As an adsorption heat pump,
In the adsorption heat pump having such a configuration, if the temperature difference between adsorption and desorption in the adsorber is large, sensible heat loss (amount of heat that cannot be used for actual energy exchange) increases. In an actual adsorption heat pump, it is desired to obtain cold energy more efficiently.
In addition, in the adsorption heat pump described in

According to the first aspect of the present invention, an evaporator that evaporates the heat medium and an adsorber that is connected to the evaporator and adsorbs the heat medium and receives heat that is equal to or higher than a regeneration temperature for evaporating the heat medium are regenerated. An adsorber.
This adsorption heat pump system includes an evaporator, and cold heat is generated by evaporation of the heat medium in the evaporator. In addition, this adsorption heat pump system includes an adsorber connected to the evaporator, and cold heat is generated in the evaporator by adsorbing the heat medium of the evaporator. At least a part of the adsorber is regenerated by receiving heat equal to or higher than the regeneration temperature for evaporating the heat medium. The adsorber can adsorb the heat medium of the evaporator again by regeneration.
Then, by performing cold heat generation in the evaporator in two processes, efficient and continuous cold heat generation is possible.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, a heat accumulator capable of accumulating heat and dissipating heat above the latent heat of vaporization of the heat medium to the adsorber above the regeneration temperature, Have.
That is, heat higher than the latent heat of vaporization of the heat medium can be radiated from the regenerator to the adsorber at a temperature higher than the regeneration temperature of the adsorber. Thus, by using the heat of the heat accumulator, it becomes possible to perform the regeneration of the adsorber more stably.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect of the present invention, the heat accumulator is connected to the evaporator and reacts with the heat medium from the evaporator, thereby allowing the heat medium to have a temperature greater than the latent heat of vaporization of the heat medium. A heat storage reactor capable of generating the reaction heat and dissipating the reaction heat to the adsorber above the regeneration temperature of the adsorber.
This adsorption heat pump system includes a heat storage reactor connected to an evaporator. The heat storage reactor reacts with the heat medium from the evaporator to generate reaction heat that is greater than the latent heat of evaporation of the heat medium, and the evaporator generates cold heat corresponding to the latent heat of evaporation of the heat medium.
The heat of reaction generated in the heat storage reactor is stored in the heat storage reactor. Then, the heat storage reactor dissipates this heat of reaction to the adsorber at a temperature equal to or higher than the regeneration temperature of the adsorber, so that the heat medium adsorbed by the adsorber can be desorbed and the adsorber can be regenerated.
When the adsorber is regenerated, the adsorber adsorbs the heat medium from the evaporator, thereby generating cold heat in the evaporator.
Thus, the efficient regeneration of the adsorber becomes possible by utilizing the reaction with the heat medium in the heat storage reactor.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the second or third aspect of the present invention, a plurality of the heat storage reactors are provided.
Accordingly, heat necessary for regeneration of the adsorber can be applied to the adsorber from some of the heat storage reactors. In addition, in a heat storage reactor that does not release heat to the adsorber, different processes can be performed in parallel in a plurality of heat storage reactors such as regeneration during that time.
According to a fifth aspect of the invention, in the fourth aspect of the invention, when a part of the plurality of heat storage reactors absorbs heat, the other part can dissipate heat.
Therefore, it is possible to radiate heat from the other part to the adsorber or the like while performing regeneration by absorbing heat in a part of the heat storage reactor.
In invention of Claim 6, in the invention of any one of Claims 3-5, the said thermal storage reactor is equipped with the chemical thermal storage material.

