Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a dehydrator for dewatering articles containing water, and in particular, after washing water such as cut vegetables, food such as seafood such as kombu, industrial waste such as plastic bottles, or industrial products such as semiconductors with water, It relates to a dehydrator.

In the field of food factories and the like, there is a process of dewatering foods such as cut vegetables and frozen ingredients after washing them with water on a large scale. This dehydration process is generally performed using a centrifugal dehydrator, and the washed food is put in a bowl, stored in the centrifugal dehydrator, the lid is closed, and the centrifugal dehydration is performed. Then, the lid is opened. It is necessary to take out the koji and take out the dehydrated food from the koji.

However, in each of the above procedures, the work of storing the jar containing food in the centrifugal dehydrator and closing the lid, or opening the lid and taking it out is done manually, but the weight of the jar containing food is Because it is large, it has considerable labor. In particular, it is necessary to pull out the jar with the edge of the jar and pull it upward, and the food wet with water in the jar is quite heavy. On the other hand, a dehydrator that reduces human labor when performing centrifugal dehydration is known (Patent Document 1).

In addition, as a dewatering machine for PET bottle fragments, for example, in Patent Document 2 [0034], a dewatering mechanism for rotating a vertical rotation shaft having a wing for flipping up fragments in a vertically long case as a known dewatering machine. The machine is listed.

特開2007−315675号公報JP 2007-315675 A 特開2002−52530号公報JP 2002-52530 A

By the way, since the dehydrator of Patent Document 1 is rotated by being sandwiched between a rotating member that hits the bag from below and a lid main body that hits from above, it seems that there is nothing to fix the bag in the circumferential direction. There was a risk of intimidating those who work nearby. In addition, it is desirable that high safety can be secured for the surrounding area even if the parts of the system that supports the base are damaged due to aging or external impact.

Moreover, many dewatering devices for industrial waste such as plastic bottles are large-scale like the dewatering machine Y described in Patent Document 2, and there are many obstacles in introduction and operation.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a space-saving and highly versatile dehydrator with improved safety and security.

The present invention includes a container 4 having a circular opening on the upper surface, capable of containing a material to be dehydrated, a moving device 2 for horizontally moving the container 4, a rotating unit 3 provided below the moving device 2, and a rotating unit 3 A dehydrator having a lid member 5 having a lid main body 51 for covering the circular opening 15 of the container 4 when rotating and positioned above the moving device 2;
A rotating part 3 is rotatably provided above the bottom part of the frame 1,
The container 4 has an inverted frustoconical shape in which the container bottom 13 is smaller than the circular opening 15, and has an upper flange 14 around the circular opening 15,
The moving device 2 is composed of two conveyors that can move the container 4 by hooking the two opposing portions of the upper collar 14, and the container 4 is mounted on the container holding unit 31 at the upper end of the rotating unit 3 from above. Having stop means capable of stopping the moving device 2 at a possible position;
The moving device 2 and the lid member 5 are attached to an integrated lifting unit 6, and have a lifting device 7 that lifts and lowers the lifting unit 6 with respect to the frame body 1.
When the elevating part 6 is lowered, the container 4 stopped at the above position is attached to the container holding part 31, the conveyor is separated from the upper collar part 14, and the circular opening is covered with the lid body 51, Dehydration is possible by rotation of the rotating part 3,
When the elevating part 6 is lifted, the lid main body 51 is separated from the circular opening, and the above problem is solved by the dehydrator in which the conveyor can hook the upper collar part 14 to lift the container 4 and move.

That is, the container holding part 31 presses the lower side of the container 4 and the lid body 51 is pressed from above the container 4, so that the container 4 is not blown away. The shape of the container holding portion 31 necessary for this purpose only needs to be an annular shape surrounding the outer periphery of the container bottom portion 13 of the container 4, and the height of the container holding portion 31 is 1/5 to 1/1 of the height of the container 4. About 3 is sufficient. The height at which the elevating unit 6 has to be raised and lowered is a height obtained by adding the distance between the conveyor and the lid body 51 to the height of the container holding unit 31. At the time of movement, the container bottom 13 of the container 4 is higher than the upper end of the container holding part 31, and in order to mount the container 4 on the container holding part 31, the container bottom 13 must first be lowered. When the elevating part is further lowered after riding on the rotating part 3, the conveyor is separated from the upper collar part 14, and when further lowered, the lid body 51 is attached to the circular opening 15. On the contrary, at the time of ascent, first, the lid main body 51 rises and leaves the circular opening 15, and the conveyor that rises with the hook hooks the upper collar 14, so that the container bottom 13 rises away from the rotating part 3, When the container bottom part 13 rises above the upper end of the container holding part 31, the container 4 can be moved by operating the conveyor.

