The present invention
Seat cushion,
A lifter device that raises and lowers the seat cushion with respect to a slide rail or a floor to change and adjust the height of the seat surface;
The seat cushion includes a seat frame,
A seat cushion pad supported by the seat frame;
A skin material covering the seat cushion pad,
The lifter device includes a pair of left and right link mechanisms that separately support the left and right side portions of the seat frame, and a lifter rod that interlocks and connects end portions on the seat rear side of the pair of left and right link mechanisms,
The lifter rod is moved up and down by the operation of the lifter device,
The skin material relates to a seat that wraps downward from a rear end portion of the seat cushion pad, covers the lifter rod from below, and covers a lower surface of an end portion on the seat rear side of the seat cushion pad.
Conventionally, as disclosed in
Then, the inner skin material is passed between the lower surface of the seat cushion pad and the lifter rod, the front end portion of the skin material is fixed to the seat frame, and the outer skin material is wrapped under the lifter rod so that the front edge portion of the skin material is the seat frame. It was fixed.
In this structure, when the lifter rod is positioned on the uppermost side, the outer skin material is loosened, and when the lifter rod is positioned on the lowermost side, the lifter rod comes into contact with the skin material from above and the outer skin material is strained.
According to the conventional structure described above, the tension of the outer skin material changes as the lifter rod moves up and down. Therefore, there has been a problem that the appearance quality is deteriorated.
In addition, since the inner skin material and the outer skin material that overlap each other are provided at the rear end of the sheet, the amount of the skin material is increased, the cost required for the skin material is increased, and the structure of the skin material is complicated. It was.
An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet that can improve the appearance quality, reduce the manufacturing cost, and simplify the structure of the skin material.

The feature of the present invention is that
Seat cushion,
A lifter device that raises and lowers the seat cushion with respect to a slide rail or a floor to change and adjust the height of the seat surface;
The seat cushion includes a seat frame,
A seat cushion pad supported by the seat frame;
A skin material covering the seat cushion pad,
The lifter device includes a pair of left and right link mechanisms that separately support the left and right side portions of the seat frame, and a lifter rod that interlocks and connects end portions on the seat rear side of the pair of left and right link mechanisms,
The lifter rod is moved up and down by the operation of the lifter device,
The skin material is a seat that wraps downward from the rear end portion of the seat cushion pad, covers the lifter rod from below, and covers the lower surface of the end portion on the seat rear side of the seat cushion pad. ,
A tension member is provided at the rear end portion of the seat frame so as to stretch the skin material from above so that the lowermost lifter rod does not contact the skin material. (Claim 1)
According to said structure, the tension member which stretches the said skin material from upper direction is provided in the rear-end part of the said seat frame so that the said lifter rod located in the lowest side may not contact | abut to the said skin material. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a change in the tension of the skin material that accompanies the raising and lowering of the seat cushion, and it is possible to prevent the skin material from being over-stretched or loosened, thereby maintaining an appropriate tension state of the skin material. As a result, the appearance quality of the sheet can be improved.
Moreover, since only a single skin material is provided at the rear end of the seat cushion, an increase in the amount of the skin material can be avoided, and the cost required for the skin material can be reduced. The structure can be simplified. (Claim 1)
