Claims (5)
- 各電極が直線上に並ぶように配列された複数の電池のうち隣接する電池の電極同士を接続することでこれら複数の電池を直列に接続する複数のバスバと、
前記各バスバに接続される端子と、
前記複数のバスバ及び、前記複数の端子を収容するケースと、を備えたバスバモジュールであって、
前記ケースには、
前記電池の配列方向に沿って設けられて、前記端子に接続される電線を前記配列方向に沿って配索させる樋形状の配索部と、
該配索部の開口を覆うカバーと、が設けられ、
前記配索部と前記カバーとの間には、前記配索部と前記カバーとのうちいずれか一方から突出して形成されて、他方に当接される突出部が設けられていることを特徴とするバスバモジュール。 - 前記突出部は、突出方向に向かうに従って前記配列方向の寸法が徐々に小さくなるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバスバモジュール。
- 前記配索部に並設されて、前記各バスバ、及び、前記各端子を収容する複数の収容部と、
前記カバーに連続されているとともに、前記収容部と連結された連結部と、をさらに備え、
前記連結部には、係止部が設けられ、
前記配索部は、底壁と、該底壁から立設して互いに対向する一対の対向壁と、を備え、
前記一対の対向壁のうち、前記収容部から離れた側の一方の前記対向壁には、前記突出部が設けられ、
前記収容部に近接した側の他方の前記対向壁には、その外面に、前記係止部に係止される係止受け部が設けられ、
前記係止部が前記係止受け部に係止されることにより、前記カバーによって前記配索部の開口を覆った状態が維持されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のバスバモジュール。 - 前記係止部及び前記係止受け部は、前記突出部の前記配列方向側に位置をずらされて設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のバスバモジュール。
- 正極及び負極が交互に逆向きに重ね合わされた複数の電池から構成された電池集合体と、
請求項1乃至請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載されたバスバモジュールと、を備えたことを特徴とする電源装置。
