Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の送風機アセンブリは、その中に配置される送風機ホイールを有するハウジングと、ハウジングの流体入口内に配置される予旋回器とを含む。予旋回器は、中央ハブから外側に放射状に延びる離間した翼の配列を含む。その翼は、ハブから送風機アセンブリのハウジングに取り付けられる外輪まで延びる。翼は、送風機ホイールと協働して、送風機アセンブリの騒音、振動、及びハーシュネス(Noise,Vibration,Harshness(NVH))を最小化する一方で、その効率を最大化するように構成される。

Claims (20)
- 流体入口と、離間した流体出口と、を備えたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、入口リングと、複数の離間した羽根と、を備えた送風機ホイールと、
前記ハウジングの前記流体入口内に配置され、前縁と、後縁と、前記前縁と前記後縁との間を延びる外縁と、を備えた少なくとも1つの翼を含む予旋回器と、を有し、
羽根露出距離のうちの少なくとも1つが約10mm未満であり、送風機ホイール重複距離は、約5.5mmを超えることを特徴とする送風機アセンブリ。 - 前記羽根露出距離は、前記後縁と前記予旋回器の少なくとも1つの翼の外縁との接点と前記送風機ホイールの前記羽根のうちの少なくとも1つの後縁の端部との間の距離である請求項1記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記送風機ホイール重複距離は、前記後縁と前記予旋回器の少なくとも1つの翼の外縁の接点と前記送風機ホイールの入口リングの周囲面との間の距離である請求項1記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器の少なくとも1つの翼の前記前縁は、実質的に線形であり、前記後縁から離間している請求項1記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器の少なくとも1つの翼の外縁は、湾曲している請求項1記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器の少なくとも1つの翼は、前記送風機ホイールの回転方向に向かって湾曲した第1の表面及び前記送風機ホイールの回転方向に向かって湾曲した第2の表面のうちの少なくとも1つを備えている請求項1記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器は、ハブと、外輪と、を備えている請求項1記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器の少なくとも1つの翼の前記後縁は、前記前縁に対してある角度で前記ハブから外向きに延びている請求項7記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器は、前記ハブと前記外輪との間に配置される内輪を備えている請求項7記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器は、複数の翼を備え、前記内輪は、前記予旋回器の複数の翼と相互接続する請求項9記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器は、前記ハウジングに対して実質的に固定される請求項1記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 流体入口と、離間した流体出口と、を備えたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、入口リングと、複数の離間した羽根と、を備えた送風機ホイールと、
前記ハウジングの流体入口内に配置され、前縁と、後縁と、前記前縁と前記後縁との間に延びる外縁と、を備えた少なくとも1つの翼を含む予旋回器と、を有し、
羽根露出距離は、約4.0mm〜約9.5mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする送風機アセンブリ。 - 前記予旋回器は、ハブと、外輪と、を備えている請求項12記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器の少なくとも1つの翼の後縁は、前記前縁に対してある角度で前記ハブから外向きに延びている請求項13記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器は、前記ハブと前記外輪との間に配置される内輪を備えている請求項13記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 前記予旋回器は、複数の翼を備え、前記内輪は、前記予旋回器の複数の翼と相互接続する請求項15記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 送風機ホイール重複距離は、約5.5mmを超える請求項12記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 流体入口と、離間した流体出口と、を備えたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、入口リングと、複数の離間した羽根と、を備えた送風機ホイールと、
前記ハウジングの流体入口内に配置され、前縁と、後縁と、前記前縁と前記後縁との間に延びる外縁と、を備えた少なくとも1つの翼を含む予旋回器と、を有し、
送風機ホイール重複距離は、約6.5mm〜約10.0mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする送風機アセンブリ。 - 前記予旋回器の少なくとも1つの翼の後縁は、前記前縁に対してある角度で前記予旋回器のハブから外向きに延びている請求項18記載の送風機アセンブリ。
- 羽根露出距離は、約10mm未満である請求項18記載の送風機アセンブリ。
