Claims (18)
- 構成要素の防除氷用システムであって、前記構成要素の面に接着接合するように適合されているシステムにおいて、
発熱体層と、
前記発熱体層の第1の面を前記構成要素に接着接合する少なくとも1つの伝熱性接着層と、
絶縁層と、
前記発熱体層の第2の面を前記絶縁層に接着接合する少なくとも1つの熱的絶縁接着層と、
電源と前記発熱体層との間に接続を提供するように適合されている電気母線と、
前記システム内に組み込まれている少なくとも1つの温度センサと
を備えるシステム。 - 前記絶縁層が、幅および厚さを含み、前記幅および前記厚さの少なくとも1つが一定ではない、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記絶縁層の前記厚さが、変化する、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記絶縁層の密度が、変化する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- ワット密度が、前記発熱体層内で変化する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、前記発熱体層と、少なくとも1つの伝熱性接着層と、前記絶縁層と、少なくとも1つの熱的絶縁接着層と、少なくとも1つの温度センサとを備える2つ以上の区域を含み、各区域が独立して防氷または除氷機能のいずれかを提供するように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記発熱体層が、グラファイトをベースとする電気抵抗体である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記発熱体層が、カーボンナノチューブ添加剤を含む、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記発熱体層と、少なくとも1つの伝熱性接着層と、前記絶縁層と、少なくとも1つの熱的絶縁接着層と、少なくとも1つの温度センサとが、少なくとも2つの細長い片の形である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い片が、交互配置された蛇状形状に形成されている、請求項9記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い片のそれぞれが、独立して電源に取り付けられている、請求項9記載のシステム。
- 前記構成要素が、航空機の部分である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記構成要素が、ナセル入口縁部である、請求項12記載のシステム。
- 着氷から航空機上の構成要素を保護する方法であって、
発熱体層を形成するステップと、
前記発熱体層に電気母線を取り付けるステップと、
前記発熱体層、少なくとも1つの温度センサ、および前記電気母線を被包して、積層構造体を形成するステップであって、第1の伝熱性接着層が、前記積層構造体の第1の面に配置され、第1の熱的絶縁接着層が、前記積層構造体の第2の面に配置されるステップと、
前記積層構造体を硬化させるステップと、
絶縁層を第2の熱的絶縁接着層で前記積層構造体の前記第2の面に取り付けるステップと、
前記積層構造体を第2の伝熱性接着層で前記構成要素に取り付けるステップと、
前記積層構造体および絶縁層を前記構成要素に硬化させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記積層構造体および絶縁層を前記構成要素に硬化させる前に、2つ以上の細長い片に切断するステップをさらに含む、請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記細長い片を蛇状形状に形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項15記載の方法。
- 各細長い片を独立して電源に接続するステップをさらに含む、請求項15記載の方法。
- 請求項14記載のステップが繰り返されて、複数の独立した区域を形成し、そのそれぞれが積層構造体を備える請求項14記載の方法。