In invention of Claim 7, in the invention of any one of Claims 3-5, the said thermal storage reactor produces | generates the adsorption reaction heat | fever more than the desorption temperature of the adsorption material of the said adsorber. It has materials.
Therefore, it is possible to regenerate the adsorbent by using the heat of adsorption generated by the adsorption of the heat medium by the adsorbent and dissipating heat to the adsorber.
In the invention according to claim 8, in the invention according to any one of
By making the heat medium of the heat storage reactor and the heat medium of the adsorber the same, it becomes a simple structure as compared with the configuration using different heat media.
The invention according to claim 9 includes the condenser according to any one of
Therefore, it becomes possible to condense the heat medium desorbed by the adsorbent using the condenser and send it to the evaporator.
Moreover, it becomes possible to produce | generate warm heat by collect | recovering sensible heat of a thermal storage reactor with an adsorption machine, and also condensing a heat carrier in a condenser.
According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, in the ninth aspect, the condenser is connected to the evaporator.
Therefore, it is possible to generate heat by condensing the heat medium with the condenser by the energy applied to the heat storage reactor to regenerate the heat storage reactor.
In invention of Claim 11, in the invention of Claim 9 or Claim 10, the said condenser is connected with the said thermal storage reactor.
Therefore, the heat medium can be sent from the heat storage reactor to the condenser and condensed by the condenser.
In the invention described in
In this cold heat generation method, cold heat is generated in the first cold heat generation step by evaporation of the refrigerant due to the pressure reducing action of the heat storage material. Further, in this cold heat generation method, in the second cold heat generation method, cold heat is generated by evaporation of the heat medium by the pressure reducing action by the adsorbent. In the regeneration step, the heat stored in the heat storage material is allowed to act on the adsorbent, thereby desorbing the heat medium adsorbed on the adsorbent and regenerating the adsorbent.
As described above, the heat generation is performed in two steps, the first cold heat generation step and the second cold heat generation step, and the adsorbent is regenerated in the regeneration step, thereby enabling efficient and continuous cold heat generation. Become. In particular, since the heat of the heat storage material is used in the regeneration process, the adsorbent can be stably regenerated.
According to a fourteenth aspect of the present invention, in the invention according to the thirteenth aspect, the heat storage material is reacted with the heat medium to generate reaction heat that is greater than the latent heat of vaporization of the heat medium, and the heat of reaction is absorbed into the heat medium. Heat is dissipated to the adsorbent above the material regeneration temperature.
