Abstract
【解決手段】 蓄電装置Pは、各々が複数の蓄電セル11からなる少なくとも第1〜第3の蓄電モジュールMを並置し、相互に隣接する蓄電モジュールMの蓄電モジュール端子31A,31Bどうしを蓄電モジュールバスバー33A,33Bで電気的に接続して構成される。蓄電モジュールバスバー33A,33Bは、蓄電モジュールMの一端側に設けられるロング蓄電モジュールバスバー33Bと、蓄電モジュールMの他端側に設けられるショート蓄電モジュールバスバー33Aとからなり、ロング蓄電モジュールバスバー33Bはショート蓄電モジュールバスバー33Aよりも長いので、ロング蓄電モジュールバスバー33Bおよびショート蓄電モジュールバスバー33Aを取り違えて組み付けようとしても、組み付けが不能であるために誤組みが未然に防止される。

Claims (6)
- 各々が複数の蓄電セル(11)からなる少なくとも第1〜第3の蓄電モジュール(M)を並置し、相互に隣接する前記蓄電モジュール(M)の蓄電モジュール端子(31A,31B)どうしを蓄電モジュールバスバー(33A,33B)で電気的に接続した蓄電装置であって、
前記蓄電モジュールバスバー(33,33B)は、前記蓄電モジュール(M)の一端側に設けられるロング蓄電モジュールバスバー(33B)と、前記蓄電モジュール(M)の他端側に設けられるショート蓄電モジュールバスバー(33A)とからなり、前記ロング蓄電モジュールバスバー(33B)は前記ショート蓄電モジュールバスバー(33A)よりも長いことを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電モジュール端子(31A,31B)は絶縁性のカバー(21a)により被覆されており、前記ロング蓄電モジュールバスバー(33B)が接続される前記蓄電モジュール端子(31A)を被覆する前記カバー(21a)と、前記ショート蓄電モジュールバスバー(33A)が接続される前記蓄電モジュール端子(31B)を被覆する前記カバー(21a)とは、相互に異なる方向に開口することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第3の蓄電モジュール(M)に対して並置された第4の蓄電モジュール(M)を備え、前記第1〜第4の蓄電モジュール(M)の前記ショート蓄電モジュールバスバー(33A)が設けられる前記他端側に配電機器(40,41)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第1〜第3の蓄電モジュール(M)の前記ロング蓄電モジュールバスバー(33B)が設けられる前記一端側に、前記複数の蓄電セル(11)に配線(37)を介して接続される電子機器(35)が配置され、前記電子機器(35)は隣接する二つの前記蓄電モジュール(M)に跨がるように固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 各々が複数の蓄電セル(11)からなる少なくとも第1〜第3の蓄電モジュール(M)を並置し、相互に隣接する前記蓄電モジュール(M)の蓄電モジュール端子(31A,31B)どうしを蓄電モジュールバスバー(33A,33B)で電気的に接続した蓄電装置であって、
前記第1、第2の蓄電モジュール(M)は前記蓄電モジュール端子(31A,31B)が相互に逆方向を向くように配置され、前記第2、第3の蓄電モジュール(M)は前記蓄電モジュール端子(31A,31B)が相互に向かい合うように配置され、前記第1、第2の蓄電モジュール(M)の前記蓄電モジュール端子(31A,31B)を接続するロング蓄電モジュールバスバー(33B)は、前記第2、第3の蓄電モジュール(M)の前記蓄電モジュール端子(31A,31B)を接続するショート蓄電モジュールバスバー(33A)よりも長いことを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 請求項3に記載の蓄電装置(P)を車両に搭載する蓄電装置の車両搭載構造であって、 前記蓄電装置(P)は前記ショート蓄電モジュールバスバー(33A)が車両前方を向くように搭載されることを特徴とする蓄電装置の車両搭載構造。
