Description

The present invention relates to a dehydrator for dehydrating articles containing water, and more particularly to a dehydrator for dewatering foods such as cut vegetables and seafood such as kombu after washing with water.

In the field of food factories and the like, there is a process of dewatering foods such as cut vegetables and frozen ingredients after washing them with water on a large scale. This dehydration process is generally performed using a centrifugal dehydrator, and the washed food is put in a bowl, stored in the centrifugal dehydrator, the lid is closed, and the centrifugal dehydration is performed. Then, the lid is opened. It is necessary to take out the koji and take out the dehydrated food from the koji.

However, in each of the above procedures, the work of storing the jar containing food in a centrifugal dehydrator and closing the lid, or opening the lid and taking it out is done manually, but the weight of the jar containing food is Because it is large, it has considerable labor. In particular, it is necessary to pull out the jar with the edge of the jar and pull it upward, and the food wet with water in the jar is quite heavy.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to reduce human labor when performing centrifugal dehydration.

In the present invention, a container 3 containing articles to be dehydrated is placed on a container receiving portion 22 of a moving member 2 attached to the fixed support frame 1 so as to be movable up and down, and the moving member 2 is lowered so that the lid While covering the opening part of the container 3 with the member 4, this container 3 was mounted on the rotation apparatus 5, and said subject was solved by rotating the container 3. FIG.

Further, the container receiver 22 may be provided with a transfer mechanism 26 for transferring the container 3 of the dehydrator to a position on the container receiver 22 where it can be placed on the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5.

Since the dehydrator according to the present invention can automatically perform processing by the rotating device 5 simply by placing the container 3 on the container receiving portion 22, the container 3 is housed inside the dehydrator and the lid is closed, There is no need to open and remove the lid. In particular, the work of holding the edge of the container 3 from the inside of the dehydrator and pulling it upward is unnecessary, so that the labor for dehydration can be greatly reduced.

Further, by providing the transfer mechanism 26, it is not necessary to place the container 3 on the container receiving portion 22, and the labor for dehydration can be further greatly reduced.

Hereinafter, the dehydrator according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the present invention includes a fixed support frame 1, a moving member 2 attached to the fixed support frame 1 so as to be movable up and down, and an opening on the upper surface that is placed on the moving member 2. A dehydrator for dehydrating articles to be dehydrated, including a container 3 having a portion, a lid member 4 having a lid body 41 covering an opening of the container 3, and a rotating device 5 for rotating the container 3.

The fixed support frame 1 has a vertical movement means 11 that moves the moving member 2 up and down, and a contact member 12 that controls the rotation of the lid body 41. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the rotating device 5 is arranged at the lower part of the fixed support frame 1 on the moving member 2 side. For example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the vertical movement means 11 is performed by using a cylinder, by using a wire, a chain, or the like, and by an appropriate device that can be moved up and down. It's okay.

The moving member 2 includes a connecting portion 21 to which the vertical movement means 11 is connected, and a container receiving portion 22 for connecting the connecting portion 21 and placing the container 3 thereon. Among these, the said connection part 21 has the connection part 24 to which the said up-and-down movement means 11 is connected, and reflects the motion of an up-down movement. The connecting portion 21 and the container receiving portion 22 constituting the moving member 2 are integral, and the moving member 2 is moved into the container by the vertical movement provided from the vertical moving means 11 to the connecting portion 24. The entire container 3 placed on the receiving part 22 moves up and down. As shown in FIG. 2, the connecting portion 24 may be provided on a plate portion at the upper end portion of the connecting portion 21.

The container receiving portion 22 in the lower part of the moving member 2 has a through hole 25 so that the container 3 can be placed on the rotating member 51 provided at the upper end of the rotating device 5. It is formed. That is, the container receiving portion 22 has an upper surface and a lower surface so that the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5 can freely move between the upper surface and the lower surface of the container receiving portion 22. A hole (through hole) 25 penetrating there between is formed. As shown in FIG. 2, the through hole 25 of the container receiving part 22 is configured such that the container receiving part 22 is composed only of a frame, and the inner part of the frame may be used as the through hole 25 as it is. The portion 22 may be formed of a plate-like body, and a hole may be provided in the plate-like body so that the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5 can be moved back and forth.

