(2) 上記チオキサントン系化合物は、チオキサントン系光重合開始剤である、上記(1)に記載の着色組成物。
(3) 上記着色剤組成物が含有する固形分に対する上記着色剤の割合は、40〜60重量%である、上記(1)又は(2)に記載の着色組成物。
(4) 上記着色剤は、ピグメントグリーン7、ピグメントグリーン36及びピグメントグリーン58からなる群から選ばれる緑色の着色剤を含有する、上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の着色剤組成物。
(5) 上記着色剤は、ピグメントレッド254及びピグメントレッド177からなる群から選ばれる赤色の着色剤を含有する、上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の着色剤組成物。
(6) 上記着色剤は、ピグメントイエロー129、ピグメントイエロー138及びピグメントイエロー150からなる群から選ばれる黄色の着色剤を含有する、上記(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の着色剤組成物。
(7) 上記(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の着色剤組成物を用いて形成された画素を具備してなる、カラーフィルター基板。
(8) 上記(7)に記載のカラーフィルター基板を具備してなる、液晶表示装置。
(9) 上記(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の着色剤組成物を、透明基板上に塗布する工程、マスクを介して露光する工程、現像液により現像する工程、形成された画素を熱処理する工程を順次行うことを特徴とするカラーフィルター基板の製造方法。
