Abstract
【解決手段】レーザ加工装置10は、不要物を除去するためのアシストガスを供給するとともに、レーザ光Lを入射角度で照射するためのレーザノズル30と、前記レーザ光Lの照射部位に対して、前記レーザ光Lが散乱する方向を覆って配置され、表面waから発生するスパッタを遮蔽するためのスパッタ遮蔽治具36と、前記レーザノズル30と前記スパッタ遮蔽治具36とを同期して移動させるための連結部材38とを備える。

Claims (10)
- 被加工物の表面に対して傾斜する入射角度に設定されたレーザ光を、前記表面に照射することにより斜め孔を形成するレーザ加工装置であって、
前記レーザ光の照射により発生する不要物を除去するためのアシストガスを供給するとともに、一定時間又はパルス状に、前記レーザ光を前記表面に設定された前記入射角度で照射するためのレーザノズルと、
前記レーザ光の照射部位に対して、前記レーザ光が散乱する方向を覆って配置され、該レーザ光の照射により前記表面から発生するスパッタを遮蔽するためのスパッタ遮蔽治具と、
前記レーザノズルと前記スパッタ遮蔽治具とを同期して移動させるための連結部材と、
を備えることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 請求項1記載のレーザ加工装置において、前記スパッタ遮蔽治具は、現在の加工部位と次回の加工部位との間に配置されることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載のレーザ加工装置において、前記スパッタ遮蔽治具は、前記アシストガスを該スパッタ遮蔽治具から排出させるためのアシストガス逃がし機構を設けることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工装置において、前記スパッタ遮蔽治具は、耐熱素材で構成され、又は、前記耐熱素材をコーティングして構成されることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工装置において、前記スパッタ遮蔽治具は、前記連結部材に支持される軸部と、
前記軸部に設けられるとともに、前記アシストガスによって該軸部を支点に回転自在な羽部と、
を備えることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 請求項5記載のレーザ加工装置において、前記羽部は、前記表面に接触するボールプランジャを備えることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工装置において、前記スパッタ遮蔽治具は、前記連結部材に設けられ、前記レーザ光が散乱する方向を覆う遮蔽体を備えるとともに、
前記遮蔽体は、前記レーザノズルに対向する側部に開口部を設けることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 請求項7記載のレーザ加工装置において、前記遮蔽体は、前記アシストガスを排出するための排出孔を有することを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工装置において、前記入射角度は、10゜〜90゜の範囲内に設定されることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
- 請求項9記載のレーザ加工装置において、前記入射角度は、10゜〜40゜の範囲内に設定されることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
