Abstract
Description
図1〜図4には、本発明の第一の実施形態に係る接続構造を示す。図1は、接続構造を構成部材に分解して示す斜視図である。図2は、接続構造の全体を示す斜視図であって、同図(a)は、図1に示す構成部材を組み付けた状態を端子側から示す斜視図、同図(b)は、かかる組み付け状態を同図(a)とは反対側から示す斜視図である。また、図3は、接続構造を接続相手側機器に固定した状態を示す平面図であり、図4は、図3の矢印A3部分における縦断面を矢印方向から示す図である。
図7〜図13には、本発明の第二の実施形態に係る接続構造を示す。図7は、接続構造を構成部材に分解して示す斜視図である。図8は、接続構造の全体を示す斜視図であって、同図(a)は、図7に示す構成部材を組み付けた状態を端子側から示す斜視図、同図(b)は、かかる組み付け状態を同図(a)とは反対側から示す斜視図である。また、図9は、接続構造を接続相手側機器に固定した状態を電線側から示す図であり、図10は、接続構造を接続相手側機器に固定した状態を端子台側から示す図である。そして、図11は、図9の矢印A9部分(図10の矢印A10部分)における縦断面を矢印方向から示す図である。
図14〜図18には、本発明の第三の実施形態に係る接続構造を示す。図14は、接続構造を構成部材に分解して示す斜視図である。図15は、接続構造の全体を示す斜視図であって、同図(a)は、図14に示す構成部材を組み付けた状態を端子側から示す斜視図、同図(b)は、かかる組み付け状態を同図(a)とは反対側から示す斜視図である。また、図16は、接続構造を接続相手側機器に固定した状態を端子台側から示す図である。図17は、図16の矢印A16部分における縦断面を矢印方向から示す図であり、図18は、図17の矢印A17部分における縦断面を矢印方向から示す図である。

Claims (4)
- 芯線が絶縁被覆で被覆されてなる複数の電線と、各電線にそれぞれ接続する複数の端子との接続構造であって、
各端子は、前記絶縁被覆を剥離して前記芯線が露出された部位に接続される接続部と、前記接続部から伸延して前記電線の接続相手側機器の端子部材と接続される伸延部を有し、
前記伸延部は、断面が円弧状に形成され、互いの断面が略円形状に並ぶように周方向へ間隔をあけて配されていることを特徴とする複数電線の端子接続構造。 - 前記伸延部及び前記端子部材と接触し、前記伸延部と前記端子部材とを通電可能な状態とする複数のバネ部を備え、
前記バネ部は、断面が円弧状に延在し、互いの断面が略円形状に並ぶように周方向へ間隔をあけて配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複数電線の端子接続構造。 - 前記各端子は、前記電線の伸延方向から屈曲する方向に沿って同軸上に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複数電線の端子接続構造。
- 前記各端子を外部に対して密封する密封部材が備えられ、
前記密封部材は、前記屈曲する方向へ分割されてなる底部と蓋部を有し、前記底部と前記蓋部が組み付けられて一体化されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複数電線の端子接続構造。
