Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のシーリングシートは、粘着シートを主体とし、該粘着シートが、JIS Z 0208に準拠する方法で測定される透湿度が7.5g/100sq.in・24hrs未満で、かつ、曲げ応力緩和率測定試験により測定される緩和率が10%以上を示す芯体フィルムの両面に粘着層が形成されてなるものである。

Description
[1] 粘着シートを主体とするシーリングシートであって、
前記粘着シートが、JIS Z 0208に準拠する方法で測定される透湿度が7.5g/100sq.in・24hrs未満で、かつ、下記の曲げ応力緩和率測定試験により測定される緩和率が10%以上を示す芯体フィルムの両面に粘着層が形成されてなるものであることを特徴とする、シーリングシート。
[曲げ応力緩和率測定試験]
(1)芯体フィルムを幅20mm、長さ100mmのテープ状にカットし、テープの一方の面を内側にして環状に丸めてテープの一方の端部と他方の端部の10mmの長さ部分を粘着テープで固定して、環状サンプルを作製する。
(2)環状サンプルを天秤に載せ、治具の平板面と天秤との離間距離が20mmとなるように、環状サンプルをその上から治具の平板面にて押圧して環状サンプルを撓ませた状態を保持する。
(3)押圧開始から、環状サンプルの重量を天秤にて測定し、押圧開始0秒後の環状サンプルの重量に対する、押圧開始から60秒後の環状サンプルの重量の比率を、以下の算出式に基づいて算出して、これを緩和率とする。

<芯体フィルム>
本発明のシーリングシートでは、粘着シート3の芯体フィルム2として、JIS Z 0208に準拠する方法で測定される透湿度(以下、単に「透湿度」とも略称する。)が7.5g/100sq.in・24hrs未満であり、かつ、下記の方法で測定される緩和率が10%以上の芯体フィルムを使用する。
(1)芯体フィルムを幅20mm、長さ100mmのテープ状にカットし、テープの一方の面を内側にして環状に丸めてテープの一方の端部と他方の端部の10mmの長さ部分を粘着テープで固定して、環状サンプルSを作製する。つまり、テープの一方の端部と他方の端部とは10mmの長さ重なるように環状に丸められている。
(2)図8に示されるように、環状サンプルSを天秤41に載せ、治具42の平板面43Aと天秤41との離間距離が20mmとなるように、環状サンプルSをその上から治具42の平板面43Aにて押圧して環状サンプルSを撓ませた状態を保持する。なお、図8中の符号45は台座である。
(3)押圧開始から、5秒刻みで環状サンプルの重量を天秤にて測定し、押圧開始0秒後の環状サンプルの重量に対する、押圧開始から60秒後の環状サンプルの重量の比率を、以下の算出式に基づいて算出して、これを緩和率とする。

また、芯体フィルム2の緩和率は好ましくは10%以上であり、より好ましくは20%以上である。緩和率の上限は、特には限定されず、通常100%以下である。他の物性とのバランスをとる観点からは、好ましくは80%以下、より好ましくは60%以下、さらに好ましくは40%以下である。
航空機用部材には高い難燃性が要求される。本発明のシーリングシートの用途は特に限定はされないが、主に航空機用を意図しているため、粘着シートの粘着層1は、感圧性接着剤に難燃剤を配合せしめた粘着剤組成物によって形成された難燃剤含有粘着層であるのが好ましい。
アクリル系粘着剤としては、具体的には、アルキル(メタ)アクリレートのモノマーユニットを主骨格とするアクリル系ポリマーをベースポリマーとするアクリル系粘着剤が好ましい(ここで、「(メタ)アクリレート」は「アクリレートおよび/またはメタクリレート」を意味する。)。
シリコーン系粘着剤としては、特に限定されず、一般的に多く用いられている、過酸化物架橋型シリコーン系粘着剤(過酸化物硬化型シリコーン系粘着剤)や、付加反応型シリコーン系粘着剤を好適に用いることができる。これら、過酸化物架橋型シリコーン系粘着剤及び付加反応型シリコーン系粘着剤は市販品を使用することができ、過酸化物架橋型シリコーン系粘着剤の具体例としては、信越化学工業社製のKR−3006A/BT、東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社製のSH 4280 PSAなどが挙げられる。また、付加反応型シリコーン系粘着剤の具体例としては、信越化学工業社製のX−40−3501、東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社製のBY 24−712、GE東芝シリコーン社製のTSE32Xなどが挙げられる。
ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着剤としては、下記A〜C成分を含む組成物の硬化物が好ましい。

