Abstract

Description
本出願は2008年6月4日に出願した米国仮出願第61/058,776号の優先権を主張する。
発明の分野
本発明は、一般に、身体通路内に保留されるデバイスに関し、1つの特定の用途において、動脈拡張症、たとえば、動脈瘤を修復するのに使用される脈管デバイスに関する。より詳細には、本発明は、展開の際に調節でき、そのため、デバイスの最終配置の前にデバイスを長手方向又は半径方向の少なくともいずれかの方向で再配置することができるデバイスに関する。

Claims (18)

前記ステント部材と連絡している、第一の末端及び第二の末端を有する少なくとも1つの移動可能な要素、
を含み、
前記移動可能な要素の前記第一の末端及び第二の末端は前記チューブの遠位末端部分から外に伸びていることができそして前記ステント部材の少なくとも一部を半径方向に圧縮することができる、装置。 - 前記移動可能な要素と連絡している第二の移動可能な要素をさらに含み、該第二の移動可能な要素は前記ステント部材を包囲しておりそして前記移動可能な要素は前記第二の移動可能な要素の上にループを形成している、請求項1記載の装置。
