Description
Claims (13)
- 加熱本体(2)を備える電気加熱装置(1)であって、
前記加熱本体内に少なくとも1つの電気加熱素子(8)が設けられ、前記電気加熱素子の動作が前記加熱装置の構成要素である制御モジュール(3)の依存状態下に置かれ、
前記加熱本体(2)がキャビティ(6)を少なくとも部分的に画定する壁(5)を含み、前記キャビティ内に前記制御モジュール(3)が収容され、
前記電気加熱素子(8)および前記制御モジュール(3)が低電圧で給電されるのに適し、
前記キャビティ(6)を画定する前記壁(5)を覆う電気絶縁体(17)が設けられることを特徴とする電気加熱装置(1)。 - 前記キャビティを画定する前記壁(5)が、少なくとも1つの底壁(18)、および、前記底壁(18)に対して垂直な周壁(12)である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱本体(2)は、加熱されるべき流れが通過されるチューブバンドル(4)を備え、
前記チューブバンドル(4)が前記キャビティ(6)を画定する前記壁(5,12,18)と接合されて一体ユニットを形成する請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 電気絶縁体(17)は、前記キャビティ(6)を画定する壁(5,12,18)の形状を補完する形状を有する柔軟シートの形態を成す請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記柔軟シートは、前記電気加熱素子(8)に給電する少なくとも1つの導電体(20)が通過する少なくとも1つの貫通穴(21)を有する請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記キャビティ(6)がカバー(16)によって閉じられる請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記カバー(16)は、金属材料から形成されるとともに、前記キャビティ(6)へと向けられるその前面に配置される電気絶縁体(27)を備える請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記電気絶縁体(17)が別個の隣接する部分から形成される請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記一体ユニットが金属材料から形成される請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記電気絶縁体(17)は、前記キャビティを画定する壁(5,12,18)の内面上に噴射される絶縁材料の層の形態を成す請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御モジュール(3)は、前記低電圧が通される第1の部分(22)と、極低電圧と呼ばれる5〜48ボルトの電圧が通される第2の部分(23)とを備える請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の部分(22)および前記第2の部分(23)が1つの同じプリント回路に形成される請求項11に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置(1)を備える、特に電気モータによって駆動される車両用の換気・加熱設備。