当該B成分の好ましい具体例としては、ポリメチルハイドロジェンシロキサンが挙げられ、また、A成分との相溶性確保と、SiH量の調整のために、α−オレフィン、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、アリルアルキルエーテル、アリルアルキルエステル、アリルフェニルエーテル、アリルフェニルエステルなどにより変性した化合物が例示され、一例として、以下の構造があげられる。
粘着層を難燃剤含有粘着層とする場合、難燃剤は、特に限定されないが、有毒なハロゲン系ガスを発生しない、ノンハロゲン系難燃剤が好ましく、例えば、水和金属化合物系、無機化合物系、リン系、シリコーン系、窒素化合物系、有機金属化合物系などの公知のハロゲン原子を含有しない難燃剤を使用することができる。なかでも、難燃性の付与効果、燃焼時のドリップ抑制、環境規制への適合性などに優れる点でリン系難燃剤が好ましい。
粘着層1には、シーリングシートのシール性能(被シール体への接着性)向上のため、或いは、シール性能(被シール体への接着性)と難燃性向上のために、粘着付与樹脂を含有させることができる。粘着付与樹脂としては、例えば、テルペン系粘着付与樹脂、フェノール系粘着付与樹脂、ロジン系粘着付与樹脂、石油系粘着付与樹脂などが挙げられる。粘着付与樹脂は1種又は2種以上を使用できる。
粘着シート3における、芯体フィルム2の表面(少なくとも片面)にはプライマー層を形成することができる。プライマー層を形成すると、芯体フィルム2と粘着層1間の結合力が高まるため、シーリングシートの耐透湿性を一層向上させることができる。また、製造後のシーリングシートをロール状に巻き取る(ロール状シーリングシートを作製する)際や、ロール状シーリングシートからシーリングシートを引き出して(巻き戻して)、被シール体に装着する際の、芯体フィルム2と粘着層1間に空隙生成をより高いレベルで防止することができる。このようなプライマー層は芯体フィルム2の片面に形成するだけでなく、芯体フィルム2の両面に形成することができるが、基材シート4を有するシーリングシートの場合、芯体フィルム2の基材シート4側とは反対側の片面に形成するのが好ましい。プライマー層を芯体フィルム2の基材シート4側とは反対側の片面に形成することで、シーリングシートを被シール体から離脱させる際に、被シール体に接着した粘着層1から芯体フィルム2が分離せず、基材シート4側の粘着層1と芯体フィルム2との間で剥離が生じ、その結果、被シール体に対して粘着層1のみが残留せず、粘着層1と芯体フィルム2が一体化した状態で残留する。このため、被シール体から残留する粘着層1を剥離して回収する際の作業がしやすくなる。
本発明のシーリングシートが、基材シート4を有する態様の場合、基材シート4は、シーリングシートに自己支持性を与えて、シーリングシートの取り付け作業性を向上させるとともに、シーリングシートの耐透湿性を向上させる。
例えば、アクリル系粘着剤を使用した粘着シートの作製は、例えば、ベースポリマーの主骨格用モノマーと共重合用モノマーにラジカル重合開始剤、架橋剤などを配合してなる光重合性組成物(難燃剤含有粘着層を形成する場合は、当該組成物にさらに難燃剤を混合し)、それを芯体フィルムの一方の片面に所定厚みの塗膜となるように塗布し、その上に離型シートの剥離処理面を貼り合わせ、これに紫外線を照射して重合反応を進行させることにより、一方の粘着層1を形成し、さらに芯体フィルムの他方の片面に対して同様の手順により他方の粘着層1を形成する方法が挙げられる。なお、粘着層に粘着付与樹脂やその他の添加剤を含有させる場合、光重合性組成物にそれらを混合すればよい。
先ず、基材シート4の片面に粘着層1を形成し、粘着層1に芯体フィルム2を貼り合わせる(図6(A))。
JIS Z 0208に準拠、温湿度条件 40±0.5℃、90±2%
前述の方法
(1)基盤41の表面に平面サイズが15mm×15mmの矩形で、高さが2mmの凸部42が突設したポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA)製の被着体43を用意する(図10(A))。
(2)シーリングシートを、幅10mm、長さ50mmのテープにカットしてこれをサンプルとし、このサンプルSをハンドローラーで被着体43に貼り合わせる(図10(B))。すなわち、サンプルSが凸部42を完全に覆い、凸部42の一端に隣接する測定エリア(10mm×20mm)Aが確保されるように、サンプルSを被着体43に貼り合わせる(図10(C))。
(3)そして、測定エリアA内の剥がれが生じた部分G(基盤41の表面に接着していない部分)の面積(=剥がれ面積)を測定し、下記の式から剥がれ率(%)を算出し、該剥がれ率が40%未満であれば合格とした。
JIS Z 0208に準拠する方法(温湿度条件 40±0.5℃、90±2%)でシーリングシートの透湿度(g/m2・24h)を測定し、シーリングシートの耐透湿性を評価した。
透湿度が4.0g/m2・24h未満であれば合格(○)、透湿度が4.0g/m2・24h以上を不合格(×)とした。
平均分子量約28000のポリプロピレングリコールの両末端にアリル基を結合させてなる末端アリル化ポリオキシプロピレンよりなる熱硬化性常温液状樹脂(カネカ社製、商品名「ACX022」)100重量部に、粘着付与樹脂であるロジンペンタエリスリトール20重量部を添加混合し、100℃に加熱して30分間攪拌した。そして、混合液が透明になっていることを確認して、粘着付与樹脂が熱硬化性常温液状樹脂に溶解していることを確認した。ここに、白金/1,3−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン錯体の2−プロパノール溶液(錯体濃度3%、エヌ・イーケムキャット社製、製品名「3%Pt−VTS−IPA溶液」)よりなる硬化触媒0.05重量部、分子中に平均5個のヒドロシリル基を有するハイドロジェンシロキサン系化合物(カネカ社製、商品名「CR500」)よりなる硬化剤7.65重量部、難燃剤であるポリリン酸アンモニウム(APP)50重量部、トリクレジルホスフェート(TCP)30重量部を、各々添加し攪拌して混合した。その後、脱泡処理を行い、均一な組成物を得た。
厚み20μmのポリプロピレンフィルムの代わりに厚み25μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、シーリングシートを得た。
厚み20μmのポリプロピレンフィルムの代わりに厚み50μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、シーリングシートを得た。
厚み20μmのポリプロピレンフィルムの代わりに、厚み45μmのポリ塩化ビニル製メッシュ(メッシュ開口径:1.02、開口率40.4%)を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、シーリングシートを得た。
厚み20μmのポリプロピレンフィルムの代わりに、厚み30μmのパルプ20wt%含有不織布(パルプ20wt%、合成繊維80wt%、繊度:1.5デニール、目付け:14g/cm2)を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、シーリングシートを得た。

