Abstract
Description
回転軸と平行なリニアアクチュエータにより少なくとも部分的に第1フィードラインが移動可能なために、一方で、極低温冷却媒体の簡単かつ信頼できる移送が、加工すべき工作物と係合した工具まで可能であり、他方で、簡単かつ信頼できる工具変更が可能である。第1位置において第1フィードラインは第2フィードラインと連結、封止され、その関連する工具は工作物を加工するための加工位置に現在ある。極低温冷却媒体は工具に簡単かつ確実に移送できる。工具変更のために、第1フィードラインはリニアアクチュエータによってその第2位置に動かされ、そこでは第1フィードラインは第2フィードラインから切り離される。従って、第2位置では、工具ホルダーを有する回転部の回転位置は工具変更のために簡単かつ確実に変えられる。工具変更の後、第1フィードラインは、それが加工位置にある新たな工具の第2フィードラインと連結、封止される第1位置まで、リニアアクチュエータにより再び動かされる。

Claims (13)
- ハウジング(11;11a)、
該ハウジング(11;11a)に設置された駆動ユニット(14;14a)、
工具(20;20a)を保持するために周囲に配置された複数の工具ホルダー(19;19a)を有していて、前記駆動ユニット(14;14a)により回転軸(15)のまわりに複数の回転位置に前記ハウジング(11;11a)に対して回転可能な回転部(13;13a)、
極低温冷却媒体(5)を供給するために、少なくとも部分的に前記回転軸(15)と平行に配置された第1フィードライン(21;21a)、及び
前記極低温冷却媒体(5)を供給するために、前記回転軸(15)に対して少なくとも部分的に直角に配置された複数の第2フィードライン(50;50a)を有する、工作物を加工するための工具タレットにおいて、
前記第1フィードライン(21;21a)は、リニアアクチュエータ(25;25a)により少なくとも部分的に直線的に移動でき、
前記第1フィードライン(21;21a)は、第1位置において、前記極低温冷却媒体(5)を工具(20;20a)に移送するために前記第2フィードライン(50;50a)のうちの1つに連結し、
前記第1フィードライン(21;21a)は、第2位置において、前記回転部(13;13a)の回転位置を変更できるように前記第2フィードライン(50;50a)から分離する、ことを特徴とする工具タレット。 - 前記第1フィードライン(21;21a)は断熱、特に少なくとも部分的に真空断熱で設計される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具タレット。
- 前記第1フィードライン(21;21a)は、内側管(36;36,94)とそれを取り囲む外側管(37;37,95)を有し、これら管(36,37;36,37,94,95)のうちの少なくとも1つは長さを変更できる、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工具タレット。
- 前記第2フィードライン(50;50a)はそれぞれ、断熱、特に少なくとも部分的に真空断熱で設計される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の工具タレット。
- 前記リニアアクチュエータ(25;25a)は、前記第1フィードライン(21;21a)に結合する複動ピストンシリンダユニットとして設計される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の工具タレット。
- 前記第2フィードライン(50;50a)はそれぞれ、前記第1フィードライン(21;21a)に対向する端部で漏斗状に設計され、特にガスケットを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の工具タレット。
- 前記第1フィードライン(21)は前記回転軸(15)から距離を置いて設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の工具タレット。
- 前記第2フィードライン(50)はそれぞれ、前記回転軸(15)と平行に延びる第1ライン部分(52)と、前記回転軸(15)と直角に延びる第2ライン部分(53)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の工具タレット。
- 前記第1フィードライン(21a)は、前記回転軸(15)と同心に延びる第1ライン部分(69)と、前記回転軸(15)と直角に延びていて前記リニアアクチュエータ(25a)により前記回転軸(15)と直角に移動可能な第2ライン部分(70)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の工具タレット。
- 前記第2フィードライン(50a)はそれぞれ、前記回転軸(15)と直角に延びる、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の工具タレット。
- 前記リニアアクチュエータ(25a)の第1位置では、関連する前記第2フィードライン(50a)が前記第1フィードライン(21a)に連結している前記工具ホルダー(19a)は、駆動ユニット(72)により工具回転軸(90)のまわりに回転駆動できる、ことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の工具タレット。
- 前記工具ホルダー(19a)は、前記工具回転軸(90)と同心に配置された前記第2フィードライン(50a)のまわりに回転駆動できるように設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の工具タレット。
- 工作物を加工するための加工装置であって、
請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の工具タレット(3;3a)、
極低温冷却媒体(5)を供給するための断熱された容器(4)、
前記極低温冷却媒体(5)を冷却するための冷却ユニット(6)、及び
前記容器(4)から前記極低温冷却媒体(5)を前記工具タレット(3;3a)に供給するための断熱された供給ライン(8)、を有する加工装置。