Therefore, the raising / lowering width is close to the height of the container holding part 31, and the height of the entire apparatus can be sufficiently suppressed.

Moreover, by making the container 4 into a truncated cone shape, the conveyor positioned below the upper collar portion 14 is sufficient between the outer peripheral portion of the container 4 in a state where the lid body 51 covers the container 4. Since a gap is formed, rotation is not hindered. Further, when the container 4 is lowered, even if the stopping position of the container 4 is slightly deviated, it can be easily dropped into the enclosure of the container holding portion 31 and stored in the center. Thereby, the tolerance | permissible_range of the position to stop in order to rotate the container 4 can be expanded, and the mechanism of a stop means can be simplified. Specifically, a deviation of the stop position of about 2 to 3 cm can be allowed.

Before and after the moving device 2 for hooking the container 4 with the upper collar 14, a bottom moving device (a front moving device 61 and a rear moving device 62) for moving the container bottom 13 of the container 4 on the container 4 may be provided. It is preferable that the moving ranges of the moving device 2, the front-stage moving device 61, and the rear-stage moving device 62 are close enough to allow the container 4 to deliver.

It is desirable that the number of containers 4 held by the moving device 2 at a time be 2 or less. Thereby, the load resistance of the holding mechanism which supports the conveyor which is the moving device 2 from above both side surfaces can be moderately suppressed. Since it is desirable to minimize the weight load, such as when a weight sensor is used to start measurement of the moving distance of the container 4 by the moving device 2, the number of containers 4 held by the moving device 2 at a time is 1 at most. It is more preferable.

In addition, in order to attach the raising / lowering part 6 which raises / lowers the moving apparatus 2 and the cover member 5, and the holding mechanism which supports the rotation part 3, the lower part is equipped with the rotation part 3, encloses the raising / lowering part 6, and follows the moving direction of the moving apparatus 2. It is preferable to provide the frame 1 having an opening in the front-rear direction and attach the holding mechanism from the upper side of the frame. In addition, the openings 11 and 12 through which the container 4 enters and exits from the frame body 1 are provided with shielding portions such as curtains that can pass through the container 4 so that wrinkles scattered by rotation come out of the frame body 1. Can be prevented. Furthermore, by providing the elevating side wall 9 that moves up and down in the direction in which the moving device 2 is provided and the lower side wall 1h that stands from the bottom 1c of the frame 1 on the outer side, it is possible to prevent the bag from falling out of the frame 1.

According to the present invention, the dehydrator can be operated more safely, and a sense of security can be given to the user when working near the dehydrator.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments. The present invention has a container 4, a moving device 2, a rotating portion 3, a lid member 5, and a lifting / lowering portion in which the moving device 2 and the lid member 5 are integrated with respect to the frame 1 having the rotating portion 3 at the bottom. Reference numeral 6 denotes a dehydrator that moves up and down. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and any structure having the basic configuration of the present invention and exhibiting the effects thereof may be used.

First, this embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view of the entire configuration including a dehydrator and a front-stage moving device 61 and a rear-stage moving device 62 provided before and after the dehydrator. FIG. 2 is a side cross-sectional view of the inside of the dehydrator main body (frame body 1) when the container 4 is accommodated inside the frame body 1 by the moving device 2. FIG. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view seen from the front in the same situation, that is, from the moving direction side of the moving device 2. FIG. 4 is a horizontal sectional view of the frame 1.

The dehydrator according to this embodiment is basically stored inside the frame 1. The frame body 1 has pillars 1a at the four corners of the rectangular bottom 1c, and beams 1b are provided on four sides between the pillars 1a and 1a. Of the four sides formed by these, one side surface and an opening portion 11 serving as an inlet and an opening portion 12 serving as an outlet are respectively provided on the side surface opposite to the side surface. Moreover, although the opposing surface which does not provide the opening parts 11 and 12 is also open | released, it is block | closed by the side wall of the raising / lowering part 6 mentioned later.

