Claims (44)
- 主表面を有する単一基板と;

主表面の第2表面セグメントに適用されている第2コーティング;

第1コーティングが、第2コーティングとは異なる、被覆基板。 - 第1コーティングが、複数の層を有する第1積層系を有し、第2コーティングが、複数の層を有する第2積層系を有する、請求項1に記載の被覆基板。
- 第1コーティングと第2コーティングのどちらかまたは両方が、低放射率コーティングである、請求項2に記載の被覆基板。
- 第1コーティングと第2コーティングの両方が、低放射率コーティングである、請求項3に記載の被覆基板。
- 第1および第2積層系の複数の層が、実質的に同じであり、1以上の層の違いが、第2積層系と比べて第1積層系にある、請求項4に記載の被覆基板。
- 1以上の層の違いが、1以上の追加的な層、1以上のより少ない層、より大きい厚さを有する1以上の層、より小さい厚さを有する1以上の層および/または異なる材料の1以上の層を有する、請求項5に記載の被覆基板。
- 1以上の層の違いが、主表面の遷移セグメントにおいて徐々に生じる、請求項6に記載の被覆基板。
- 第1表面セグメントが、約60%以上の可視光透過率を有し、第2表面セグメントが、第1表面セグメントの可視光透過率より少ない可視光透過率を有する、請求項3に記載の被覆基板。
- 第2表面セグメントが、約40%以下の可視光透過率を有する、請求項8に記載の被覆基板。
- 第2表面セグメントが、第1表面セグメントの日射熱取得率よりも小さい日射熱取得率を有する、請求項8に記載の被覆基板。
- 第1表面セグメントが、主表面の合計表面積の約10%〜約40%の間である、請求項9に記載の被覆基板。
- 第1表面セグメントが、主表面の合計表面積の約10%〜約40%の間である、請求項10に記載の被覆基板。
- 基板が、透明な、実質的に透明な、または光透過性の材料から形成されている、請求項1に記載の被覆基板。
- 基板が、フロートガラスである、請求項13に記載の被覆基板。
- 被覆基板の製造方法であって、当該方法が:
a)主表面を有する基板を準備し;
b)前記主表面の第1表面セグメント上に第1コーティングを堆積し;
c)前記主表面の第2表面セグメント上に第2コーティングを堆積すること;
を有し、第1コーティングが、第2コーティングとは異なる、被覆基板の製造方法。 - 第1セグメント上に堆積する工程が、複数の層を有する第1積層系を有する第1コーティングを堆積することを更に有し、第2表面セグメント上に堆積する工程が、複数の層を有する第2積層系を堆積することを更に有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 第1コーティングと第2コーティングのどちらかまたは両方が、低放射率コーティングである、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 第1コーティングと第2コーティングの両方が、低放射率コーティングである、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 第1および第2積層系の複数の層が、実質的に同じであり、1以上の層の違いが、第2積層系と比べて第1積層系にある、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 1以上の層の違いが、1以上の追加的な層、1以上のより少ない層、より大きい厚さを有する1以上の層、より小さい厚さを有する1以上の層および/または異なる材料の1以上の層を有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 1以上の層の違いが主表面の遷移セグメントにおいて徐々に生じる、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第1表面セグメントが、約60%以上の可視光透過率を有し、第2表面セグメントが、第1表面セグメントの可視光透過率よりも少ない可視光透過率を有する、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第2表面セグメントが、約40%以下の可視光透過率を有する、請求項22に記載の被覆基板。
- 第2表面セグメントが、第1表面セグメントの日射熱取得率よりも小さい日射熱取得率を有する、請求項23に記載の被覆基板。

- 基板が、透明な、実質的に透明な、または光透過性の材料から形成されている、請求項16に記載の被覆基板。

- スパッタリングターゲットと主表面の間に1以上の物体を選択的に配置することによって、1以上の層の違いを達成する、請求項に記載20の方法。
- スパッタリングチャンバー内の反応性ガスおよび/または不活性ガスの種類、容量、方向および/または源の位置を操作することによって、1以上の層の違いを達成する、請求項に記載20の方法。

- 第1コーティングと第2コーティングのどちらかまたは両方が、低放射率コーティングである、請求項34に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 第1コーティングと第2コーティングの両方が、低放射率コーティングである、請求項35に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 第1および第2積層系の複数の層が、実質的に同じであり、1以上の層の違いが、第2積層系と比べて第1積層系にある、請求項36に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
