Description

Detailed Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to a tire used by an automobile for anti-slip on a winter frozen road or the like. More specifically, even when the automobile is driving, a transmission operation such as a radio signal from a driver's seat is performed. By operating the solenoid valve installed in the tire wheel part and injecting and discharging compressed air etc. into the tube, spikes can be taken out and retracted from the tread of the cover tire depending on the road surface condition It relates to spiked tires that can be inserted and removed while running.

Conventionally, when an automobile travels on a frozen road or the like, as an anti-slip measure for the tire, each time the automobile is stopped and an anti-slip device such as a chain is attached to or detached from the tire, or during the winter season, a spikeless tire There was a method of wearing etc.

However, it is very annoying and dangerous to stop the car on the road shoulder and attach / detach the chain etc. to / from the tire each time. Spikeless tires are especially slippery on frozen roads compared to spiked tires. It is said that the ability is inferior, pollution due to the use of a large amount of snow melting agent is also a problem, it does not cause dust and other pollution, and it has a high anti-slip ability like a spike tire, that is, depending on the road surface condition There has been a long-awaited appearance of tires and anti-slip devices that can be easily put in and out of anti-slip devices such as spikes while driving a car.

(実願平3−72264、実願平4−39140、特願平9−100722等)  Therefore, many proposals have been made to deal with such problems. (Actual Application 3-72264, Actual Application 4-39140, Japanese Patent Application No. 9-100722, etc.)

In other words, with a simple operation, the pressure of the tube inside the tire can be manipulated, and the spike attached to the tube can be protruded or retracted from the hole provided on the tire ground contact surface. This is a tire that can be made into a spikeless tire (with the spike tip retracted from the tread of the tire).

However, these proposals are realized because there are many holes through which spikes pass through the grounding surface of the tire body, which may adversely affect the load carrying capacity and durability, which are the basic performance of the tire. There were many things that were difficult to sex.

(特許第3107999号)  The present inventor has also proposed an anti-slip attachment / detachment mechanism for automobiles in order to deal with such problems. (Patent No. 3107999)

In other words, the arm with anti-slip can be expanded and closed (removed / attached) around the tire only by operating the button from the driver's seat. It was extremely effective, and when it was not deployed, it would run with normal tires, so it was an excellent proposal that did not require attention to noise and ride comfort.

However, the above-mentioned proposal uses the rotational force of the axle for the power to deploy the arm with the anti-slip, so that the mechanism becomes complicated, such as requiring a clutch, a brake, a drive wire, etc. However, it is not preferable for safety because it protrudes greatly from the side of the tire, and there is a possibility that the device may be damaged due to contact with a curbstone or the like.

Many other proposals have been made, many of which are thought to have an adverse effect on the basic performance of the tire. Some things can't be done without stopping, and many things don't seem to have made much progress compared to chains.

Problems to be solved by the invention

The present invention was created in response to the above problems, and the purpose of the present invention is as follows.
(1) Spikes can be entered and exited from the driver's seat etc. regardless of whether the vehicle is running or stopped.
(2) Do not process tires that may impair their function.
(3) The non-slip device should not protrude from the side of the tire.
An object of the present invention is to provide a non-slip tool that solves the above problems.

Means for solving the problem

And this invention as a means to solve the said subject is a solenoid valve from the compressed gas accommodating part attached to the tire wheel part by operation from a driver's seat as proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 4-39140. It is premised on being attached to a car having a function capable of taking out compressed gas arbitrarily through a main tire attached to a tire wheel, and this main tire. A ring-shaped tube made of highly elastic material is attached to cover the tread on the entire circumference, and the tube and the main tire are covered with a cover tire from the tread to the side. It is rich in elasticity, and has a shape of a heel, with a non-slip spike at the center. Operate a magnetic valve etc., send high pressure air etc. into the tube from the suction rod provided on the side of the tube, push the spike of the spike plug of the cover tire to the outside through the tube, the tip of this spike The spike tire is made to protrude from the tread surface of the cover tire, and when this spike is retracted, the solenoid valve etc. of the tire wheel part is also operated, and the exhaust pipe provided on the side surface of the tube is used. By releasing high-pressure air or the like into the atmosphere and returning the central portion of the plug with spike to the original state, the spike is retracted from the tread surface of the cover tire.
In addition, spike tires that allow spikes to be taken in and out even when traveling according to the present invention are provided with a plurality of spikes between a tube and a cover tire having a mesh-like hole in the tread surface, and a ring-shaped spike with high elasticity. It is also conceivable to have a means that can insert and retract the spike from the hole of the cover tire by inserting a seat and sending high-pressure air or the like into the tube or releasing it into the atmosphere.