An elevating part 6 that elevates and lowers with respect to the frame body 1 is provided in a frame 1 that is surrounded by beams 1 b that form the four sides of the frame body 1. The elevating part 6 has a rectangular ceiling 10 that fits in the frame of the frame 1 and elevating side walls 9 and 9 provided in two directions without the openings 11 and 12 of the frame 1. Below the ceiling part 10, a lid member 5 fitted to the circular opening 15 of the container 4 is attached. In addition, a moving device 2 that can horizontally move the container 4 from the opening 11 to the opening 12 is provided on the inner side surfaces of the elevating side walls 9 and 9. The moving device 2 can be horizontally moved by hooking the upper collar portion 14 on the outer periphery of the circular opening 15 of the container 4. The lid member 5 is provided above the position of the circular opening 15 at the time of movement by the moving device 2, and the elevating unit 6 descends and the container bottom 13 rides on the rotating unit 3, After the upper collar part 14 is separated, the elevating part 6 is further lowered to be fitted into the circular opening 15 of the container 4.

In this embodiment, the raising / lowering device 7 which raises / lowers the raising / lowering part 6 consists of the air cylinder 7a and piston 7b. The air cylinder 7a is installed upward on a laterally projecting portion 1d projecting from the bottom 1c of the frame 1 in the direction of both sides. The upper end of the piston 7b moved up and down by the air cylinder 7a is attached to the outer surface of the elevating side wall 9 and elevates the entire elevating part 6 including the elevating side wall 9. Moreover, in this embodiment, the raising / lowering assistance apparatus 8 which assists the raising / lowering motion by the raising / lowering apparatus 7 is provided in the right and left of the raising / lowering apparatus 7. FIG. This lifting / lowering assisting device 8 includes a pole 8a fixed upward on the bottom 1c of the frame body 1 and an outer cylinder 8b fixed to the outer side surface of the lifting / lowering side wall 9 and fitted on the pole 8a. The pole 8a is inserted into the guide to guide the vertical movement.

In addition, the raising / lowering side wall 9 is once folded inside below the location in which the moving apparatus 2 is provided, and the side wall lower half 9b below the side wall folding part 9c is inside the side wall folding part 9c. Is located. On the other hand, two lower side walls 1h are provided in the direction along the traveling direction of the moving device 2 from the bottom 1c of the frame 1 upward. The lower side wall 1h is located outside the side wall lower half 9b, and does not collide with the side wall lower half 9b even when the elevating side wall 9 is lowered. The elevating side wall 9 enters the inner side from the lower side wall 1h, thereby preventing water droplets scattered during dehydration from falling out of the dehydrator. In addition, it is good to provide the drainage groove 41 and the discharge port 42 which drains from there in the bottom part 1c inside the lower side wall 1h.

The openings 11 and 12 are preferably provided with a shielding part through which the container 4 can pass as necessary. When the container 4 is rotated in the frame body 1, the splashing water can be prevented from jumping out of the frame body 1 by closing the shielding portion. As this shielding part, a cloth-like thing like a curtain suspended from a rail disposed on the beam 1b constituting the upper sides of the openings 11 and 12 may be slidably provided, or the lower part of the moving device 2 is covered below. Thus, it may be a double door plate door provided on both sides of the openings 11 and 12, or a shutter that moves up and down. That is, the container 4 is not particularly limited as long as the container 4 can pass smoothly and can prevent the spear from scattering.

By the way, when the container 4 is rotated, vibration associated with centrifugation may occur in the entire dehydrator according to the present invention. In order to absorb the vibration of the entire dehydrator and suppress the vibration caused by the vibration, the dehydrator may be provided with a vibration isolator.

