Claims (10)
- 監視すべき品目に適用するための手段を設けられたコンテナを含む温度感知ラベルであって、前記コンテナが、糸状バイアス部材(2)に拘束された糸状形状記憶部材(1)で構成される少なくとも1つの温度感知システムを収納する温度感知ラベルにおいて、
前記糸状バイアス部材(2)は、好ましくはその端部の1つでそれを折り返すことによって形成された係合シート(3)を設けられ、前記糸状形状記憶部材(1)の前記端部の1つが、プリセット臨界しきい値温度(Tc)よりも低い温度にさらされた場合に、前記糸状形状記憶部材(1)がオーステナイト相からマルテンサイト相へ相転移を行い、該相転移が前記係合シート(3)によって形成された前記拘束部からの不可逆的解放を引き起こすように前記係合シート(3)に挿入され、表示手段が、前記解放状態を表示するために提供されることを特徴とする、温度感知ラベル。 - 前記糸状形状記憶部材(1)は、形状記憶合金ワイヤーから成る、請求項1に記載の温度感知ラベル。
- 前記糸状形状記憶部材(1)は、1から30mmの間、好ましくは2から20mmの間の長さを有する、請求項1または2に記載の温度感知ラベル。
- 前記糸状形状記憶部材(1)及び前記糸状バイアス部材(2)は、導電性材料で作られている、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の温度感知ラベル。
- 前記糸状バイアス部材(2)は、4から30mmの間、好ましくは4から20mmの間の長さを有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の温度感知ラベル。
- 前記糸状形状記憶部材(1)及び/または前記糸状バイアス部材(2)は、25から500μmの間の直径を有する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の温度感知ラベル。
- 前記表示手段は、前記2つの糸状部材(1、2)が相互に拘束されるときに、前記係合シート(3)によって占められる位置で、前記コンテナに形成される透明窓(5)から成る、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の温度感知ラベル。
- 前記表示手段は、前記糸状形状記憶部材(1)の相転移の際に、前記2つの糸状部材(1、2)の1つが達する解放位置で、前記コンテナに形成される少なくとも1つの透明窓(5)から成る、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の温度感知ラベル。
- 前記コンテナは、複数の温度感知システムを収納し、前記温度感知システムのそれぞれの状態をそれぞれ表示するのに適した複数の表示手段を設けられる、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の温度感知ラベル。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の温度感知ラベルを含むRFID超小型回路。
