の流体捕捉入口に流体接続される少なくとも1つの第1の流体除去チャネルを通して、前記局所的に捕捉した第1の流体を除去することと、
第2の移動基材の第1の表面を、前記加熱された第1の流体の温度よりも少なくとも摂氏100度低い温度である第2の流体に接触させることと、前記第1の基材の前記第1の表面及び前記第2の基材の前記第1の表面が互いに融解結合するように、前記第1の基材の前記加熱された第1の表面を前記第2の基材の前記第1の表面に接触させることと、を含む、方法。
Claims (25)
- 第1の移動基材の第1の表面上に加熱された第1の流体を衝突させ、前記衝突させた加熱された第1の流体の少なくとも一部分を局所的に除去し、前記第1の移動基材の前記第1の表面を第2の移動基材の第1の表面に結合させる方法であって、
少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口と、前記第1の流体送達出口に対して局所的に位置付けられる少なくとも1つの第1の流体捕捉入口とを提供することと、
前記第1の流体送達出口の近くに前記第1の移動基材を通し、前記第1の基材の前記第1の表面が加熱表面となるように、前記第1の移動基材の前記第1の表面上に前記第1の流体送達出口からの加熱された第1の流体を衝突させることと、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体捕捉入口によって前記衝突させた第1の流体の体積流量の少なくとも60%を局所的に捕捉し、前記第1の流体捕捉入口に流体接続される少なくとも1つの第1の流体除去チャネルを通して、前記局所的に捕捉した第1の流体を除去することと、
第2の移動基材の第1の表面を、前記加熱された第1の流体の温度よりも少なくとも摂氏100度低い温度である第2の流体に接触させることと、
前記第1の基材の前記第1の表面及び前記第2の基材の前記第1の表面が互いに融解結合するように、前記第1の基材の前記加熱された第1の表面を前記第2の基材の前記第1の表面に接触させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記第2の流体が周囲温度の静止空気であって、前記周囲温度の静止空気を通して移動される前記第2の移動基材によって前記第2の基材の第1の表面に接触させられる、周囲温度の静止空気である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の流体が、前記第2の基材の前記第1の表面上に衝突される周囲温度の流体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の流体が、前記第2の基材の前記第1の表面上に衝突される加熱流体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の流体が、前記第2の基材の前記第1の表面上に衝突される、冷却された流体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記衝突させた第1の流体の、少なくとも80%の前記体積流量を局所的に捕捉することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記衝突させた第1の流体の、実質的に全ての前記体積流量を局所的に捕捉することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口を通過する前記加熱された第1の流体の公称速度が、0.2マッハ未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口及び前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体捕捉入口が、それぞれ前記第1の移動基材の第1の表面から5mm未満に位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口が、長軸を有する伸長形状を備え、長軸を有する伸長形状をそれぞれ有する、一対の第1の流体捕捉入口が、前記第1の流体送達出口と横方向に外向きに側面を接する関係に位置付けられ、前記第1の流体捕捉入口の前記長軸が、前記第1の流体送達出口の前記長軸に対して略平行であり、前記第1の流体捕捉入口の前記長軸及び前記第1の流体送達出口の前記長軸が、前記第1の基材の運動の方向に略整列される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口が、一対の横方向に離間した第1の流体送達出口のうちの1つであり、前記一対の第1の流体捕捉入口が、前記一対の第1の流体送達出口と横方向に外向きに側面を接し、更なる第1の流体捕捉入口が、前記一対の第1の流体送達出口の間で横方向に挟まれる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の移動基材が長軸を備え、前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口が長軸を有する伸長形状を備え、前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口の前記長軸が、前記第1の基材の前記長軸に略整列される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の移動基材が長軸を備え、前