Abstract
Description
1.光混合ユニットを照明装置ホルダーにおける傾斜角度が異なる各固定面に固定し、各光混合ユニットを互いに分散して配列することにより、異なる画素効果を実現する。
2.白色光LEDとカラー光LEDを同時に協調して用いることにより、十分な照度の提供を前提に、さらに各画素点に対してフルカラー調節機能を実現可能であり、かつ、単色LEDと白色光LEDの光混合作用によって、演色性が90%以上まで高められる。
3.LED照明装置本来の特性を十分に発揮し、蛍光灯と比較して省電力(電気消費量は蛍光灯の約10分の1)であり、衝撃に強く容易に破損せず、使用寿命が長い(白熱灯と蛍光灯の約20倍)。
4.放熱性能がよく、環境に優しく汚染が生じず、ちらつきがなく起動速度が速い。
Claims (13)
- 照明装置ホルダーを含むLED投影照明装置であって、
前記LED投影照明装置はさらに幾つかの光混合ユニットを含み、各前記光混合ユニットはレンズユニットと幾つかのLEDを有し、かつ前記照明装置ホルダーの表面に分散して固定され、
前記ホルダーの表面における各箇所の空間角はいずれも異なっていることを特徴とするLED投影照明装置。 - 各前記光混合ユニットは、さらにアルミニウム基板を含み、前記幾つかのLEDは前記アルミニウム基板に固定され、前記レンズユニットは上方から前記幾つかのLEDを覆い、且つ前記アルミニウム基板に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記アルミニウム基板の周には少なくとも2つの位置決め孔が設けられ、前記レンズユニットの周には少なくとも2つの位置決め角が設けられ、前記位置決め角は前記位置決め孔に対応して係合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記ホルダーの表面はアーチ状、多面体または傘型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記ホルダーの表面には幾つかの固定面が分散して配置され、各前記光混合ユニットは各前記固定面に対応して固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記固定面の中央には貫通孔が開設されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記アルミニウム基板、前記レンズユニットおよび前記固定面は互いに整合することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記アルミニウム基板と前記ホルダーの表面との間の固定方式として、貼り付け、リベット締めまたは螺合、あるいは一体成形を用いることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記光混合ユニットは環状配列、多角形配列あるいはマトリックス配列で前記ホルダーの表面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記照明装置ホルダーの下方には放熱リブが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記レンズユニットの材料はアクリルまたはPC材質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記幾つかのLEDは白色光LEDとカラー光LEDを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED投影照明装置。
- 前記幾つかの白色光LEDとカラー光LEDが組み合わされて照明装置の色温度と演色評価数を調節することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のLED投影照明装置。