The reaction heat generated by reacting the heat storage material with the heat medium can be dissipated to the adsorbent, and the adsorbent can be regenerated. The regeneration of the adsorbent makes it possible to adsorb the heat medium again with the adsorbent.
Thus, the efficient regeneration of the adsorber is possible by utilizing the reaction between the heat storage material and the heat medium.
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, an adsorption heat pump system and a cold heat generation method that are efficient and capable of continuous cold heat generation are obtained.
FIG. 1 shows an adsorption heat pump system (hereinafter abbreviated as “heat pump”) 12 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
The
The
The
A heat storage material is accommodated in the
The
The
The
Next, in the
[Cool generation mode]
<Cold
In the cold
The reaction heat Q5 is applied to the
<Cold heat generation operation 2>
When the
In this way, by alternately repeating the cold
Note that the heat storage reactor 18 (heat storage material) may be regenerated at a desired timing in the repetition of the cold
Further, in the
Next, the coefficient of performance (COP) of the
Q1=m1・ΔH1+Q2[kJ]
となる。
When the reaction heat per 1 mol of the heat medium in the
Q1 = m1 · ΔH1 + Q2 [kJ]
It becomes.
Q3=m1・ΔH2[kJ]
となる。
Further, assuming that the latent heat of vaporization of the heat medium is ΔH2 [kJ], the cold heat generation amount Q3 [kJ] in the
Q3 = m1 · ΔH2 [kJ]
It becomes.
Q5=m2・Δ3+Q4[kJ]
Q6=N・m2・ΔH2[kJ]
When the amount of the heat medium that operates when the above-described cold
Q5 = m2 · Δ3 + Q4 [kJ]
It becomes. Actually, since the total energy of the
Q6 = N · m2 · ΔH2 [kJ]
Of energy. In the cold heat generation operation 2, this energy becomes cold heat generated by the
Q7=Q3+Q6=m1・ΔH2+N・m2・ΔH2[kJ]となる。
Therefore, the total cold heat generation amount Q7 in the entire process is as follows.
Q7 = Q3 + Q6 = m1 · ΔH2 + N · m2 · ΔH2 [kJ].
COP=Q7/Q1
=(Q3+Q6)/Q1
Since the energy applied to the
COP = Q7 / Q1
= (Q3 + Q6) / Q1
= (M1 · ΔH2 + N · m2 · ΔH2) / (m1 · ΔH1 + Q2)
It becomes.
m2=((m1・ΔH1)/N−Q4/ΔH3
となる。
The reaction heat generated in the
m1 · ΔH1 = N · (m2 · Δ3 + Q4) [kJ]
It is. from now on,
m2 = ((m1 · ΔH1) / N−Q4 / ΔH3
It becomes.
COP=((m1+((m1・ΔH1)/N−Q4/ΔH3・N))・ΔH2)/(m1・ΔH1+Q2)
Therefore, the coefficient of performance COP is
COP = ((m1 + ((m1 · ΔH1) / N−Q4 / ΔH3 · N)) · ΔH2) / (m1 · ΔH1 + Q2)
= ((ΔH3 · m1 + (m1 · ΔH1) −N · Q4) · (ΔH2 / ΔH3) / (m1 · ΔH1 + Q2)
It becomes.
COP=((m1・ΔH3+ΔH1)−N・Q4)/(m1・ΔH1+Q2)
となる。
Generally, the relationship of heat of adsorption ≈ latent heat of vaporization holds for the heat medium, so if ΔH2 = ΔH3,
COP = ((m1 · ΔH3 + ΔH1) −N · Q4) / (m1 · ΔH1 + Q2)
It becomes.
As can be seen from this equation, in order to increase the COP, the sensible heat Q2 in the
Since the
<Heat storage and
First, as shown in FIG. 3A, consider a case where the
m3 · ΔH1 = m4 · ΔH3 + Q7
The relationship holds.
The heat medium desorbed by the
<Heat storage recovery operation 2>
Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, the
COP=(2(m4・ΔH2)+Q7)/(m3・ΔH1)
COP=(2(m4・ΔH3)+Q7)/(m4・ΔH3+Q7)
When the heat amounts obtained in the heat
COP = (2 (m4 · ΔH2) + Q7) / (m3 · ΔH1)
= (2 (m4 · ΔH2) + Q7) / (m4 · ΔH3 + Q7)
It becomes. Again, if ΔH2 = ΔH3,
COP = (2 (m4 · ΔH3) + Q7) / (m4 · ΔH3 + Q7)