The configuration of the vibration isolator is not particularly limited. As a simple form, there is a configuration in which the frame body 1 is supported by rubber legs. In this embodiment, the frame 1 and the lifting unit 6 are suspended from the pillars 17 at the four corners, and both ends of the suspension bar 18 are pressed by the springs 19 to suppress vibration. That is, the base 16 on which the apparatus is installed has upright columns 17 at four locations that form four corners, and each of the columns 17 has an upper end plate 17a that extends toward the inside, that is, the side on which the frame body 1 is placed, near the upper end. . The upper end plate 17a has a through hole 17b through which the suspension rod 18 is passed. On the other hand, plate-like four-corner projecting portions 1e are extended from the four corners of the bottom 1c of the frame 1 at positions facing the four upper end plates 17a so that the horizontal positions of the through-holes 17b are aligned. The four-corner overhangs 1e are also provided with through holes 1f. A spring 19 is sandwiched between the through hole 17b and the through hole 1f facing each other, a suspension rod 18 is passed through the through hole 1f, the spring 19, and the through hole 17b, and the receiving portions 1g and 17c at both ends through the holes are passed. Secure the suspension bar. The spring 19 is configured to press the upper end plate 17a and the four corner protruding portions 1e with sufficient elastic force, and the elastic force of the spring 19 absorbs the vibration of the frame body 1 during dehydration.

The rotating unit 3 installed at the lower part of the frame 1 is a device that rotates the container 4 and performs centrifugal dehydration. Specifically, it is a rotating disk. The rotating unit 3 is provided with a container holding unit 31 on the upper side for supporting the outer periphery of the container 4 and preventing the container 4 from jumping out. A motor 32 for rotating the rotating unit 3 is provided below the rotating unit 3. The motor 32 and the rotating unit 3 are connected by a rotating shaft 33.

The container holding portion 31 includes an annular portion 31a that is positioned at a height of 1/5 to 1/3 below the container 4 and a plurality of outer peripheral fixed columns that are provided in the vicinity of the outer edge of the rotating portion 3 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. 31b. If the outer peripheral fixed column 31b is too short, the effect as a barrier for preventing the container 4 from popping out when it is out of the fixed state cannot be expected. On the other hand, if the length is too long, the container 4 must be lowered sufficiently, and the vertical movement width of the elevating part 6 becomes too large, which not only necessitates the need to enlarge the apparatus, but also elevates and lowers. The energy required for this is wasted.

The upper surface of the rotating part 3 may be flat, but may have an annular or rectangular unevenness so that it can be fitted to the container bottom part 13. However, if the container 4 is pressed against the rotating unit 3 with a sufficient force by the force of the elevating unit 6, it is possible to sufficiently transmit the rotating force without depending on their fitting.

The moving device 2 is a device that enables the container 4 to move from the vicinity of the opening 11 to the vicinity of the opening 12 in the elevating unit 6, that is, in the frame 1. Examples of such devices include belt conveyors, chain conveyors, slat conveyors, and net conveyors. In the illustrated embodiment, a conveyor 25 that is a chain conveyor is described as an example. A chain-like conveyor 25 is connected between sprockets 23 rotated by rotary shafts 22 provided in the vicinity of the opening 11 serving as the inlet and the vicinity of the opening 12 serving as the outlet on the inner side surface of the elevating side wall 9. It proceeds by the rotation of the sprocket 23. Two of the conveyors 25 are arranged in parallel with a space (space part) slightly wider than the diameter of the circular opening 15 of the container 4 in the traveling direction, and each of them is a diagonal of the upper collar part 14 of the container 4. The container 4 is moved by being hooked at two places located in the area. The moving motor 21 for rotating the rotating shaft 22 is provided outside the elevating side wall 9 and facing the sprocket 23 with the elevating side wall 9 interposed therebetween. However, of the pair of conveyors 25, the moving motor 21 that moves one conveyor 25 is located behind the sprocket 23 on the opening 11 side that is an inlet, and the moving motor 21 that moves the other conveyor 25 is an opening that is an outlet. It is preferably provided on the back side of the sprocket on the part 12 side. In FIG. 3, the moving motor 21 on the left side is attached to a position corresponding to the front sprocket 23, and the right moving motor 21 is attached to a position corresponding to the back sprocket 23. This is because the weights of the two moving motors 21 and 21 are located diagonally with respect to the rotating shaft 33 of the rotating unit 3, and the weight of the entire apparatus is not easily biased.

The moving device 2 has means for stopping the container 4 to be moved at a position where the container 4 is placed on the rotating unit 3, that is, above the rotating unit 3. The stopping means may be a mechanism that calculates the movement distance from the start of movement of the container 4 and stops the conveyor at an appropriate position, or stops the conveyor when it reaches a predetermined position with an infrared sensor. If the container 4 is made of metal, the conveyor may be stopped in conjunction with a metal detector. Alternatively, a timer type may be used in which the timing of movement start by the moving device 2 is detected by a mechanical mechanism or an infrared sensor, and the moving device 2 is stopped when a time calculated to reach the stop position has elapsed. . Moreover, after the conveyor 25 returns to the original height after dehydration, it also has a function of resuming movement.

