Claims (8)

  1. 無線送受信装置(WTRU)であって、
    下りリンク信号チャネルを介して、上りリンク送信のための物理リソースの割当を受信するように構成された制御装置を備え
    前記制御装置は、割り当てられた物理リソースを介して、ハイブリッド自動再送要求(H−ARQ)プロセスを用いて第1のブロックを送信するようにさらに構成され、
    前記制御装置は、前記第1のブロックの送信に応じて、タイマーを初期化するようにさらに構成され、
    前記制御装置は、前記タイマーの満了および物理リソースの割当を受信していないことに応じて、上りリンク信号チャネルを介して、物理リソースの割当の要求を送信するようにさらに構成され、
    前記制御装置は、前記要求に応じて、下りリンク信号チャネルを介して、物理リソースの割当を受信するようにさらに構成され、
    前記制御装置は、前記物理リソースの割当に応じて、前記H−ARQプロセスを用いて第2のブロックを送信するようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とするWTRU
  2. 前記第1のブロックの送信は、他のデータの送信より優先されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
  3. 前記制御装置は、前記第1のブロックの送信を初期化する論理チャネルのデータを受信するようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
  4. 前記制御装置は、前記第2のブロックの送信のための物理リソースの割当の受信に応じて、前記タイマーをリスタートするようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
  5. 無線送受信装置(WTRU)により実行される方法であって、
    下りリンク信号チャネルを介して、上りリンク送信のための物理リソースの割当を受信することと、
    割り当てられた物理リソースを介して、ハイブリッド自動再送要求(H−ARQ)プロセスを用いて第1のブロックを送信することと、
    前記第1のブロックを送信することに応じて、タイマーを初期化することと、
    前記タイマーの満了および物理リソースの割当を受信していないことに応じて、上りリンク信号チャネルを介して、物理リソースの割当の要求を送信することと、
    前記要求に応じて、下りリンク信号チャネルを介して、物理リソースの割当を受信することと、
    前記物理リソースの割当に応じて、前記H−ARQプロセスを用いて第2のブロックを送信することと
    を備えたことを特徴とする方法。
  6. 前記第1のブロックを送信することは、他のデータを送信することより優先されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
  7. 前記第1のブロックの送信を初期化する論理チャネルのデータを受信することをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
  8. 前記第2のブロックの送信のための物理リソースの割当を受信することに応じて、前記タイマーをリスタートすることをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