Thus, it is understood that the
Here, FIG. 4A shows, as a first comparative example, a
In the
In the
On the other hand, in the
Moreover, in the
Furthermore, compared with the
In order to achieve both the effect of improving the coefficient of performance and the startability of the
On the other hand, in the
In the said embodiment, although the structure provided with only one
In the
Thus, in this embodiment, by providing a plurality of

As the chemical heat storage material when the heat medium is ammonia, a metal chloride is preferable from the viewpoint of further increasing the heat storage density in the
The various chemical heat storage materials described above may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
Examples of the physical adsorbent include activated carbon and mesoporous silica, zeolite, silica gel, clay mineral, and the like. Further, as the activated carbon, activated carbon the specific surface area by BET method of 800 m 2 / g or more 2500 m 2 / g or less (more preferably 1800 m 2 / g or more 2500 m 2 / g or less) are preferred. The clay mineral may be an uncrosslinked clay mineral or a crosslinked clay mineral (crosslinked clay mineral). Examples of the clay mineral include the aforementioned sepiolite.
In the present invention, the type of physical adsorbent (preferably a porous body) can be appropriately selected according to the pressure and temperature of the heat medium. From the viewpoint of further improving the reactivity of immobilization and desorption of the heat medium by physical adsorption, the physical adsorbent is preferably configured to include at least activated carbon.
When a physical adsorbent is used, a heat storage material that absorbs and generates heat by transferring a heat medium is configured. In this case, the content ratio of the physical adsorbent in the heat storage material is preferably 80% by volume or more, and more preferably 90% by volume or more, from the viewpoint of maintaining higher heat medium fixation and desorption reactivity.
When the heat storage material using the physical adsorbent is used as a molded body, the heat storage material preferably contains a binder in addition to the physical adsorbent. By containing the binder, the shape of the molded body is more easily maintained, so that the heat medium fixation and desorption reactivity by physical adsorption is further improved.
Moreover, the thermal storage material may contain other components other than a physical adsorption material and the said binder as needed. Examples of other components include thermally conductive inorganic materials such as carbon fibers and metal fibers.
As the binder, a water-soluble binder is preferable. Examples of the water-soluble binder include polyvinyl alcohol and trimethyl cellulose.
When the heat storage material is constituted using a physical adsorbent and a binder, the content ratio of the binder in the heat storage material is preferably 5% by volume or more from the viewpoint of more effectively maintaining the shape of the molded body, and 10% by volume or more. このような吸着材の一例としては、ALPO(三菱化学の商品名:AQSOA−Z01)を挙げることができる。
On the other hand, as the adsorbent in the
In addition to the heat medium (water or ammonia) used in the adsorbent 16, a reaction material that generates heat due to a chemical reaction in the chemical heat storage material or an adsorbed material that stores heat by being physically adsorbed may be used.

Summing the heat balance in the whole cold heat generation mode,
Input heat amount: 113 × (N1 + N2) [kJ]

COP=(133×N1+88×N2)/(113×(N1+N2))

N2<0.8×N1
The coefficient of performance COP is
COP = (133 × N1 + 88 × N2) / (113 × (N1 + N2))
Therefore, 113 × (N1 + N2) <133 × N1 + 88 × N2, that is,
N2 <0.8 × N1
If the above condition is satisfied, cold heat generation with COP of 1 or more is possible.

As shown to FIG. 7 (A), the
Evaporator (cold heat): 45 [kJ]
Thermal storage reactor (heat): 113 [kJ]

Here, the

Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, the
Evaporator (cold heat): 88 [kJ]
Is generated. On the other hand, in the
Adsorber (adsorption heat + sensible heat): 113 [kJ]
Occurs.
The energy consumption and the generated cold energy when the above-described
Energy consumption: 113 x N1 [kJ]
Generation heat: 201 × N1 [kJ]
Thus, it can be seen that cold can be generated with high efficiency.
Next, the regeneration / sensible heat recovery mode in which the
<Playback operation>
As shown in FIG. 7C, the
Thermal storage reactor: 113 × N1 + Q2 [kJ]
Condenser: 113 × N1 [kJ]
It becomes.
<Sensible heat recovery operation>
First, as shown in FIG. 7D, the
Since the heat capacity of the
Adsorber (desorption heat): 113 [kJ]
Condenser (condensation heat): 88 [kJ]
It becomes.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, the
Evaporator (cold heat): 88 [kJ]
In contrast to the heat of adsorption, the
Adsorber (adsorption heat + sensible heat): 113 [kJ]
Occurs.
If sensible heat recovery is completed with N2 sensible heat recovery operations,
Recovered heat amount: 113 x N2 [kJ]
Production heat: 45 × N1 + 201 × N2 [kJ]
It becomes.
Summing the heat balance in the whole heat generation mode described above,
Input heat amount: 113 × (N1 + N2) [kJ]
Generation temperature: 246 × N1 + 201 × N2 [kJ]
It becomes.
COP=(246×N1+201×N2)/(113×(N1+N2))
The coefficient of performance COP is
COP = (246 × N1 + 201 × N2) / (113 × (N1 + N2))
Therefore, 113 × (N1 + N2) <246 × N1 + 201 × N2)
That is,
N2 << N1
If the above condition is satisfied, it is possible to generate warm heat with an efficiency twice or more.