Effect of the invention

The tire of the present invention in which spikes can be taken in and out during traveling is premised on use on a vehicle equipped with a pressure tank, a solenoid valve, etc. on the side of the tire wheel. Since it can be taken in and out very easily, spikes can be taken in and out according to the road conditions, and it can be expected to minimize the damage to the road surface.

Further, in the present invention, since tubes and spikes related to spike insertion / removal are provided outside the main tire supporting the load capacity of the automobile, independently from the main tire, Processing that impairs the performance of the tire is not necessary, and the tube and the cover tire have the effect of preventing the main tire from being punctured.

Further, according to the present invention, if the gas pressure sent into the tube can be adjusted, it is possible to adjust the degree of spike according to the road surface condition.

Embodiment of the Invention

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments embodying the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 10 show an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows the tire of the present invention attached to the outer wheel of a double tire vehicle by rear wheel drive such as a bus or truck. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view cut along a plane including a part axis, showing a state in which spikes appear, FIG. 2 is a front view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view taken along line AA in FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 2, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in FIG. 3, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC in FIG. FIG. 7, FIG. 7 is a view taken along line B-B in FIG. 3, FIG. 8 shows a state in which the spike is retracted, and FIGS. 9 and 10 are embodiments embodying claim 2 of the present invention, FIG. 9 shows a state in which a spike is coming out, and FIG. 10 shows a state in which the spike is retracted.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, the tire in which the spike can be taken in and out in this embodiment is roughly as follows. (1) The main tire 2 is attached to the tire wheel 1 and (2) the main tire. A tube 3 is attached to the outer periphery of 2. (3) Further, this tube is covered, and (4) a cover tire 4 in which a spike plug 7 is embedded is attached. The suction pipe 5 and the exhaust pipe 6 are connected to a suction solenoid valve 9 and an exhaust solenoid valve 10 provided inside the wheel 1.

More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the outer periphery of the main tire 2 is provided with a groove for forming a gas passage 15 when the tube 3 is pressurized, When the tube 3 is pressurized, the tip of the spike 8 at the center of the spike plug 7 having a concave shape as shown in FIG. 8 is pushed out of the tread of the cover tire.

Further, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, a disc spring 12 formed along the concave shape of the spike plug 7 and having a slit is attached, and the tip of the spike 8 is more securely attached to the cover tire 4. I try to retract from the tread.

Therefore, in this embodiment, when the spike 8 is pushed out, the tube 3 must be pressurized until the disc spring 12 becomes almost horizontal as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, but the anti-slip effect of the spike 8 is increased. The surface of the spike plug 7 is also protected.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the suction rod 5. The suction tube 3 a attached to the side surface of the tube 3 is housed in the pressure-resistant case 3 b, and the discharge pipe 6 has the same structure.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the portion without the spike 8 in FIG. 2, and the tube 3 is pressed against the main tire 2 and the cover tire 4 by internal pressure, and a gas passage 15 is formed.

FIG. 7 shows the shape of the disc spring 12 when the spike 8 is pushed out, and has six slits.

FIG. 8 shows a state in which the spike 8 is retracted, the tube 3 is in a non-pressurized state, and the spike stopper 7 and the disc spring 12 are returned to the shape before pressurization.

9 and 10 show an embodiment embodying claim 2 of the present invention. FIG. 9 shows that the tube 3 is pressurized and pushes up the spiked ring 16 so that the tip of the spike 8 comes from the tread of the cover tire 4. FIG. 10 shows a state in which the pressure of the tube 3 is released and the spike 3 is retracted.

If the inner diameter of the spiked ring 16 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the main tire 2, the spiked ring 16 is retracted because the circumferential ring tension is always applied to the spiked ring 16 when it is attached to the main tire 2. The operation becomes more reliable.

In this embodiment, the tube 3 and the cover tire 4 are attached to the main tire 2 by attaching them to the main tire 2 before attaching the main tire 2 to the tire wheel 1. After that, by setting the air pressure of the main tire to a predetermined pressure and suppressing the expansion of the cover tire 4 by the wire ring 4a, the tube 3 and the spiked ring 16 are firmly sandwiched between the main tire 2 and the cover tire 4. Yes.

As described above, the spike tire that can take in and out the spikes even while traveling according to the present embodiment, because the spike 8 can be taken in and out according to the road surface condition by only operating the button from the driver's seat even when the automobile is traveling. It has the advantages of conventional spike tires and spikeless tires, and can compensate for the disadvantages of both.

However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes configurations that can be modified within a range that does not change the gist of the present invention.

7 is a cross-sectional view, FIG. 7 is a view taken along the line B-B in FIG. 3, FIG. 8 shows a state in which the spike is retracted, and FIGS. 9 and 10 are embodiments embodying claim 2 of the present invention. FIG. 9 shows a state in which a spike appears, and FIG.

FIG. 7 shows the shape of the disc spring 12 when the spike 8 is pushed out, and has eight slits.
