Claims (13)
- 提供製造設備から値を得る方法であって、
a.製造設備を物品製造者に提供するステップであって、前記製造設備が、トレーサー要素の存在を検出するためのオンライン分析機を備える、ステップと、
b.前記トレーサー要素を含有する原材料を物品製造者に提供するステップと、
c.前記製造設備を用いて、前記原材料から完成品への変換を開始することを前記物品製造者に許可するステップと、
d.前記トレーサー要素の存在について、前記原材料を分析するステップと、
e.前記トレーサー要素が検出されたか否かに基づく動作を行うステップとを含む、方法。 - ステップe)において行われる動作が、前記トレーサー要素が検出されない場合に前記製造設備を停止させることである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップe)において行われる動作が、前記トレーサー要素が検出されない場合に、使用された樹脂、繊維、フィルムまたはシートの体積を記録することである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記記録された体積に基づいて実施料を課すステップをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記原材料が樹脂、繊維、フィルム、成形品またはシートである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 使用された、樹脂、繊維、フィルム、成形品またはシートの体積に基づいて、前記物品製造者に実施料を課すさらなるステップを含み、前記樹脂、繊維、フィルム、成形品またはシートは、前記トレーサー要素を含有していなかったものである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記原材料が樹脂であり、前記樹脂がポリオレフィンを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記オンライン分析機が、前記トレーサー要素の存在に加えて前記トレーサー要素の量を検出し、ステップにおいて行われる動作が、前記トレーサー要素が適当な量で存在するか否かに基づくものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 2つ以上のトレーサー要素が前記原材料に添加されており、前記分析機が、添加されている各トレーサー要素の存在および/または量を検出する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トレーサー要素が有機物由来の材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トレーサー要素が無機物由来の材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無機トレーサー要素が金属錯体および/または金属塩を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 特定の1台の製造設備で使用された原材料が十分な品質のものであることを確実にする方法であって、
a.製造設備を物品製造者に提供するステップであって、前記製造設備が、トレーサー要素の存在を検出するためのオンライン分析機を備える、ステップと、
b.原材料製造業者を確認するステップであって、前記原材料製造業者の原材料が所望の基準を満たす、ステップと、
c.確認された前記原材料製造業者に、1つまたは複数のトレーサー要素の識別情報および任意選択によりその量の範囲を提供するステップと、
d.前記製造設備を用いて、原材料から完成品への変換を開始することを前記物品製造者に許可するステップと、
e.確認された前記原材料製造業者に提供された1つまたは複数のトレーサー要素の存在および任意選択によりその量について、前記原材料を分析するステップと、
f.1つまたは複数のトレーサー要素の存在および任意選択によりその量が前記原材料中に検出されない場合に、製造設備を安全に停止させる信号を伝達するステップと
を含む、方法。