The container 3 placed on the container receiving portion 22 is for containing an object to be centrifugally dehydrated by a dehydrator according to the present invention. The container 3 has an opening on the upper surface for receiving the dehydrating object, and the container receiving portion 22 or It can be placed on the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5. In order to perform centrifugal dehydration, the container 3 has a hole on the side wall of the container 3 through which water of the article to be dehydrated can be discharged to the outside of the container 3. Examples of such a container 3 include those in which the container 3 is configured by a plate-like body and punch holes are formed therein, and those in which the container 3 is configured by a net-like body as shown in FIG.

The material of the container 3 is not particularly limited, and may be made of a metal such as stainless steel or a resin such as polyolefin resin. However, it is necessary to be able to withstand centrifugal dehydration.

When the container 3 is installed at a predetermined position on the container receiving portion 22, that is, at a position where the container 3 can be placed on the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5, the moving member 2 is lowered by the vertical movement means 11. As shown in FIG. 5, it is placed on the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5 disposed below and is separated upward from the container receiving portion 22. And with rotation of the rotation member 51, the container 3 rotates, it spin-dry | dehydrates, and the water in the container 3 derived from the articles | goods to dehydrate can be drained outside. After the dehydration is completed, the container 3 can be returned to the original position by moving the moving member 2 upward.

The lid member 4 includes a lid body 41 that covers the opening of the container 3, a lid support portion 42 that is rotatably connected to the connecting portion 21, and a distal end portion of the lid support portion 42 that is capable of rotating the lid body 41. And a lid controller 44 for controlling the rotation of the lid main body 41.

When the container 3 is installed at the predetermined position on the container receiving portion 22, the lid body 41 rotates the lid support portion 42 when the moving member 2 is lowered by the vertical movement means 11. Accordingly, the lid body 41 rotates and descends to close the opening of the container 3. As a result, the container 3 and the lid member 4 are temporarily integrated onto the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5 and rotated. At the time of this rotation, the lid connecting portion 43 is composed of a rotatable member such as a bearing, and the lid main body 41 can be freely rotated with respect to the lid support portion 42.

On the contrary, after the centrifugal dehydration, when the moving member 2 is raised by the up-and-down moving means 11, the lid main body 41 is rotated and raised with the rotation of the lid support portion 42. To release the opening of the container 3 and return the container 3 to its original position.

The size of the lid body 41 is not necessarily limited to the size of the opening of the container 3 and is not particularly limited as long as the opening can be covered.

The lid connecting portion 43 is rotatably attached to a shaft 27 provided on the moving member 2 and rotates around the shaft 27. In addition, lid control units 44 are provided at both ends of the shaft 27 toward the fixed support frame 1.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and the like, a contact member 12 is provided on the moving member 2 side of the fixed support frame 1, and a rear end 45 of the lid control unit 44 is provided. Provided in contact. Specifically, when the moving member 2 is raised from below to above, the rear end 45 of the lid control unit 44 comes into contact with the contact member 12 so that the lid body 41 rotates upward. The contact member 12 is provided. When the moving member 2 is fully lifted, the rear end 45 of the lid control unit 44 is in contact with the contact member 12 and the lid body 41 is rotated upward.

When the moving member 2 is lowered from the upper side to the lower side, the rear end portion 45 of the lid control unit 44 is released from the contact with the contact member 12 and becomes a free end. The contact member 12 is provided so that the main body 41 rotates downward and the opening of the container 3 is closed. Then, when the moving member 2 is fully lowered, the rear end portion 45 of the lid control unit 44 is in a non-contact state with the contact member 12, the lid body 41 rotates downward, and the opening of the container 3 Is closed.

