Claims (18)
- ラテックスまたはエマルジョンを調製する方法であって:
a)ポリエステル樹脂を有機溶媒および任意で中和剤と接触させて、樹脂組成物を形成することと;
b)蒸気を前記樹脂組成物に導入して機械的攪拌をせずに前記樹脂組成物の乳化処理を引き起こすことにより、ラテックスまたはエマルジョンを形成することと、を含む方法。 - 中和率が25%から500%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有機溶媒がケトン、アルコール、エステル、エーテル、ニトリル、スルホン、スルホキシド、リンアミド、ベンゼン、ベンゼン誘導体、アミンおよびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気が80℃から150℃の温度で前記樹脂組成物に導入される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂組成物に導入される前記蒸気の圧力が0.04バールから35バールである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂は、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリカーボネート、ポリアミド、ポリイミドまたはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ラテックスまたはエマルジョンが5nmから1000nmの一山の粒度分布を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ラテックスまたはエマルジョンが5nmから1000nmの二山の粒度分布を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中和剤が水酸化アンモニウム、炭酸ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、水酸化リチウム、炭酸カリウム、重炭酸カリウムおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記有機溶媒は、蒸気を導入するとすぐに、自然発生的に蒸発する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気が0.7バールから4.5バールの圧力で前記樹脂組成物に導入される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気が0.1バールから20バールの圧力で前記樹脂組成物に導入される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気が95℃から120℃の温度で前記樹脂組成物に導入される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記有機溶媒が2−ブタノンを含有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記a)において、前記ポリエステル樹脂を前記中和剤と接触させる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気が前記樹脂組成物内に浸漬されている噴射ノズルによって前記樹脂組成物に導入される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ラテックスまたはエマルジョンが60nmから300nmの一山の粒度分布を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ラテックスまたはエマルジョンが60nmから300nmの二山の粒度分布を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
