Abstract
【解決手段】 本装置はプラズマ発生器(1)および高温水蒸気発生器(2)を含む。高温水蒸気発生器(2)の一端中央には、プラズマ発生器(1)の排出口(1b)と連通する高温プラズマ供給口(4)が設けられる。プラズマ発生器(1)は非酸化ガスの供給口(1a)を有する。高温プラズマ供給口(4)は、環状水蒸気供給口(3d)によって包囲され、環状水蒸気供給口(3d)には回転案内羽根(7)が据え付けられる。高温水蒸気発生器(2)のケーシングは、1〜4段に分けられる増大段形状を有し、且つ、水蒸気の流入のための環状狭小オリフィス(3a,3b,3c)が、各段において、隣接する2個のケーシング部分の間に設けられており、環状狭小オリフィス(3a,3b,3c)は水蒸気圧力供給装置(3)と接続される。本方法は、準備された水蒸気とプラズマ発生器(1)によってイオン化された高温プラズマ作用材料を、それぞれの供給口から高温水蒸気発生器(2)に噴霧する工程と、高温水蒸気および高温プラズマを集中的に混合する工程と、活性粒子を伴う水蒸気を形成するために、水蒸気を加熱および活性化する工程を含む。

Claims (10)
- プラズマを使用することにより、高温且つ活性粒子に富む水蒸気を調製する方法であって、
1)水蒸気を準備し、1または幾つかの非酸化ガスを作用ガスとして選択し、プラズマ発生器を使用することにより、前記作用ガスを高温プラズマ作用媒体にイオン化する工程と、
2)前記高温プラズマ作用媒体を高温水蒸気発生器に注入して、高温イオン化環境を形成しつつ、前記水蒸気を回転案内羽根を介して高温水蒸気発生器に高速で導入して、水蒸気が加熱および活性化され、活性粒子に富む水蒸気を形成するように、前記水蒸気を前記高温プラズマ作用媒体と接触させることにより、工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記工程1)の作用ガスは、前記プラズマ発生器により、2727〜11727℃(3000〜12000K)の温度を有する高温プラズマにイオン化される、請求項1の方法。
- 前記作用ガスは窒素である、請求項1または2の方法。
- 前記工程2)の高温プラズマ作用媒体は、30〜100m/sの速度で前記高温水蒸気発生器に注入され
前記水蒸気は、5〜30m/sの速度で前記高温水蒸気発生器に注入され、
前記高温プラズマ作用媒体と前記高温水蒸気発生器への前記水蒸気の質量流量比は、前記高温水蒸気発生器の排出口での前記水蒸気が、727〜3727℃(1000〜4000K)の温度を有するように調節される
請求項1または2の方法。 - 1から4個の環状間隙が前記高温水蒸気発生器のハウジング上に所定の間隔をあけて配置されており、
前記水蒸気の一部は、圧力コンベアにより前記環状間隙を通り前記高温水蒸気発生器へ案内され、保護を目的として、前記高温水蒸気発生器の壁部上に低温水膜を形成する
請求項1または2の方法。 - 前記高温水蒸気発生器に供給される前記水蒸気は飽和水蒸気である、請求項1または2の方法。
- プラズマを使用することにより、高温且つ活性粒子に富む水蒸気を調製する装置であって、
プラズマ発生器(1)と、
高温水蒸気発生器(2)とを含み、
高温プラズマ供給口(4)は前記高温水蒸気発生器(2)の一端中心部に配置されると共に、前記プラズマ発生器(1)の排出口(1b)と連通しており、
前記プラズマ発生器(1)には非酸化ガス供給口(1a)が設けられており、
環状水蒸気供給口(3d)は、前記高温プラズマ供給口(4)を包囲するように設けられ、
回転案内羽根(7)は前記環状水蒸気供給口(3d)の内部に載置される
装置。 - 前記高温水蒸気発生器(2)は、徐々に拡大する段構造のハウジングを含み、
前記ハウジングは1から4個の段を含み、
環状間隙は前記ハウジングの隣り合う2個の段全ての間に配置されて、前記水蒸気を前記高温水蒸気発生器に流入させ、
前記環状間隙は圧力コンベアと接続される
請求項7の装置。 - 前記高温水蒸気発生器ハウジングの徐々に拡大する段は、各々300〜800mmの長さを有する、請求項8の装置。
- 前記環状間隙は3から15mmの径方向幅を有する、請求項8の装置。