Claims (10)
- 粘着シートを主体とするシーリングシートであって、
前記粘着シートが、JIS Z 0208に準拠する方法で測定される透湿度が7.5g/100sq.in・24hrs未満で、かつ、下記の曲げ応力緩和率測定試験により測定される緩和率が10%以上を示す芯体フィルムの両面に粘着層が形成されてなるものであることを特徴とする、シーリングシート。
[曲げ応力緩和率測定試験]
(1)芯体フィルムを幅20mm、長さ100mmのテープ状にカットし、テープの一方の面を内側にして環状に丸めてテープの一方の端部と他方の端部の10mmの長さ部分を粘着テープで固定して、環状サンプルを作製する。
(2)環状サンプルを天秤に載せ、治具の平板面と天秤との離間距離が20mmとなるように、環状サンプルをその上から治具の平板面にて押圧して環状サンプルを撓ませた状態を保持する。
(3)押圧開始から、環状サンプルの重量を天秤にて測定し、押圧開始0秒後の環状サンプルの重量に対する、押圧開始から60秒後の環状サンプルの重量の比率を、以下の算出式に基づいて算出して、これを緩和率とする。
緩和率(%)=(1−(F60−W)/(F0−W))×100
F0:押圧開始0秒後の重量
F60:押圧開始から60秒後の重量
W:サンプルの重量 - 芯体フィルムがプラスチックフィルムからなる、請求項1記載のシーリングシート。
- 粘着シートの片面に基材シートが積層されてなる、請求項1または2記載のシーリングシート。
- 基材シートがフッ素樹脂シートである、請求項3記載のシーリングシート。
- 粘着層の粘着剤がポリオキシアルキレン系粘着剤である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のシーリングシート。
- 粘着層が難燃剤含有粘着層である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のシーリングシート。
- 難燃剤含有粘着層が、下記A〜D成分を含む組成物の硬化物層である、請求項6記載のシーリングシート。
A:1分子中に少なくとも1個のアルケニル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン系重合体
B:1分子中に平均2個以上のヒドロシリル基を有する化合物
C:ヒドロシリル化触媒
D:難燃剤 - 難燃剤がノンハロゲン系難燃剤である、請求項6または7記載のシーリングシート。
- ノンハロゲン系難燃剤がリン系難燃剤である、請求項8記載のシーリングシート。
- 粘着層が粘着付与樹脂を含有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載のシーリングシート。