The container 4 is for storing an object to be centrifugally dehydrated by being rotated by the dehydrator according to the present invention. The container 4 has a circular opening 15 on the upper surface for storing the object to be dehydrated. It can be stored in the center of the holding portion 31 and can pass through the openings 11 and 12 by hooking the upper collar portion 14 to the moving device 2. When the container 4 is rotated, a hole is provided on the side wall of the container 4 so that water of the article to be dehydrated can be discharged to the outside of the container 4. Examples of such a container 4 include those in which the container 4 is configured by a plate-like body and punch holes are formed therein, and those in which the container 4 is configured by a net-like body.

The material of the container 4 is not particularly limited, and may be made of a metal such as stainless steel or a resin such as polyolefin resin. However, the container 4 needs to be resistant to centrifugal dehydration. Depending on the type of article to be dehydrated, a material that does not react with the article to be dehydrated may be selected. Furthermore, when dehydrating an article that needs to avoid damage during washing and dehydration as much as possible, it is preferable to select a resin with low hardness so as not to damage the article itself.

Examples of the dehydration target products include cut vegetables, individual vegetables, beans, cereals, fruits, meat such as chicken, pork, and beef, seafood such as shellfish, squid and fish, and fishery products other than the above-mentioned fish and shellfish such as kombu. Foods handled on an industrial scale. In addition, the waste for recycling after washing and removing impurities can also be dehydrated in the process of processing industrial waste to be recycled including PET bottles and fragments thereof. Furthermore, as an industrial product, it can be used for dehydration after washing a semiconductor or a semiconductor substrate. In particular, in the case of a semiconductor or its substrate, it is preferable to select a resin having low hardness as described above in order to avoid damage.

The lid member 5 includes a lid body 51 that covers the opening of the container 4, a lid support portion 52 that is coupled to the upper wall surface of the ceiling portion 10, and a rotation shaft that allows the lid body 51 to freely rotate and communicate with the lid support portion 52. And a lid coupling portion 53 for coupling to 55. In this lid member 5, after the elevating part 6 is lowered and the container 4 is placed on the rotating part 3 and the moving device 2 is further lowered away from the container 4, the lid body 51 of the lid member 5 is moved to the container 4. The circular opening 15 is provided at a position to close the circular opening 15. The lid connecting portion 53 is provided with an elastic portion 54 via an elastic body such as a spring. For this reason, when the container 4 is rotated, the container 4 and the lid body 51 may be separated depending on the movement of the container 4, but such movement is corrected by the elastic portion 54, and the container 4 is circular. The state in which the opening 15 is closed by the lid body 51 can be maintained. Furthermore, even if the elevating unit 6 is slightly lowered, the contact pressure between the container 4 and the lid body 51 is adjusted by the elastic unit 54, and damage to the container 4 and the lid member 5 can be prevented.

With the lid main body 51 of the lid member 5 closing the circular opening 15 of the container 4, the lid main body 51 rotates together with the container 4 by the rotation of the rotating unit 3. During the rotation, the lid connecting portion 53 has a rotatable member such as a bearing, and the lid main body 51 can be freely rotated with respect to the lid support portion 52.

The size of the lid body 51 is not necessarily limited to the size of the circular opening of the container 4 and is not particularly limited as long as the opening can be covered.

In addition, before and after the traveling direction of the container 4 in the dehydrator, a front-stage moving device 61 that is another moving mechanism that carries the container 4 to the start end of the moving device 2 and the container 4 from the end of the moving device 2 A rear stage moving device 62, which is another moving mechanism for carrying, is provided. The installation height of the moving device 2 is such that the upper collar portion 14 of the container 4 riding on the preceding moving device 61 is hooked on the upper portion at the start end of the moving device 2, and the moving device 2 ends with the latter moving device 62. It arrange | positions so that the container 4 may be delivered smoothly between these, when the container bottom part 13 gets on. Therefore, the height difference between the moving device 2 and the front-stage moving device 61 and the rear-stage moving device 62 is preferably substantially the same as the height of the container 4. Since the moving device 2 is installed inside the elevating unit 6 surrounded by the frame 1, it is difficult to dispose the moving device 2 beyond the frame 1 beyond the shielding unit and the beam 1 b. For this reason, it is preferable that the end of the front-stage moving device 61 and the start end of the rear-stage moving device 62 are as close as possible to the elevating unit 6 as long as the elevating unit 6 is not hindered. In addition, since the container 4 gets on the front stage moving device 61 and the rear stage moving device 62, even if the conveyor is the same as the moving device 2, the interval between the two conveyors in parallel is the same as that of the container bottom 13. Smaller than diameter.

