Claims (19)
- ステント送達システムであって、
基端部を有する内部部材と、
前記内部部材に対して、その基端部に近接して連結されたスリーブと、
前記内部部材の周囲に設置されたイントロデューサシースと、
前記イントロデューサシースに連結されたギアラックアセンブリと、
前記内部部材と前記イントロデューサシースとの間に設置されたステントと、
前記内部部材と前記イントロデューサシースに連結されたハンドルであって、前記ハンドルが作動部材を含み、前記作動部材を作動させると、前記ギアラックアセンブリと前記イントロデューサシースの長さ方向の位置が移動するように、前記作動部材が前記ギアラックアセンブリに連結される、ハンドルと、
前記ギアラックアセンブリに連結された係合機構であって、前記内部部材のスリーブと係合して、前記ギアラックアセンブリが基端方向に引き戻されると前記内部部材を基端方向に引き戻すように構成される係合機構と、
を含むステント送達システム。 - 前記係合機構が、前記ギアラックアセンブリから延びるループを含む、請求項1に記載のステント送達システム。

前記ギアラックアセンブリに連結された係合機構であって、前記イントロデューサシースが一定距離基端方向に引き戻されると、前記内部部材の大径基端部に引っ掛かり、前記内部部材を基端方向に引き戻すように構成された係合機構と、
