Abstract
【解決手段】スイッチ素子16、スイッチ素子16に直列に接続された第2インダクタ15、およびスイッチ素子16に並列に接続された並列コンデンサ17を備え、スイッチ素子16のオン・オフ動作によって電力を供給するLC共振型のコンバータ2と、コンバータ2の直流出力電圧Voutに基づいて一定周波数のパルス幅変調信号S2を生成する信号生成回路4と、スイッチ素子16の両端間電圧V1とゼロボルト検出用の閾値とを比較して両端間電圧V1がこの閾値以下のときにパルス信号S3を出力するゼロボルト検出回路5と、パルス幅変調信号S2とパルス信号S3の論理積に基づいてスイッチ素子16をオン・オフ動作させる駆動信号S4を生成する駆動信号生成回路6とを備えている。

Claims (1)
- スイッチ素子、当該スイッチ素子に直列に接続されたインダクタ、および当該スイッチ素子に並列に接続されたコンデンサを備え、前記スイッチ素子のオン・オフ動作によって電力を供給するLC共振型のコンバータと、
前記コンバータの出力電圧に基づいて一定周波数のパルス幅変調信号を生成する信号生成回路と、
前記スイッチ素子の両端間電圧とゼロボルト検出用の閾値とを比較して当該両端間電圧が当該閾値以下のときにパルス信号を出力するゼロボルト検出回路と、
前記パルス幅変調信号と前記パルス信号の論理積に基づいて前記スイッチ素子をオン・オフ動作させる駆動信号を生成する駆動信号生成回路とを備えている電源装置。