In order to prevent sudden rotation of the lid body 41 when the rear end 45 of the lid control unit 44 comes into contact with the contact member 12 due to the vertical movement of the moving member 2, FIG. 4, the guide 13 having an inclination that guides the rear end portion 45 of the lid control portion 44 that is a free end to the top of the contact member 12 or to be released from the contact member 12. More preferably, it is provided as a part of the contact member 12.

The state of the rear end portion 45 of the lid control unit 44 is not particularly limited. However, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, it is preferable to provide a pulley so that the lid body 41 can be rotated more smoothly.

The rotating device 5 is a device in which a rotating member 51 is provided at the upper end thereof, and the container 3 can be placed on the rotating member 51 and rotated.

A tank 52 may be provided around the rotating device 5 as necessary. By providing this tank 25, the water discharged to the outside of the container 3 by centrifugation of the container 3 can be collected without splashing around.

Next, the operation of the dehydrator according to the present invention will be described.
First, the moving member 2 is raised, and the dehydrated article containing water, such as washing, is placed in the container 3, and this container is placed on a predetermined position on the container receiving portion 22 of the moving member 2. Then, the moving member 2 is lowered from above. At this time, the rear end portion 45 of the lid control unit 44 is separated from the contact member 12, the lid body 41 is rotated downward, and the opening of the container 3 is covered and closed. Then, the container 3 is placed on the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5 positioned below, and is in the state shown in FIG.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 6A, the lid connecting portion 43 of the lid member 4 includes a bearing 46 connected to the lid support portion 42 on the outer ring side, and a receiving plate 47 connected to the inner ring side of the bearing 46. The receiving plate 47 and the lid body 41 are constituted by a plurality of connecting rods 48. Although this connecting rod 48 is joined to the receiving plate 47, it does not fall off from the lid body 41, but is not joined. An elastic body 49 is attached to the connecting rod 48. As a result, the receiving plate 47 and the lid main body 41 are connected to each other via the elastic body 49. For this reason, when the container 3 is centrifuged, the container 3 and the lid main body 41 may be separated depending on the movement of the container 3, but such movement is corrected by the elastic body 49, and the opening of the container 3 is corrected. The state in which the part is closed by the lid main body 41 can be maintained.

The container 3 is placed on the rotating member 51 so that the rotation center of the rotating member 51 and the rotation center of the container 3 coincide. The bottom of the container 3 may be flat, but an annular rotation that can be provided with a dent or that can have the rotating member 51 inside as shown in FIGS. 6 (b) and 6 (c). A member receiving portion 31 may be provided. If the dent and the rotation member receiving portion 31 are provided, the rotation centers of both the rotation member 51 and the container 3 are more easily matched.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the rotating device 51 is rotated by the rotating device 5, and the container 3 is rotated accordingly. Then, after the centrifugal dehydration, the moving member 2 is raised. As a result, the container 3 is placed on the container receiving portion 22 again, and the lid body 41 is rotated upward by the action opposite to the action described above, and the opening of the container 3 is opened. After the moving member 2 rises, the container 3 is taken out, and the dehydrated article to be dehydrated is taken out.

Examples of the dehydration target products include cut vegetables, individual vegetables, beans, cereals, fruits, meat such as chicken, pork, and beef, seafood such as shellfish, squid and fish, and fishery products other than the above-mentioned fish and shellfish such as kombu. Foods handled on an industrial scale.

As described above, the dehydrator according to the present invention places the container 3 on the container receiving portion 22 by human power. However, if the container 3 is placed on the container receiving portion 22 by using a transfer means, the labor is reduced. This is preferable because it can be reduced. That is, it is preferable to provide a transfer mechanism 26 that transfers the container 3 to a position on the container receiving portion 22 where the container 3 can be placed on the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5.

