Abstract

Claims (11)
- 本体(14)と、
前記本体(14)に取り外し可能に取り付けられる蓋(12)であって、前記本体(14)に取り付けられると、前記本体(14)および前記取り付けられた蓋(12)によって前記本体(14)内のキャビティ(18)は完全に密閉され、前記蓋(12)および前記本体(14)は、前記キャビティ(18)に電磁波を侵入させない少なくとも1つの材料で作られている、蓋(12)と、
前記本体(14)または前記蓋(12)に取り付けられるバックプレーン(28)と、
前記本体(14)または蓋(12)に取り付けられる導電コネクタ(32)であって、前記導電コネクタ(32)と前記バックプレーン(28)との間を電気またはデータが流れることを可能とするために前記バックプレーン(28)と有線または無線で通じる、導電コネクタ(32)と、
を備えるシャーシシステム。 - i)前記蓋(12)もしくは前記本体(14)は熱伝導性を有すること、および
ii)前記蓋(12)もしくは前記本体(14)はメタマテリアルもしくは複合材料で作られていること、
のうち少なくともいずれかである、請求項1に記載のシャーシシステム。 - 前記キャビティ(18)内において前記本体(14)に取り付けられる複数の離間された熱伝導性レール(20)をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載のシャーシシステム。
- 前記複数の離間された熱伝導性レール(20)の間に延在し、それらと接触する別の熱伝導性レール(24)をさらに備える、請求項3に記載のシャーシシステム。
- 前記キャビティ(18)内において、前記複数の離間された熱伝導性レール(20)の間に収容され、前記バックプレーン(28)と接触する少なくとも1つの電子モジュール(16)をさらに備える、請求項3に記載のシャーシシステム。
- 前記キャビティ(18)内に収容され、前記バックプレーン(28)と接触する少なくとも1つの電子モジュール(16)であって、前記バックプレーン(28)と無線で通じる、少なくとも1つの電子モジュール(16)をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの電子モジュール(16)は熱伝導性外板(40、42)内に少なくとも部分的に密閉される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシャーシシステム。
- 前記シャーシシステムは車両または航空機の一部を構成し、前記シャーシシステムの振動を低減するために前記蓋(12)または前記本体(14)に取り付けられる少なくとも1つのメタマテリアルアイソレータをさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシャーシシステム。
- 前記蓋(12)または本体(14)にどちらも取り付けられる熱電層および形状記憶合金層(52)をさらに備え、前記形状記憶合金層(52)は圧縮されると熱を発生し、前記熱電層は、前記形状記憶合金層(52)によって発生された前記熱を電気に変換する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシャーシシステム。
- 本体(14)、前記本体(14)内のキャビティ(18)、および蓋(12)を備えるシャーシを形成することであって、前記蓋(12)が前記本体(14)に取り付けられると、前記キャビティ(18)は前記本体(14)および前記蓋(12)によって完全に密閉される、シャーシを形成することと、
少なくとも1つの電気コネクタ(32)を前記蓋(12)または前記本体(14)に成形加工することと、
少なくとも1つのモジュール固定部材(24)を前記蓋(12)または前記本体(14)に成形加工することと、
バックプレーン(28)を前記蓋(12)または前記本体(14)に取り付けることと、
前記少なくとも1つの電気コネクタ(32)と前記バックプレーン(28)との間を電気またはデータが流れることを可能とするために、前記バックプレーン(28)を前記少なくとも1つの電気コネクタ(32)に有線または無線で接続することと、
を含む、シャーシの製作方法。 - i)前記シャーシを、3D印刷を用いて形成すること、および
ii)前記本体(14)および前記蓋(12)を、前記キャビティ(18)に電磁波を侵入させない少なくとも1つの材料から形成すること、
のうち少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - i)前記本体(14)または前記蓋(12)を熱伝導性材料から形成すること、
ii)前記本体(14)または前記蓋(12)をメタマテリアルまたは複合材料から形成すること、
iii)少なくとも1つの電子モジュール(16)を、前記少なくとも1つのモジュール固定部材(30)によって固定され、前記バックプレーン(28)と接触し、前記バックプレーン(28)と無線で通じるように、前記キャビティ(18)内に配すること、および
前記電子モジュール(16)を熱伝導性外板(40、42)内に少なくとも部分的に密閉すること、
iv)前記シャーシを車両内に設置すること、
v)前記シャーシの振動を低減するために少なくとも1つのメタマテリアルアイソレータを前記蓋(12)または前記本体(14)に取り付けること、ならびに
vi)圧縮されると熱を発生するように構成された形状記憶合金層(52)と、前記形状記憶合金層(52)によって発生された前記熱を電気に変換するように構成された熱電層とを前記蓋(12)または本体(14)に取り付けること、
のうち少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
