Description
Claims (15)
- 皮下層を貫通して施術され得るように提供されるものであって、細長い管形状の本体12と;そして、
前記本体12の周辺組織の細胞が本体12内部へ移動して線維組織を形成することができるように提供されるものであって、前記本体12の外周面から前記本体12内部に長さ方向に形成された中空部12cに連通するように形成される通孔14
を含むシワ除去用充填体。 - 前記本体12は、一体型に形成され、横断面が円形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記本体12の直径が0.6〜1.0mmであり、そして、前記中空部12cの直径が0.5〜0.7mmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記通孔14の直径または円換算直径が40〜500μmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記本体12は、2以上の複数列の帯状の分体12a,12bを相互絡ませて交差する方式で螺旋形に巻いて形成することにより、前記分体12a,12bの内部に長さ方向に前記中空部12cが提供されるようにし、そして、前記分体12a,12b間に形成される隙間により、前記本体12の外周面から前記中空部12cへ連通する前記通孔14が提供されるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記本体12が弾性素材で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記本体12が、ヒアルロン酸(hyaluronic acid:HA)、ポリ乳酸(polylactic acid:PLA)、ポリグリコール酸‐乳酸共重合体(poly(glycolic−lactic acid:PGLA)およびポリジオキサノン(polydioxanone:PDS)により構成された群から選択された生分解性高分子で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記本体12が、ナイロン、シリコンおよびテフロン(登録商標)(teflon)により構成された群から選択された非生分解性高分子で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記本体12が、内皮と外皮が物性の互いに異なる物質により構成された二重層構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記中空部12cには、複数の隔壁16がさらに形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記中空部12cには、螺旋形弾性支持体17がさらに提供されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記本体12の外部には、螺旋形弾性支持体17が前記本体12の外周面を覆い包む形態でさらに提供されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 複数個の前記本体12が、各々の中空部12cが隣接するように一列に配置され、そして、複数個の前記本体12が一連のシワ除去用充填体として使用されるように、前記本体12内部に長さ方向に形成された中空部12cを貫通する連結体12dがさらに提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 前記本体12の外周面には、本体の長さ方向に沿って一方向に偏向された複数の弾性突起12eがさらに形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
- 線維組織の形成を促進するための成長因子が、前記本体12の外周面もしくは内周面にコーティングされるか、または、前記本体12に内包されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシワ除去用充填体。
