Abstract
【解決手段】強化繊維がランダムに配向された繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)と被接着体(II)を溶着により接合するに際し、成形体(I)と被接着体(II)の少なくとも一方の接合面に格子状の溝あるいは格子状の凸条を設け、溶着を、格子状の溝の場合には2〜6MPaの面圧、格子状の凸条の場合には0.2〜3MPaの面圧を加えて超音波溶着により行うことを特徴とする繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体の製造方法。

Description
本発明に係る繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体の製造方法は、例えば図1(A)、(B)に示すように、繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)1と被接着体(II)2を溶着により接合して一体化した繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体3、4を製造する方法であって、繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)1として強化繊維がランダムに配向された成形体を用い、該繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)1と被接着体(II)2の少なくとも一方の接合面に(図示例では被接着体(II)2の接合面に)格子状の溝5(図1(A))あるいは格子状の凸条6(図1(B))を設け、上記溶着を、格子状の溝5の場合には3MPa以上の面圧、格子状の凸条6の場合には0.2〜3MPaの面圧を加えて超音波溶着により行うことを特徴とする方法である。

Claims (8)
- 繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)と被接着体(II)を溶着により接合して一体化した繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体を製造する方法において、前記繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)として強化繊維がランダムに配向された成形体を用い、該繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)と前記被接着体(II)の少なくとも一方の接合面に格子状の溝を設け、前記溶着を、2〜6MPaの面圧を加えて超音波溶着により行うことを特徴とする、繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体の製造方法。
- 前記格子状の溝の幅および深さが0.1〜1mmの範囲にある、請求項1に記載の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体の製造方法。
- 繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)と被接着体(II)を溶着により接合して一体化した繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体を製造する方法において、前記繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)として強化繊維がランダムに配向された成形体を用い、該繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)と前記被接着体(II)の少なくとも一方の接合面に格子状の凸条を設け、前記溶着を、0.2〜3MPaの面圧を加えて超音波溶着により行うことを特徴とする、繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体の製造方法。
- 前記格子状の凸条の幅および高さが0.5〜2mmの範囲にある、請求項3に記載の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体の製造方法。
- 前記繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)の強化繊維の数平均繊維長が10〜100mmの範囲にある、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体の製造方法。
- 前記繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)、または前記繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)および前記被接着体(II)が、シート形状に形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体の製造方法。
- 前記繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)を構成する強化繊維が炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維のいずれかから選ばれる1つ以上からなる、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体の製造方法。
- 前記繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形体(I)と被接着体(II)を構成する熱可塑性樹脂がポリアミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルイミドのいずれかから選ばれる少なくとも1つからなる、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂一体化構造体の製造方法。
