Abstract
【解決手段】電圧検出端子33のバレル部331が、バッテリ21同士の間に設けられた検圧線収容溝323から延びるとともに、連結部333を介して端子部332のY方向外側端部に接続されていることで、バスバーモジュール3及び電源装置1全体のY方向寸法を小型化しつつバレル部331のY方向寸法を確保することができ、電圧検出端子33をバスバー収容部321に収容するためにY方向に撓ませた際にX方向への撓みを防ぐことができ、組立性を向上させることができる。

Claims (4)
- 複数のバッテリのうちの隣接するバッテリの電極同士を接続するバスバーと、前記バスバーを収容するとともに該バスバーの接続方向に配列された複数のバスバー収容部を有するケース体と、前記バスバー収容部に収容されるとともに接続された前記電極を検圧するための電圧検出端子と、を備えたバスバーモジュールであって、
前記ケース体は、前記バスバー収容部から前記接続方向と交差する方向に離隔するとともに前記接続方向に沿って延びる電線配索部と、前記隣接するバッテリ同士の間において前記バスバー収容部と前記電線配索部とを連通するとともに前記電圧検出端子に接続される電圧検出線を収容する電線収容部と、を備え、
前記電圧検出端子は、前記バスバー収容部において前記隣接するバッテリのうち一方に対応して収容される端子部と、前記電圧検出線に接続されるバレル部と、前記バスバー収容部と前記電線配索部との対向方向における前記端子部の前記電線収容部と反対側の端部と前記バレル部とを接続する連結部と、を有して構成されることを特徴とするバスバーモジュール。 - 前記バレル部と前記連結部とは、前記対向方向及び前記接続方向に傾斜して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバーモジュール。
- 前記連結部は、前記端子部における前記接続方向の端部に接続され、
前記電圧検出端子は、前記端子部における前記対向方向の少なくとも一方側の端部に設けられるとともに該電圧検出端子を前記バスバー収容部に固定するための係止片を有して形成され、
前記バスバー収容部には、前記係止片を係止する係止受け部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバスバーモジュール。 - 請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載のバスバーモジュールと、複数のバッテリと、を有して構成されることを特徴とする電源装置。
