Claims (3)
- 第1の流体を流す複数のチューブと、
前記複数のチューブを収納して前記複数のチューブの外側に第2の流体を流すシェルと、
前記複数のチューブの両端を保持する管板と、を備え、
前記複数のチューブは長手方向に対して垂直な断面で見て、くさび形状の断面を有し、隣接するチューブの間に狭隙部を設けて円筒状に配列されており、前記第2の流体は前記シェルの中央部から前記狭隙部を通過するように構成されたことを特徴とするシェルアンドチューブ型熱交換器。 - 前記シェルの中央部における前記第2の流体の流路を塞ぐ円形状の第1のバッフル板と、
前記複数のチューブと前記シェルの内壁の間の第2の流体の流路を塞ぐリング状の第2のバッフル板と、を備え、前記第1のバッフル板と前記第2のバッフル板は前記シェルの長手方向に所定の間隔を介して交互に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシェルアンドチューブ型熱交換器。 - 前記複数のチューブと前記シェルの内壁の間の前記第2流体の流路の一部を塞ぐリング状の第3のバッフル板を備え、前記第2のバッフル板と前記第3のバッフル板は前記シェルの長手方向に所定の間隔を介して交互に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシェルアンドチューブ型熱交換器。
