Claims (5)
- 소둔로(800) 내에 구비되어 양단부가 소둔로(800)의 외부로 돌출되도록 장착된 허스롤(100); 상기 허스롤(100)을 회전시키도록 돌출된 허스롤(100)의 양단부에 장착되는 베어링(400); 상기 베어링(400)을 감싸도록 장착되며 베어링(400)에 공급된 그리스를 배출시키기 위해 드레인 구멍(210)이 형성된 베어링 블럭(200); 상기 베어링 블럭(200) 내부에 구비되어 돌출된 허스롤(100)의 양단부에 결합되며, 베어링(400)으로부터 흘러나온 그리스를 드레인 구멍(210)을 향해 유도하도록 외측면에 나선형의 돌출부(320)가 형성된 세트 스크류(300); 및소둔로(800)의 고온으로부터 열이 전달되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 베어링 블럭(200)에 설치된 쿨링부(600)를 포함하는 소둔로의 허스롤 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 드레인 구멍(210)에는 그리스를 배출시키기 위한 배관(700)이 장착되고, 배관(700)에는 온/오프 컨트롤 벨브(740)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔로의 허스롤 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 배관(700)에는 시간에 따라 온/오프 컨트롤 벨브(740)를 작동시키도록 게이지(780) 및 타이머(760)가 장착된 공기 라인(720)이 더 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔로의 허스롤 장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 쿨링부(600)의 내측에는 허스롤(100)의 외측면과 밀착되도록 실링(620, 640)이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔로의 허스롤 장치.
