Claims (5)
- 上端及び下端の閉鎖部(8、9)が設けられている圧力周壁(4)を有する圧力容器(1)と、
断熱ケーシング(3)によって少なくとも部分的に囲まれ、前記圧力容器中に設けられ、物体を保持するように設定された加熱チャンバ(18)と、
前記加熱チャンバ(18)と接続し、外部冷却ループを形成するように設定され、この外部冷却ループの一部の中のプレス媒体が、前記加熱チャンバ中に再び入る前に圧力容器の壁と前記上端の閉鎖部(8)とに近接するように案内される、少なくとも1つの案内通路(10、11)と、
前記外部冷却ループを形成している前記少なくとも1つの案内通路(10、11)中に配置され、前記断熱ケーシング(3)の中央の開口部(13)から前記圧力周壁(4)の側壁へと径方向及び周方向にプレス媒体を案内するための少なくとも1つのチャンネル(50、65、68)を有するように配設され、前記少なくとも1つのチャンネル(50、65、68)は、前記少なくとも1つのチャンネル(50、65、68)の全長にわたってプレス媒体の流れ方向にほぼ一定の断面積を有している、案内チャンネル部材(40、61)と、を具備する、ホットプレス成形のためのプレス装置。 - プレス媒体用の前記少なくとも1つのチャンネル(50、68)は、前記案内チャンネル部材(40、41)の壁(57、69)と、前記上端の閉鎖部(8)とによって規定され、プレス媒体は、プレス媒体用の前記チャンネルを通過する間に、前記上端の閉鎖部(8)に少なくとも部分的に接触している、請求項1に記載のプレス装置。
- 前記案内チャンネル部材(60)は、
前記断熱ケーシング(3)の前記中央の開口部(13)から前記圧力容器(1)の側壁へと外に向かって径方向及び周方向に案内するように配設されているプレス媒体用の少なくとも1つのチャンネル(65)を有している下部と、
全長にわたってほぼ一定の断面積を有するように配設されている少なくとも1つのチャンネル(68)を有し、プレス媒体を前記圧力容器(1)の側壁へと径方向及び周方向にプレス媒体を案内するように配設されている上部(61)と、を具備し、
前記少なくとも1つのチャンネル(65)は、全長にわたってほぼ一定の断面積を有し、前記少なくとも1つのチャンネルは、前記下部の壁(67)によって部分的に規定されており、
前記上側の部分(61)の前記少なくとも1つのチャンネル(68)は、前記上部(61)の壁(69)と前記上端の閉鎖部(8)とによって規定されている、請求項1に記載のプレス装置。 - プレス媒体用の前記少なくとも1つのチャンネル(50、65、68)は、プレス媒体の流れ方向に断面を有するように設けられ、この断面積は、前記チャンネルの全長にわたって前記流れ方向にほぼ一定である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載のプレス装置。
- プレス媒体用の前記少なくとも1つのチャンネル(50、65、68)は、伸開線(evolvent)の形状を有している、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載のプレス装置。
