前記移動部材に等間隔に複数組取付けられ、前記袋の両側縁部を解放可能に把持する挟持部材と、該挟持部材を一端側に備えるアーム部をそれぞれ有する左右一対のグリッパーであって、少なくとも一方のアーム部は、他端側において前記移動部材に支持され、その挟持部材が他方の挟持部材に対して接離するように構成されたグリッパーと、
前記グリッパーの少なくとも前記一方に作用して、前記一対のグリッパーの挟持部材が互いに近づく方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、
前記付勢部材に抗して、少なくとも前記一方のグリッパーに作用し、該グリッパーを、前記挟持部材どうしが相対的に離反した所定の離反位置と、相対的に接近した所定の接近位置との間で接離させる接離機構と、
前記接近位置に位置するグリッパーの少なくとも前記一方のグリッパーのアーム部に作用して、該グリッパーを前記接近位置と前記離反位置との間に設定した中間位置まで移動させる矯正部材を備えている
