Description

Claims (25)
- 陰圧閉鎖治療ドレッシングに流体を供給するためのシステムにおいて、
創傷ドレッシングと;
前記創傷ドレッシングに結合された負圧源と;
前記創傷ドレッシングと流体連通している流体流動装置と;
前記流体流動装置からの流体の流れを制御するように構成された制御装置と;
前記創傷ドレッシングおよび前記制御装置に結合された圧力センサーであって、前記創傷ドレッシングにおいて予め定められた圧力を検出すると、前記制御装置に制御信号を送信しかつ前記流体流動装置からの流体の流れを制御するように構成されている、圧力センサーと
を含むことを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記圧力センサーが前記創傷ドレッシングにおいて前記予め定められた圧力を検出するときの、視覚的または可聴式インジケータをさらに含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体流動装置がポンプであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項3に記載のシステムにおいて、前記制御装置が、前記ポンプの電源を入れたりまたは切ったりするように構成された制御スイッチであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体流動装置が蠕動ポンプであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体流動装置が遠心ポンプであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体流動装置が弁であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項7に記載のシステムにおいて、前記制御装置が、前記弁の位置を変更するように構成されたアクチュエータであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体流動装置がソレノイド駆動型ピンチ弁であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、さらに、前記負圧源に結合されかつ前記流体流動装置と流体連通している溜め部を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記溜め部から前記創傷ドレッシングへ重力送りシステムを介して流体が流れることができることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、さらに、前記創傷ドレッシングと前記溜め部との間に逆止弁を含み、前記逆止弁は、前記溜め部に負圧がないときに、前記溜め部への流体の流れを制限するように構成されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記制御装置は、前記圧力センサーが前記創傷ドレッシングにおいて予め定められた圧力を検出すると、前記流体流動装置の動作を停止させるように構成された制御スイッチを含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記制御装置は、前記圧力センサーが前記創傷ドレッシングにおいて予め定められた圧力を検出すると、閉鎖するように構成されたソレノイド弁を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記予め定められた圧力が約0.0mm Hgであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記予め定められた圧力が、約−1.0mm Hg〜1.0mm Hgであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 創傷治療ドレッシングに流体を供給する方法において、
創傷治療ドレッシングに負圧を発生させるステップと;
前記創傷治療ドレッシングに流体を供給するステップと;
圧力センサーを介して前記創傷治療ドレッシングにおける圧力を監視するステップと;
前記圧力が予め定められた値に達すると、流体供給を制限するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項17に記載の方法において、前記流体供給を制限するステップが、制御スイッチを作動させて、ポンプへのエネルギーの供給を中断することを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項17に記載の方法において、流体供給を制限するステップが、流体流動装置と前記創傷治療ドレッシングとの間の弁を閉鎖することを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項19に記載の方法において、前記弁がソレノイド弁であることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項17に記載の方法において、さらに、前記創傷治療ドレッシングに流体を供給するステップの前に、前記負圧源の動作を停止させることを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項17に記載の方法において、さらに、重力送りシステムを介して前記創傷治療ドレッシングに流体の流れをもたらすことを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項21に記載の方法において、さらに:
前記負圧源と前記創傷治療ドレッシングとの間に溜め部を設けるステップと;
前記負圧源と前記創傷治療ドレッシングとの間に逆止弁を設けるステップであって、前記逆止弁が、前記負圧源から前記創傷治療ドレッシングへの流れを制限するように構成されているステップと;
前記負圧源の動作停止後、および前記創傷治療ドレッシングに流体を供給するための前記ポンプの作動前に、前記溜め部を大気に通気させるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項23に記載の方法において、前記予め定められた圧力が約0.0mm Hgであることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項23に記載の方法において、前記予め定められた圧力が、約−1.0mm Hg〜1.0mm Hgであることを特徴とする、方法。
