Claims (21)
- 繊維、充填剤、結合剤およびスラリー成分と相互作用するために水性スラリー全体にわたって均一に分散されたキトサンを含む成分の前記水性スラリーから形成される鋳造天井タイルであって、前記水性スラリーから形成された前記鋳造天井タイルは、前記キトサンを除いて同じスラリー成分から同様に形成された天井タイルと比較して、前記キトサンにより構造的に強化される、鋳造天井タイル。
- 前記キトサンが、前記キトサンを除いて同じスラリー成分から同様に形成された天井タイルと比較して、MORを含む増加した物理的性質を有する天井タイルを提供するように前記成分と相互作用する、請求項1に記載の鋳造天井タイル。
- 前記キトサンが、前記水性スラリー中の固体の全重量に基づいて約0.5wt%〜約10wt%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の鋳造天井タイル。
- 前記キトサンが前記スラリーに添加するために酸溶液中に溶解される、請求項1に記載の鋳造天井タイル。
- 前記スラリーが、許容可能な物理的性質を維持するために添加されたキトサンの量に応じて減少した量の結合剤および前記減少した量の結合剤に応じて増加した量のセルロース繊維リサイクル材料を含み、前記タイルの脱工業化/再利用含有量が増加する、請求項1に記載の鋳造天井タイル。
- 前記許容可能な物理的性質がMORおよび硬度を含む、請求項5に記載の天井タイル。
- 前記キトサンが、前記キトサンを除いて同じスラリー成分から同様に形成された鋳造天井タイルと比較して、前記天井タイルから増加した量の水を除去するための脱水の間に前記スラリー成分と相互作用する、請求項1に記載の鋳造天井タイル。
- 前記繊維が鉱物綿であり、前記充填剤がパーライト、炭酸カルシウム、粘土およびスタッコからなる群から選択され、前記結合剤がデンプンおよびラテックスからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の鋳造天井タイル。
- 前記キトサンが前記天井タイルのカビ抵抗性を向上させる傾向がある、請求項1に記載の鋳造天井タイル。
- 前記天井タイルが、重量ベースで、
約60%〜約80%の繊維、
約15%〜約70%の充填剤、
約3%〜約12%の結合剤、および
約0.5%〜約10%のキトサン
を含む組成を有する、請求項1に記載の鋳造天井タイル。 - 鉱物繊維、充填剤、結合剤および水性スラリー全体にわたって均一に分散されたキトサンを含む成分の前記水性スラリーの乾燥産物を含む防音建材であって、前記キトサンは前記スラリー成分と相互作用し、前記防音建材は、前記キトサンを除いて同じスラリー成分から同様に形成された防音建材と比較して、前記結合剤と少なくとも相互作用する前記キトサンにより構造的に強化される、防音建材。
- 前記キトサンが、前記キトサンを除いて同じスラリー成分から同様に形成された建材と比較して、MORを含む増加した機械的性質を有する建材を提供するように前記スラリー成分と相互作用する、請求項11に記載の建材。
- 前記キトサンが、前記水性スラリー中の固体の全重量に基づいて約1wt%〜約6wt%の量で存在する、請求項11に記載の建材。
- 前記スラリーが、許容可能な物理的性質を維持するために添加されたキトサンの量に応じて減少した量の結合剤および前記減少した量の結合剤に応じて増加した量のセルロース繊維リサイクル材料を含む、請求項11に記載の建材。
- 前記キトサンが、前記キトサンを除いて同じスラリー成分から同様に形成された建材と比較して、前記建材から増加した量の水を除去するために脱水の間、前記スラリー成分と相互作用する、請求項11に記載の建材。
- 前記繊維が、鉱物綿、ガラス繊維およびセルロース繊維からなる群から選択され、前記充填剤が、パーライト、炭酸カルシウム、粘土およびスタッコからなる群から選択され、前記結合剤が、デンプンおよびラテックスからなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の建材。
- 鉱物繊維、充填剤、結合剤およびキトサンを含む成分の水性スラリーを形成する工程と、前記水性スラリー中に前記キトサンを均一に分散する工程と、防音材料を形成するために前記スラリーを脱水し、乾燥する工程とを含む、鋳造プロセスにおいて天井タイルを製造する方法であって、前記キトサンは、前記キトサンを除いて同じ成分から同様に形成された鋳造タイルと比較して、得られたタイルを構造的に強化するように前記スラリー成分と相互作用する、方法。
- 前記キトサンが、酸溶液中に溶解され、前記スラリーに添加される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記キトサンが、前記キトサンを除いて同じ成分から同様に形成された鋳造タイルと比較して、増加したMORおよび硬度を有する前記鋳造タイルを提供するように前記成分と相互作用する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリーを脱水する工程が、前記キトサンを除いて同じ成分から同様に形成された鋳造タイルと比較して、キトサンの存在に起因して増加した量の水を除去する工程を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記キトサンが、前記水性スラリー中の固体の全重量に基づいて約0.5wt%〜約10wt%の量で存在し、前記スラリーは、許容可能な物理的性質を維持するために添加されたキトサンの量に応じて減少した量の結合剤および前記減少した量の結合剤に応じて増加した量のセルロース繊維リサイクル材料を含み、それにより、建材の脱工業化/再利用含有量が増加する、請求項17に記載の方法。
