Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る旋盤は、台座、作業台、移動手段及び送り装置を備える。作業台は、台座に回転可能に装着され且つワークを連動して回転させる。移動手段は、台座にスライド可能に装着され且つ第一方向に沿って移動する。旋盤は、移動手段にスライド可能に装着される。送り装置は、第一方向に垂直である第二方向に沿って移動し且つ旋盤用バイトを第一方向及び第二方向に垂直である第三方向に高速で往復移動を行うように駆動且つ制御して、ワークに対して旋削加工を行う。

Claims (8)
- 台座と、前記台座に装着されている作業台及び移動手段と、を備える旋盤において、
前記作業台は、前記台座に回転可能に装着され且つワークを連動して回転させ、前記移動手段は、前記台座にスライド可能に装着され且つ第一方向に沿って移動し、前記旋盤は、前記移動手段にスライド可能に装着され且つ旋盤用バイトを備える送り装置をさらに備え、前記送り装置は、前記第一方向に垂直である第二方向に沿って移動し、前記送り装置は、前記旋盤用バイトを、前記第一方向及び前記第二方向に垂直である第三方向に高速で往復運動を行うように駆動且つ制御して、前記ワークに対して旋削加工を行うことを特徴とする旋盤。 - 前記台座は、基底部と、前記基底部に間隔をあけて平行に設置されている2つの支持体と、を備え、各々の支持体の、前記基底部から離れている端面には、間隔をあけて且つ平行な2つの第一レールが設置され、前記移動手段は、横梁及び前記横梁の両端に形成されているスライド台を備え、各々のスライド台は、2つの第一スライド部を備え、前記2つの第一スライド部と前記2つの第一レールとをスライド可能に結合させて、前記移動手段を前記第一方向に沿って移動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の旋盤。
- 前記移動手段は、第一駆動アセンブリをさらに備え、前記第一駆動アセンブリは、前記スライド台に固定される第一可動子及び前記支持体に固定される第一固定子を備え、前記第一可動子と前記第一固定子とが互いに作用して推進されることによって、前記スライド台は前記支持体に対して前記第一方向に移動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の旋盤。
- 前記支持体の2つの第一レールの間には、第一スライド凹部が形成されており、前記第一固定子は前記第一スライド凹部内に固定され、前記第一可動子は前記第一スライド凹部に沿って移動することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の旋盤。
- 前記移動手段は第二駆動アセンブリをさらに備え、前記第二駆動アセンブリは前記送り装置に固定される第二可動子及び前記横梁に固定される第二固定子を備え、前記第二可動子と前記第二固定子とは互いに作用して推進されることによって、前記送り装置は前記横梁に対して前記第二方向に移動することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の旋盤。
- 前記横梁には平行な2つの第二レールが形成されており、前記送り装置は2つの第二スライド部を備え、前記第二スライド部と前記第二レールとの結合によって、前記送り装置は前記横梁にスライド可能に結合され、前記第二固定子は前記2つの第二レールの間に固定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の旋盤。
- 前記送り装置は、固定座、バイトホルダ及び送り駆動手段をさらに備え、前記固定座は、前記移動手段にスライド可能に装着され、前記バイトホルダは、前記固定座にスライド可能に装着され、前記送り駆動手段は、前記固定座内に収容状態に装着され、且つ前記バイトホルダを前記固定座に対して移動するように制御して、前記バイトホルダを前記第三方向に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の旋盤。
- 前記固定座は筐体を備え、前記筐体は互いに平行な第一側壁及び第二側壁を備え、前記第一側壁の、前記第二側壁から離れている表面には第一ガイドレールが設置されており、前記第二側壁には、前記第一ガイドレールと対応するガイド凹部が設けられており、前記ガイド凹部の両側には2つの第二ガイドレールが設置され、前記2つの第二ガイドレールは、前記第二側壁の、前記第一側壁から離れている表面に位置し、前記バイトホルダは、主体及びスライド板を備え、前記主体は前記第二ガイドレールとスライド可能に結合され、前記スライド板は前記ガイド凹部から前記筐体内に挿入されて第一ガイドレールとスライド可能に結合されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の旋盤。