It is preferable to provide a stopper 63 for stopping the transfer of the next container 4 before entering the frame 1 of the front moving device 61. Although it is out of the question that the next container 4 enters the frame 1 during dehydration, and even after the dehydration is completed, if a plurality of containers 4 are hung from the moving device 2 at once, the load resistance of the moving device 2 is reduced. You will have to raise it. For this reason, after the dehydrated container 4 is transferred from the moving device 2 to the subsequent moving device 62, the stopper 63 is released and the next container 4 is transferred to the moving device 2. For this reason, the stopper 63 is released when it is confirmed by a weight sensor or the like provided on the moving device 2 that the moving device 2 is not hooking the container 4.

The structure of the stopper 63 is not particularly limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the stopper 63 is composed of a bar and a support. When the transfer is started, the support is tilted toward the frame 1 and the end of the front-stage moving device 61 is directed toward the frame 1. It is preferable to fulfill the role of extending because the transfer of the container 4 from the preceding stage moving device 61 to the moving device 2 proceeds smoothly. As another form, an infrared sensor may be provided in the vicinity of the opening 11 and the opening 12 to monitor the entrance and exit of the container 4 and then stop the transfer of the upstream moving device 61 as necessary. In addition, since the latter stage moving apparatus 62 should just transfer the received container 4, a stopper etc. are not especially required.

Next, the operation of the dehydrator according to this embodiment will be described.
First, a dehydrated article containing water that has been washed or the like is placed in the container 4. The container 4 is moved on the front stage moving device 61, passed over the fallen stopper 63, put into the inside of the frame body 1 through the opening 11 of the frame body 1, and the upper collar portion 14 is moved to the moving device 2 Is hooked to the starting end (end of the opening 11 side). As it is, it is transported only by the moving device 2 away from the front-stage moving device 61, and a predetermined position inside the frame body 1, that is, a position that can be stored in the container holding portion 31 if it is lowered directly above the rotating portion 3, that is, lowered. To move. Although depending on the inclination of the peripheral portion of the container 4 having an inverted truncated cone shape, this stop position can allow a certain amount of deviation as long as the container 4 can be dropped into the center of the container holding portion 31.

Next, the lifting device 7 is moved to lower the container 4 together with the lifting unit 6, that is, the moving device 2 and the lid member 5. As a result, the container 4 is stored in the container holding part 31, the container bottom part 13 rides on the rotating part 3, and the upper collar part 14 leaves the moving device 2. This state is shown in FIG. 5, and the elevating part 6 is further lowered to the state shown in FIG. 6 in which the circular opening 15 is covered and fixed by the lid body 51.

In the state shown in FIG. 6, by operating the motor 32 and rotating the rotating unit 3, the container 4 stored in the integrated container holding unit 31 is rotated. At this time, the lid body 51 is freely rotatable by the lid connecting portion 53, and the lid body 51 also rotates together with the container 4. By this rotation, the dehydration target article in the container 4 is centrifugally dehydrated, and water contained in the dehydration target article is discharged to the outside of the container 4. In addition, since the dewatered water falls in the frame 1 by the raising / lowering side wall 9 and the interruption | blocking part, it can suppress that it scatters out of a dehydrator.

After completion of the centrifugal dehydration, the lifting device 7 is moved in the reverse direction to raise the lifting unit 6. First, the lid member 5 is separated from the circular opening 15, the moving device 2 hooks the upper collar 14 to lift the container 4, the container bottom 13 is positioned above the top of the container holding unit 31, and the moving device 2 Lift to a height that allows movement. Then, the moving device 2 is operated to resume horizontal movement, and after being transferred to the subsequent moving device 62, the moving device 2 is transported from the opening 12 to the outside of the frame body 1.