As the transfer means in the transfer mechanism 26, for example, a conveyor such as a belt conveyor, a chain conveyor, a slat conveyor, or a net conveyor can be used. When the transfer means is used, the transfer mechanism 26 preferably has a stop means that can stop the container 3 at the predetermined position and release the stop after dehydration. When such a stopping means is used, it is easier to set the container 3 at an accurate position than when the container 3 is manually moved to a position where the lid member 4 can be accurately attached, and work efficiency is improved. Therefore, by using the transfer mechanism 26 having the transfer means and the stop means, the containers 3 are supplied one after another to the dehydrator, mechanically stopped at appropriate positions, and the process automatically proceeds sequentially. Work efficiency is further improved. The moving means is provided so as not to prevent the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5 from moving and passing through the through hole of the container receiving portion 22.

As the stopping means, when the container 3 attaches the lid body 41 by the conveyor and the sensor detects that the container 3 has reached the optimum position where it can be placed on the rotating member 51 of the rotating device 5, the rotation of the conveyor is controlled. Means for stopping and stopping the container 3 at an optimum position, and resuming the rotation of the conveyor after the centrifugal dehydration, and the movement of the container 3 transferred by the conveyor at an optimum position for performing the centrifugal dehydration; Alternatively, a means for preventing the container 3 from being blocked by the stopper standing so as to be blocked at an optimal position for mounting the lid body 41 and rotating after the centrifugal dehydration is mentioned. In addition, as a slat conveyor, the conveyor which is inserted in the chain of a chain conveyor and a bellows-like thin plate forms a plane continuously is also included. In addition, when using said conveyor, said conveyor is arrange | positioned so that the movement of the rotation member 51 is not prevented among the through-holes 25 of the container receiving part 22. FIG.

In the case where the stopping means uses the stopper, it is preferable that the transfer means is such that the container 3 placed thereon can slide to the conveyor to some extent. Regardless of the rotation of the conveyor, if the stopper interrupts and stops the transfer of the container 3, the container 3 slides on the top of the conveyor so that it can be forced to stop against the rotation of the conveyor. Because it is not necessary. For example, when both the container 3 and the conveyor are not made of rubber and the contact portions are made of resin or metal that is slippery, the container 3 can slide on the conveyor. Even when a stopper is used, if the container 3 is detected by a sensor such as an infrared sensor to reach a position where the container 3 can be appropriately processed and the transfer means is stopped, the container 3 is less likely to shake. preferable. In particular, when the lid body 41 is attached, it is preferable that the conveyor is stopped and the container 3 is not shaken because it is easy to attach.

Hereinafter, when the transfer chain 63 which is a chain conveyor is used as the transfer means, that is, when the dehydrator described in FIGS.

First, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 and FIG. 7, two rotation shafts 61 a and 61 b that are parallel to each other are provided perpendicularly and horizontally to the transfer direction of the container 3. Each rotating shaft is provided with a sprocket 62 at a position corresponding to each other, and a transfer chain 63 is provided between the sprockets 62 at each corresponding position. The transfer chain 63 moves in conjunction with the rotation of the rotary shafts 61a and 61b.

As a mechanism for moving the rotating shafts 61a and 61b, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, a lower sprocket 64 is provided at one end of one of the rotating shafts (here, the rotating shaft 61a). There is a mechanism for interlocking the lower sprocket 64 with the motor 65. In order to interlock, the upper sprocket 66 provided in the motor 65 and the lower sprocket 64 are connected by a chain 67. As a result, the rotational force of the motor 65 is transmitted in the order of the upper sprocket 66, the chain 67, the lower sprocket 64, the rotating shaft 61a, and the sprocket 62, and the sprocket 62 rotates the transfer chain 63. The container 3 placed on the container can be transferred. The chain 67 is not particularly limited as long as it can transmit rotational force, and may be a rubber belt, for example. In that case, a belt rotor is used instead of the upper sprocket 66 and the lower sprocket 64.

