Claims (6)
- 特に廃タイヤ、加硫残留物および廃プラスチックならびに類似製品の細粒の連続的な熱分解リサイクルのためのサーマルリアクタであって、
前記サーマルリアクタ(1)は、上下に垂直に配置される供給部(2)、中心加熱領域部(3)、および排出部(4)を備え、
抽出パイプ(11)が、前記サーマルリアクタ(1)の前記中心加熱領域部(3)の中心に配置され、前記抽出パイプの外側面が、形成される蒸発した短鎖炭化水素化合物を取り出すための複数の穴および/またはスリットを備え、前記抽出パイプ(11)は、上下に押される円錐ベル(5)を有し、前記抽出パイプ(11)から蒸発した炭化水素化合物を取り出すための手段(8)が設けられ、
前記リアクタの外側面(14)の前記中心加熱領域部(3)において複数の半径方向に配置された加熱プレート(9)が設けられ、前記加熱プレートは上下に存在する加熱レベルに配置され、前記加熱プレートは相互にオフセットすることを特徴とする、サーマルリアクタ。 - 短いおよび長い加熱プレート(9)が、加熱レベル内に1つの加熱レベルから隣接する加熱レベルまで両方交互に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサーマルリアクタ。
- 前記加熱プレート(9)が、前記サーマルリアクタ(1)の前記外側面(14)の対応して寸法決めされたスロット内に押され、かつ、前記スロットから引き抜かれることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサーマルリアクタ。
- 前記加熱プレート(9)が、電気的に加熱され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサーマルリアクタ。
- 前記サーマルリアクタ(1)において温度プロファイルを制御し、各加熱プレート(9)の温度を個々に調節するための手段(21)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサーマルリアクタ。
- 前記抽出パイプ(11)から前記蒸発した炭化水素化合物を取り出すための前記手段(8)が、短い蒸気排出パイプ(8)として構成され、重縮合装置(26)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサーマルリアクタ。
