防眩性の判定は、ルーバーの無いむきだしの蛍光灯を、実施例及び比較例のフィルムに写し、その正反射光の眩しさを目視にて以下の基準に従って評価した。
△…眩しさを僅かに感じる
×…眩しさが感じられる。
ギラツキの判定は、150ppiの解像度を有する液晶用カラーフィルター上に、実施例及び比較例のフィルムを配設し、バックライトを照射し、目視にて以下の基準に従って評価した。
△…ギラツキが僅かに感じられる
×…ギラツキが感じられる。
白ボケの判定は、150ppiの解像度を有する液晶用カラーフィルター上に、実施例及び比較例のフィルムを配設し、バックライトを照射し、目視にて以下の基準に従って評価した。
△…黒表示が白味がかって見える
×…黒表示が白く見える。
Sa、Sm及びθaは、(株)菱化システム製「VertScan」を用いて測定した。なお、対物レンズは、50倍のレンズを用いて、視野253μm×189μmで観察を行った。
実施例及び比較例のフィルムの摩擦力を、静・動摩擦測定器(トリニティーラボ社製「ハンディートライボマスターTL201Ts」)を用いて、荷重50g、速度20mm/秒の測定条件で測定した。なお、接触子として、5mm厚のスポンジシート(セメダイン社製「すきま用テープN−1」)に人工皮膚(ビューラックス社製「バイオスキン」)を貼り付けた接触子を使用した。得られた摩擦力から、静摩擦係数μs、平均摩擦係数μk、標準偏差を算出した。
10名の被験者が、それぞれ実施例及び比較例のフィルムを指で強く押して左右に擦ったとき又はピンチイン/ピンチアウトの操作を行ったときの触感及び引っ掛かりの有無を以下の基準で評価し、10名の被験者の官能評価の平均により触感を評価した。
5…いずれの操作でも引っ掛かりがなく、触感が良い
4…触感が良いが、時々引っ掛かりを感じる
3…少し引っ掛かりを感じる
2…引っ掛かりを感じ、触感が悪い
1…引っ掛かりや凹凸を感じ、触感が悪い。
表1に示す成分を、表1に示す割合になるように秤量し、遮光瓶に入れ混合した。この溶液を、所定のワイヤーバーを用いてPETフィルム(東洋紡績(株)製、A4300、厚さ125μm)上に流延した後、室温中で10秒間放置し、所定温度に調整した防爆オーブンにて所定時間乾燥し、窒素雰囲気下で、高圧水銀ランプ(アイグラフィックス社製)から照射量300mJ/cm2で紫外線を約9秒間照射することにより硬化処理し、フィルムを作製した。
表1に示す成分を、表1に示す割合になるように秤量し、遮光瓶に入れ混合した。なお、アクリル樹脂とセルロースアセテートプロピオネートとは非相溶であり、上記溶液は濃縮とともに相分離性を示す。上記溶液を、所定のワイヤーバーを用いてトリアセチルセルロースフィルム上に流延した後、室温中で5秒間放置し、所定温度に調整した防爆オーブンにて所定時間乾燥することにより、相分離構造を形成し、窒素雰囲気下で、高圧水銀ランプ(アイグラフィックス社製)から照射量300mJ/cm2で紫外線を約9秒間照射することにより硬化処理し、フィルムを作製した。
Claims (4)
- 表面に複数のポリマーの相分離構造による凹凸が形成されたマルチタッチディスプレイ用表面フィルムであって、ヘーズが15〜50%であり、0.5mm幅の光学櫛を用いた写像性測定器で測定した写像鮮明度が5〜50%であり、表面の三次元算術平均粗さが0.15〜1μmである表面フィルム。
- ヘーズが20〜40%であり、かつ0.5mm幅の光学櫛を用いた写像性測定器で測定した写像鮮明度が5〜25%である請求項1記載の表面フィルム。
- 表面の動摩擦係数が0.5〜2.5である請求項1又は2記載の表面フィルム。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の表面フィルムを備えたマルチタッチディスプレイ。