Although the position of the motor 65 is not particularly limited, it may be provided at any position as long as it does not interfere with the function of the dehydrator according to the present invention. For example, as shown in FIG. It may be provided at the rear of one. Further, when the connecting portion 21 has a predetermined length in the height direction, one end of the rotating shaft 61a is penetrated into the connecting portion 21, and the lower sprocket 64 is inserted into the connecting portion 21. It is preferable to provide the chain 67 through the connecting portion 21 because the chain 67 can be covered. In this case, at least a portion of the connecting portion 21 where the lower sprocket 64 and the chain are provided needs to be hollow.

Next, a specific structural example when a stopper is used as the stopping means will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the stopping means includes a positioning rod 72 that is a stopper for stopping the movement of the container 3, a crankshaft 71 to which the positioning rod 72 is attached, and the crankshaft 71. Consists of a controller that controls rotation.

First, a crankshaft 71 that can be rotated in a horizontal direction with respect to the container receiving portion 22 is disposed between the plurality of rotating shafts 61 of the transfer mechanism 26. Since the positioning rod 72 is attached to the crankshaft 71 so that the axial direction of the positioning rod 72 is different from the direction of the crankshaft 71, the positioning rod 72 rotates around the axis of the crankshaft 71. As a result, the positioning rod 72 is rotatable at a position where its tip is separated from the crankshaft 71. The positioning rod 72 protrudes upward from the container receiving portion 22 and is fixed in order to stop the container 3 at an appropriate position. When the controller releases the fixing, the positioning rod 72 is pushed by the movement of the container 3 and the crank shaft 71 is rotated by the movement of the container 3, so that the positioning rod 72 advances the container 3. Defeated in the direction. When the container 3 passes over the positioning rod 72, the control unit protrudes and fixes the positioning rod 72 upward.

An example of the mechanism of this control unit is as follows. As shown in FIG. 7, a crank 73 interlocking with the rotation of the crankshaft 71 is attached to one end of the crankshaft 71 on the connecting portion 21 side, and a transmission member 74 linked to the crank 73 is disposed upward. . The transmission member 74 is linked to the connecting part 21 of the moving member 2 and a rotating part 75 that is rotatably attached to the transmission member 74 so that the crank 73 and the rotating part 75 can Supported by Further, a holding member 77 attached to the connecting portion 21 hits the upper end 76 above it. This retaining member 77 can be lifted by a cylinder 78. When the container 3 comes into contact with the positioning rod 72, the holding member 77 that is not lifted by the cylinder 78 holds down the upper end 76 of the transmission member 74, whereby the crankshaft 71 rotates. In order not to be able to do so, a force in the direction opposite to the traveling direction of the container 3 is applied to the crankshaft 71. Therefore, the container 3 can be held at a place where it is stopped by the positioning rod 72. When the lid member 4 is used, the lid member 4 can be appropriately attached to the container 3.

At this time, after the arrival of the container 3 is confirmed by a sensor such as an infrared sensor, the transfer chain 63 is further moved so that the container 3 is in close contact with the positioning rod 72. Then, after a few seconds set by the timer after arrival, if the rotation of the motor 65 is once stopped, the container 3 does not have to be shaken when the lid member 4 is attached to the container 3. Here, the reason why the rotation is continued for several seconds is to increase the accuracy of the position by reliably bringing the reached container 3 into close contact with the positioning rod 72. An example of this sensor is one that is provided on the fixed support frame 1 so that it can detect whether there is anything that blocks infrared rays in the space above the container receiving portion 22.

