Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る移動局UEは、無線基地局eNBに対して、非同期状態の異なる無線基地局eNB配下のCCを用いた「Inter-site CA」を行うことができるか否かについて示す「UE Capability Information」を送信するように構成されている送信部12を具備する。

図1乃至図4を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムについて説明する。
本発明の変更例1に係る移動通信システムでは、無線基地局eNB間で、例えば、X2/S1インターフェイスを介して、同期を取ることができる時間単位(例えば、無線フレーム単位やサブフレーム単位)を通知し合うように構成されていてもよい。

Claims (9)
- 無線基地局に対して、非同期状態の異なる無線基地局配下のコンポーネントキャリアを用いたキャリアアグリゲーションを行うことができるか否かについて示す能力情報を送信するように構成されている送信部を具備することを特徴とする移動局。
- 前記送信部は、前記キャリアアグリゲーションにおいて用いることができる無線基地局の数を通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
- 前記送信部は、前記キャリアアグリゲーションにおいて用いることができるコンポーネントキャリアの数を通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
- 前記送信部は、時間単位ごとの前記能力情報を送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の移動局。
- 前記送信部は、周波数バンドごとに、前記能力情報を送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の移動局。
- 前記送信部は、通信機能部ごとに、前記能力情報を送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の移動局。
- 前記送信部は、キャリアアグリゲーションバンドコンビネーションごとに、前記能力情報を送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の移動局。
- 移動局から、非同期状態の異なる無線基地局配下のコンポーネントキャリアを用いたキャリアアグリゲーションを行うことができるか否かについて示す能力情報を受信するように構成されている受信部と、
前記能力情報に基づいて、前記移動局に対して、前記キャリアアグリゲーションを行うか否かについて決定するように構成されている制御部とを具備することを特徴とする無線基地局。 - 無線基地局であって、
他の無線基地局との間で、同期を取ることができる時間単位について通知し合うように構成されていることを特徴とする無線基地局。
