Abstract
【解決手段】トルクセンサが開示される。このトクセンサーは、出力軸と;前記出力軸が挿入されて結合されるステイタホルダーと;前記ステイタホルダーに連結され、前記出力軸の外面に接触する第2結合片と;を備え、前記第2結合片は、円周方向に形成される貫通ホールを含み、前記貫通ホールには、前記第2結合片が中心方向に縮まるようにする第2ホグリングが位置する。

Description
図3を参照すれば、第2結合片21の内面には、第2結合片21の中心側に突出された結合突出部23が形成される。そして、出力軸50の外周面には、結合突出部23の形状に対応する結合溝51が形成される。この際、第2ホグリング22が第2結合片21を中心側に加圧するので、結合突出部23と結合溝51が密着され、ステイタホルダー20と出力軸50は、相互間の軸方向相対移動が制限される。

Claims (10)
- 第1軸と連結されるロータ部と;
第2軸と連結され、第1ステイタリングと第2ステイタリングを固定するステイタホルダーを含むステイタ部と;を備え、
前記ステイタホルダーは、軸方向に突出し、前記第2軸と結合される複数の第2結合片と、前記複数の第2結合片に貫通結合された第2ホグリングと、を含むトルクセンサ。 - 前記第2ホグリングは、弾性力を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記第2結合片は、内側面に形成された結合突出部を含み、前記結合突出部は、前記第2軸の外面に形成された結合溝に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記第2ホグリングと前記複数の第2結合片は、インサート射出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記複数の第2結合片は、前記第2ホグリングが貫通される貫通ホールが円周方向に形成され、前記貫通ホールの内壁は、前記第2ホグリングと接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記ロータ部は、ロータホルダーと前記ロータホルダーの外面に装着されるリング形状のマグネットを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記ロータホルダーは、軸方向に突出し、前記第1軸と結合される複数の第1結合片と、前記複数の結合片を貫通する第1ホグリングとを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記複数の第1結合片は、前記第1ホグリングが貫通する貫通ホールが円周方向に形成され、前記貫通ホールの内壁は、前記第1ホグリングと接着されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 第1軸と連結されるロータホルダーと、前記ロータホルダーの外周面に装着されたマグネットとを含むロータ部と;
第2軸と連結され、第1ステイタリングおよび第2ステイタリングを固定するステイタホルダーを含むステイタ部;とを備え、
前記ロータホルダーは、軸方向に突出し、前記第1軸と結合される複数の第1結合片と、前記複数の第1結合片を貫通する第1ホグリングと、を含むトルクセンサ。 - 前記複数の第1結合片は、前記第1ホグリングが貫通する貫通ホールが円周方向に形成され、前記貫通ホールの内壁は、前記第1ホグリングと接着されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のトルクセンサ。