When it is sensed by means such as a sensor that the moving member 2 has been lifted after the centrifugal dehydration is finished, the retaining member 77 is lifted upward by the cylinder 78. As a result, the force that has been pressed so that the positioning rod 72 cannot be rotated disappears, and the force in the direction in which the positioning rod 72 is pressed is only the force due to the weight of the transmission member 74. At the same time, by restarting the rotation of the transfer chain 63, the force by which the container 3 is transferred by the transfer chain 63 exceeds the force by which the positioning rod 72 is held down. Thereby, the positioning rod 72 can be pushed down by the movement of the container 3 moved by the transfer chain 63, and the container 3 is transferred to the next step (left side in the drawing described in FIG. 1). The

When the container 3 passes over the positioning rod 72, the force that has tilted the positioning rod 72 is lost. Then, the crankshaft 71 is rotated by a relatively weak force due to the weight of the transmission member 74 as compared with the holding member 77, and the positioning rod 72 returns so as to face upward. After that, before the next container 3 is sent to the positioning rod 72, the cylinder 78 lowers and holds the retaining member 77, so that the positioning rod 72 is prevented from falling down by the container 3. The container 3 can be fastened.

Note that the transfer mechanism 26 that places the container 3 on the container receiving portion 22 where the processing can be appropriately performed is not limited to a mechanism having such a transfer means and a stop means, It may be a mechanism having an installation means for installing the container 3 at an appropriate position by a method and a transport means for transporting the container 3 to the next step after the processing is completed. For example, the container 3 that has been transported may be directly installed on the container receiving portion 22 by a robot arm without carrying the transfer chain 63 and the like, and may be transported to the next step after the processing is completed.

As a process before and after the dehydrator according to the present invention, roller-mounted transfer stands 81 and 82 that are substantially the same height as the transfer chain 63 of the container receiver 22 are provided before and after the container receiver 22. The container 3 sent from the conveyor is smoothly introduced into the container receiving portion 22 through the transfer table 81 and transferred to the next conveyor through the transfer table 82 after centrifugal dehydration. be able to.

However, since the container 3 does not pass through, but the centrifugal dehydration is sequentially performed, it is preferable that the mechanism is configured to send a new container 3 to the dehydrator only when the container 3 is not on the container receiving portion 22. . As this mechanism, for example, when a sensor is provided and the sensor senses the arrival of the container 3, the container 3 is placed on the container receiving portion 22 and the moving member 2 is descending, The conveyor 3 is stopped or a stopper is raised so that the container 3 does not move onto the transfer table 82. Here, whether or not the container 3 is placed on the container receiving portion 22 is determined, for example, by providing an infrared sensor on the fixed support frame 1 to sense the vicinity of the container receiving portion 22 or the transfer chain 63. And a method of detecting by providing a weight sensor. If the container 3 is not placed on the container receiving portion 22 and the moving member 2 is not lowered, the container 3 is moved to the transfer table 81 by advancing the conveyor as it is or lowering the stopper. It is sent and placed on the transfer chain 63 of the container receiving portion 22 as it is, and centrifugal dehydration is performed.

When the container 3 moves while the positioning rod 72 is tilted after the centrifugal dehydration is finished, the container 3 is transferred to the next process via the transfer table 82 and transferred to the next process.

By the way, when performing the above centrifugal dehydration, vibration associated with the centrifugation may occur in the entire dehydrator according to the present invention. In order to absorb the vibration of the entire dehydrator and suppress the vibration caused by the vibration, the dehydrator may be provided with a vibration isolator. Although there are various kinds of new protection devices, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 5, a rubber-like soundproof material 88 is placed on a soundproof plate 87 having rubber-like legs 86 as a simple device. Equipment. By mounting the fixed support frame 1 and the tank 52, that is, the entire dehydrator on the soundproof material 88, vibration due to centrifugal dewatering is absorbed by the rubber-like soundproof material 88 and the rubber-like leg portions 86. The vibration noise accompanying the vibration can be suppressed.

With the dehydrator according to the present invention, the container 3 containing the articles to be dehydrated need only be placed on the container receiving portion 22 without having to be manually put into the dehydrator. Also, the lid body 41 can be automatically attached to the container 3 for processing. Furthermore, by providing the transfer mechanism 26, the articles to be dehydrated placed in the plurality of containers 3 can be sequentially centrifugally dehydrated.