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口が長軸を有する伸長形状を備え、前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口の前記長軸が、前記第1の基材の前記長軸に対して横断方向に配向される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の移動基材が第1のバッキングロールの表面と接触し、前記第2の移動基材が第2のバッキングロールの表面と接触し、前記第1の流体送達出口が前記第1のバッキングロールの前記表面と略一致する弓形形状を備え、前記第1のバッキングロールの前記表面及び前記第2のバッキングロールの前記表面が、互いに向かって合流経路に沿ってそれぞれ前記第1及び第2の基材を担持し、前記融解結合が行われ得るように、互いに接触する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の基材がポリマー薄膜を含み、前記第2の基材が不織布繊維ウェブを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の基材が不織布繊維ウェブを含み、前記第2の基材がポリマー薄膜を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、
少なくとも1つの第2の流体送達出口と、前記第2の流体送達出口に対して局所的に位置付けられる少なくとも1つの第2の流体捕捉入口とを提供することと、
前記第2の流体送達出口の近くに前記第2の移動基材を通し、前記第2の流体送達出口から前記第2の移動基材の前記第1の表面上に、前記加熱された第1の流体の温度よりも少なくとも摂氏100度低い温度である低温の第2の流体を衝突させることと、
前記少なくとも1つの第2の流体捕捉入口によって衝突させた第2の流体の全体積流量の少なくとも60%を局所的に捕捉し、前記第2の流体捕捉入口に流体接続される少なくとも1つの第2の流体除去チャネルを通して前記局所的に捕捉した第2の流体を除去することと、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口及び前記少なくとも1つの第2の流体送達出口が、分岐関係にある、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 第1の移動基材の第1の表面上に加熱された第1の流体を衝突させ、前記衝突させた加熱された第1の流体の少なくとも一部分を局所的に除去し、前記第1の移動基材の前記第1の表面を第2の移動基材の第1の表面に結合させるための装置であって、
少なくとも1つの第1の流体送達出口、及び前記第1の流体送達出口に対して局所的に位置付けられる少なくとも1つの第1の流体捕捉入口と、
前記第1の移動基材を支持し、前記第1の流体送達出口から送達される加熱された第1の流体が、前記第1の移動基材の第1の表面上に、それが加熱された第1の表面となるように衝突させられるように、前記第1の流体送達出口の近くに前記第1の移動基材を担持するように構成される第1のバッキング面と、
前記第2の移動基材を支持し、前記第2の移動基材の前記第1の主表面を、前記第1の移動基材の前記加熱された第1の表面と接触させる合流経路に沿って、前記第2の移動基材を担持するように構成される第2のバッキング面と、を備える、装置。 - 前記第2の流体送達出口が、周囲方向に伸長した弓形形状を備え、前記第2の流体捕捉入口が、前記加熱された第1の流体捕捉入口の弓形形状と一致する周囲方向に伸長した弓形形状を備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の流体送達出口が、前記第1の流体送達出口と両方とも一致する一対の第1の流体捕捉入口と横方向に外向きに側面を接する、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、横方向に離間した一対の第1の流体送達出口を備え、一対の第1の流体捕捉入口が、前記一対の第1の流体送達出口と横方向に外向きに側面を接し、更なる第1の流体捕捉入口が、前記一対の第1の流体送達出口の間で横方向に挟まれる、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、少なくとも3つの横方向に離間した第1の流体送達出口を備え、第1の流体捕捉入口が、それぞれ2つの第1の流体送達出口の間に横方向に挟まれ、一組の第1の流体捕捉入口が、前記横方向に最外部の第1の流体送達出口と横方向に外向きに側面を接する、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流体送達出口のそれぞれが、シートに20%〜80%の開口面積率を提供する、貫通開口部を有する不連続スクリーンを備える流体透過性シートを備える作業面を備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のバッキング表面が第1のバッキングロールの前記表面を備え、前記第2のバッキング表面が第2のバッキングロールの前記表面を備え、前記第1及び第2のバッキングロールが、前記第1及び第2の基材の合流経路を確立するニップロール対を集合的に構成し、前記第1の流体送達出口が、前記第1のバッキングロールの前記表面と略一致する弓形形状を備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
