Abstract

La invención se refiere a un reactor térmico para el reciclaje continuo termolítico de granulados de neumáticos usados, residuos de vulcanización y de plásticos usados y productos similares. Para desarrollar un reactor térmico que trabaje de forma continua para un procedimiento de pirólisis de este tipo, que permita someter granulados de neumáticos usados, residuos de vulcanización y granulados de plásticos usados a un reciclaje termolítico continuo, sin dispositivos de transporte y mezcla adicionales, que giren por motor o dispositivos desagregadores neumáticos, se propone en el marco de la invención, • que el reactor térmico presente una parte de entrada, una parte central con zonas de calefacción y una parte de salida, que estén dispuestas una por debajo de la otra, • que en la parte central con zonas de calefacción, de forma central en el reactor térmico, esté dispuesto un tubo de aspiración, cuya superficie lateral presente numerosos taladros y/o ranuras para evacuar los vapores de hidrocarburos de cadena corta que se forman, estando colocadas en el tubo de aspiración por deslizamiento campanas cónicas dispuestas una encima de la otra y estando previstos medios par la aspiración de los vapores de hidrocarburos del tubo de aspiración, y • que en la parte central con zonas de calefacción en la superficie lateral exterior estén dispuestas múltiples placas calentadoras dispuestas radialmente, que estén dispuestas de forma desplazada unas respecto a las otras en los pisos de calefacción. En el marco de la invención se ha mostrado que a pesar de la mala conducción de calor de estos materiales con un reactor térmico vertical de este tipo es posible reciclar en un servicio continuo granulados de neumáticos usados, residuos de vulcanización y plásticos usados, puesto que se someten a una mezcla y a un calentamiento homogéneos.
